This house worked so well for us and I would highly recommend it to a family with or without small dogs! The quiet and secure neighborhood with quick and easy access to lots of hiking, biking, horseback riding as well as plenty of stores and services a short drive away, made our stay very enjoyable. I stayed here most of the winter in 2021. Gail and Steve are very attentive hosts. Gail responded to my questions via text in minutes. The house is comfortable and the we really enjoyed the backyard.

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and was just as pictured. Gail was the perfect hostess, even delivering extra lawn chairs and a cooler so we could sit outdoors with our group of six and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this home located in a safe and quiet gated community. The home is exactly as portrayed - nicely furnished, plenty of room, full complement of dishes and cookware with easy access to community pool and hot tub. Gail was wonderful to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We highly recommend this spacious luxurious home conveniently located on the outskirts of the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area. Decorated with charm, its mulltiple bedrooms gave us options and flexiblity when other family members were able to join us for a couple of days during our week's stay. And the cozy living spaces on the first floor were ideal for being together without feeling cooped up. We also enjoyed the access to the community's beautifully landscaped swimming pool.

The house and owner were great for 3 retired golfers. There is a sitting area upstairs with a day bed that a 4th person could also use. Gail is very prompt with a response to texts and emails. We will do everything we can to rent this place next year

Perfect set-up for us to visit family in Mesa.

Gail was very responsive and very helpful. We had a couple issues which turned out to be self inflicted user issues. Gail offered to send someone over to check it however with her help via text we realized what we were doing wrong. The home is nice and nicely equipped. The neighbors were really nice folks and the neighborhood is really cool. Parks nearby for the kids and dog, I rode my bike each day around the 5 mile loop. Everything you need in terms of stores and restaurants are very close. If you are going to be in the East valley give this property a strong consideration.

We enjoyed our month-long stay at Steve and Gail's home in Las Sendas. The home is clean and the owners were very attentive and offered info and help with various questions about local attractions. The home is comfortable, with furnishings that are pretty comfy. Some of the pieces could use some updates or even replacements but they also accept pets and so it's understandable that there's some well worn pieces. There were plenty of dishes, flatware, etc. but a few basic kitchen items could be added and we did just that. Gail was super responsive when we asked about the cable TV offerings and she upgraded to the sports tier within 24 hours! When I was looking for a "pick your own" citrus fruit spot, Gail was able to offer me a large bucket of some oranges & lemons from her family home. Above and beyond!! The Las Sendas development is huge, and has 2 different swimming pools & whirlpools along with tennis courts, soccer fields, bb & vb courts & more. Well worth the short drive to any of the parks or clubhouse. We visited friends in all corners of metro Phoenix from Sun City Grand to Chandler and Scottsdale and the 101, 202 and 303 make getting around pretty nice. Thank you to Gail and Steve and we hope to return and enjoy Las Sendas again.

We needed to stay in Mesa for Christmas, and we luckily chose this very nice house! My son loved the play structure and also the community pool and spa were beautiful at sunset. I'd stay again. The mastress in the master was divine.

Nicely furnished, great condition. Love the access to the Pool and Hot Tub. Wifi and Cable was nice to have.

Gail was the best owner I have worked with at Home away properties. She anticipated our needs and was prompt and efficient in every aspect. We had an enjoyable stay in a comfortable home. We had great weather to be outside so we made use of the grassy area in the back yard. If we would have had more time we would have made use of the available amenities for the homeowners. If you like a reasonably priced, comfortable place with an owner that is caring as well as capable, this is the place for you.

This was my first VRBO rental but won't be my last. This was an excellent alternative to having several hotel rooms for family. We had everything we needed in a lovely and comfortable home. The house was very well equipped and in a great location. Beautiful backyard to enjoy the Arizona fall weather. Communication with the owner was excellent. Great experience overall! Highly recommended.

Worked perfectly for our 4 Golfing buddies. Gail was very flexible and accommodating. Hope to use it again next year.
