We had a group of 9, mostly teens visiting. Ample space for everyone here! The beds were really comfy. The group loved staying in this house, and we even re-arranged our schedule to spend more time at the home. We made most of our meals there, and this is the most fully-stocked kitchen rental I have ever used. All of the utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc you could need are there. Per our request, Carmen even dropped off a crock pot. We found an InstaPot after, and easily could have used that too. Carmen was kind enough to have a whole coffee set up, which is essential for our group. Carmen was very responsive to anything we needed, and made the booking and arrival process very easy. It was great to have parking for two full size cars right at the house, since parking in Savannah is difficult! We have people with mobility issues, so we did choose to drive into the historic area, which is an easy drive. If we felt better, it would have been an easy walk to Forsyth park, and able to get the free shuttle from there around Savannah. Our group really did love staying here, and I would book this, or any other property Carmen has in an instant!

My group of 10 stayed here to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! Carmen was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to multiple requests. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming and answered our questions very quickly. Our troop absolutely loved our visit to Savannah and this house was the perfect place for some great memories.

I was extremely impressed with the property. The pictures did not do the property justice. The house was very nice with an easy to reach owner.

My family and I came down to house hunt in the Savannah area and opted to stay at "the Stella" as we also wanted to explore the city. We were not disappointed!! The house was not only everything the listing promised, our hosts Carmen and Jonathan thought of everything. From salt and pepper to toiletries. Every time we asked if we had something - we found it in one of the cupboards. We had a great welcome with a personalized sign and chocolates. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. And then there was the location!! You are just minutes away from River Street and the Historic District. We couldn't have asked for more!! I would highly recommend this property!! Great property, amazing hosts!

The property was eclectic and fun! Lots of attention to detail and super clean. There was lots of seating for guests in the common areas, and the beds were super comfortable. The property was also in a great location. It was very near to SCAD, shopping, and restaurants. I had wonderful communication with the property manager, and she was super helpful! my entire family stayed for the weekend, and we would definitely stay here again! I can't say enough good things about the property!

We had an amazing time in Savannah, we spent two nights with our daughters. The house was perfect place to spend time. Our second night we had severe weather alerts and Carmen made sure that we were aware, stayed informed, and safe. The dining room table was the perfect place to make a jigsaw puzzle and wait for the weather to pass.

We stayed here for a long weekend in Savannah. The place is clean and super cute! Carmen was very responsive and accommodating! Would stay again!

Our group of runners picked "The Stella" due to the proximity of the house to the finish line of the Savannah Rock n' Roll marathon/half marathon. It turned out to be a great decision as the weather was not fantastic. To be able to quickly get inside at the end of the race was worth it. Also, on the days we weren't running, the house is just a few blocks from the free shuttle to get downtown. We ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we imagined due to the weather. The spacious dining area allowed all 9 of us to eat together and play a few board games. Also, the hosts are very responsive and give incredibly detailed directions to find the house, parking, key, etc. Overall, with the chaos of race weekend, it was nice to have everything about the accommodations easy and stressfree!

Jon and Carmen were great!! This was exactly what we were looking for coming to Savannah. The house was gorgeous and quirky just as described and it could not have been more perfect. Carmen and Jon were very accommodating and we were able to check in a bit early which was great! Carmen was also made it clear she was available to communicate if we needed. They also had step by step instructions on check in/out processes. In addition, they gave it a personal touch by welcoming all of us guests by name on a chalkboard when we walked in. So charming!!!

The host is very responsive and proactive with communication which was helpful! She gave detailed instructions and checked-in with us before arriving. We had a total of 7 girls staying here to celebrate the bride-to-be and it was a great house for our weekend. I would stay here again as it is a cute, unique and eclectic house. However, Savannah has olddd houses and you need to know that going into staying anywhere in Savannah (which we did). The outside is a little more run down than the pictures and the inside for sure could use a coat of paint to freshen it up some.

The property was in a very good location close to many restaurants and attractions. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed everything. The host was absolutely wonderful. Thank you we had a great time!😊

We loved this house! Carmen has done a great job of decorating with lots of interesting, quirky things around the house, I loved it. It’s very comfortable and also has everything you need from kitchen appliances to washing machines etc. Location is good, easy walk to Forsyth Park where you can get the hop on hop off bus. Also close to Kroger. Great communication. Highly recommend.

My family and I loved everything about Jon and Carmen's place. Their home is clean, cozy and most importantly walking distance to parks , shops, restaurants etc. Carmen and Jon go above and beyond! We had a great stay at the Stella. Jon and Carmen were very communicative and helpful. The house had good off-street parking and more than enough room for our two families who stayed there. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. We loved the historical feel of staying in a classic Savannah townhouse withing walking distance of Forsyth Park. The house had lots of games in it that our kids loved, and there was also lots of useful information about the local area that we found very helpful, such as places to dine and sights to see. Overall, Jon, Carmen, and the Stella are highly recommended!!

Carmen and Jon are wonderful hosts. I have so many good things to say that I wouldn't have enough room here to say them. They helped us out after another rental fell through the day before our stay and it was just such a great experience that I am so glad the other rental didn't work out. From the beautiful home, to the numerous amenities, to the little homey touches they left to welcome us... They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. My family is so grateful that we had the privilege to stay at the Stella! Thank you Carmen and Jon! You were, literally, the answer to my prayers!

Three generations of our family moved in for a long weekend to attend a family wedding and staying at “The Stella” made it so easy. The location couldn’t have been better for us since many of our activities and events centered around Forsyth Park. The house was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. There are lots of personal touches that truly make it feel like a home, and the kitchen is so well-stocked with anything you need for food preparation. But the host, Carmen, is the star of it all! She was personal and informative in our communications before our stay, she had fresh flowers and treats for us on arrival, she was available to us by phone and text during our stay, and was so kind and gracious to ship us items we left behind. She really goes above and beyond to assure that her guests have a wonderful visit and she was certainly successful. Thank you, Carmen, thank you, “Stella” and we hope our paths cross again.

The Milligan College Dance Team couldn't have stayed at a better place while visiting Savannah for a competition. It fit our needs perfectly - in walking distance to EVERYTHING and completed our Savannah experience with its homey/quaint design. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely adored staying at the Stella. Old Savannah charm. Easy walk to Forsythe park. Comfortable beds, top notch linens. We were met by the owner upon arrival. She was ready with a welcome basket and fresh flowers at the breakfast table and each bedroom. That made us feel so special, like we we're staying at a high end B&B. There was hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent available. We picked up bath bombs at a local shop Downtown and all five ladies took turns luxuriated in the two claw foot tubs. Breakfast and dinners were easy to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. And plenty of room for all eight of us to eat in the dining room. The second night we ate our bowls of Irish stew on the front steps to soak in the "city" experience. It is downtown, in the thick of everything you want to do, so there is some city noise. My daughter, who lives downtown St. Pete, said she slept better than she had all of spring break.(She had been complaining our house was too quiet. Plus, the bed at the Stella was nicer than hers.) All in all, we had a wonderful weekend, enjoying the St Patrick's Day festivities, in no small part to the location and amenities of the Stella. If our travels call us to Savannah again we will check for the Stella or one of their other properties first.

Beautiful 2 floor Victorian home. The living room & dining room were spacious. Everything was impeccably clean. The hosts were gracious and gave us a bottle of wine & peanut brittle at check-in. Our car also broke down & they came to the rescue and jump started our car. I would definitely return.

The Stella was quite vintage...a lovely place to be in the historic Savannah district. I’ve lost count on the number of times we’ve rented from Carmen and Jon...Carmen is such a joy to work with (I’m sure Jon is as well I’ve only dealt with Carmen). We were celebrating 2 different birthdays, and she made sure our “home” celebrated the birthdays as well! We have stayed at 3 different properties of Carmen and Jon’s and HIGHLY recommend making them your go-to rentals while in Savannah! May God bless you both! ❤️

I had 8 girls staying at “The Stella” for a bachelorette weekend in August. The House was perfect for our group! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, eat and hangout. It was about an 8 min drive down to River Street and various other streets in the district. But overall our Ubers only cost us about $6 bucks each ride! The House was about 10 min walk to Forsyth Park so we had a picnic there as well! Jon and Carmen were also so helpful and just the sweetest people! They were very flexible and gave great suggestions about the area. We were all happy that we stayed here!

This Victorian row house is old and special. Well equipped and comfortable. Carmen is a great host, gave us many tips for things to do and places to eat in advance. The location is on a corner with two streets that are quite busy. The traffic noise on the weekend was surprisingly loud for light sleepers, however during the week it quieted down a bit. Loved the house and Savanah, had a great time, I would go back!

We loved the Stella! Plenty of charm and space to spread out. Free off street parking was great. Would definitely recommend this house to other groups especially Girl Scouts. Carmen was so easy to work with and went out of her way to accommodate our needs.
