I flew into town for a family wedding. I wanted to spend time with my family but also wanted some alone time to relax on the beach! This place was perfect, literally steps from the beach! The host provided towels and chairs for the beach making it that much more enjoyable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the only downside is there wasn’t a convenience store around to get snack or real food. Thankfully I had a car, which leads me to give this place an Extra star because it had a parking spot! Thank you!

My stay in Hollywood was way too short as I came for the Miami Carnival weekend. The apartment is perfect. Very neat, the space is well put together and right along the Hollywood strip! All amenities listed are available including the pool. On my last night, I realized I had an evening flight so I had enough time to make it to a jouvert party before I leave. Bob was gracious enough to allow me to check out later. It was a paint and powder party. So I was able to use the beach to rinse out before utilizing the apartment to change and check out! How convenient! Thank you, Bob for your kindness! I will definitely come back next year!

The place is just as advertised. Bob was very responsive to any questions had. Location to the beach is fantastic.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and hope to return! The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and a few restaurants and bars though it is on the quieter end of the broadwalk. The studio is clean and very well stocked with all you need. The pool is nice and we had it to ourselves most of the time.Well worth the money!

The apartment was large and clean. Located steps from the beach. Everything needed was supplied. Quiet and centrally located near everything you need.

For the price and location this rental could not be beat. Less than 100 feet from the beach!! Rental is exactly as pictured. The owner is super responsive and helpful. However, the place could use slight updating, and more thorough cleaning. All in all it was a lovely stay.

This place was a find! Plenty of space for two people. The murphy bed was easy to use and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The pool was great and the location was perfect, at the quieter end of the Broadwalk. I will stay here again!

We spent a week at the condo and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, next to the beach and boardwalk. This part of the beach is less crowded. We will be back!

This was a little gem ideal for those who don't like to fight crowds, search for parking, wait in lines, etc when going to the beach. The studio was spacious enough, well furnished, and perfect for the two of us. Both bed options were easy and comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach was absolutely ideal! Plenty of food, drink, ice cream options to choose from along the Broadwalk also just a short walk to get to. The host was fantastic, very helpful and responsive, and made the entire experience an amazing vacation for us. We can't wait to return!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was just a few steps to the beach and Broadwalk. There wasn’t a thing that we wished we had and didn’t have.

Our host Bob was there to answer every little question we had. Next time have to stay longer.

This studio apartment exceeded our expectations by being very clean, and being so close to the beach. The interactions with the owner were welcoming and and responsive when we had questions about anything. We plan on returning again on future visits to the area.

The process from beginning to end was easy as can be, and the unit just as advertised. The Murphy bed operates very easily and was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

The property is exactly as shown! Very clear instructions and description. There were plenty of items available for use including chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. (This was a major plus). Unfortunately the laundry was out of service at the time of the visit, but we were notified ahead of time so we did pack a few extra items. Use the of the pool was nice as well, all of the (regular) neighbors are incredibly friendly. You are VERY close to many shops and restaurants along the "boardwalk", make sure you don't walk in the bike lane! We did spot a cockroach, but the host informed us that there is regular pest maintenance that made me feel better. Lastly - I was not crazy about Hollywood beach. There was a lot of noise pollution and seems to be garbage everywhere. This is in no way a reflection of the property, but as much as we loved our stay I do not think I want to return to Hollywood Beach.

This place has everything you need .. bring some clothes there rest is there! Amazing location the Murphy bed is so cool!
