Our recent stay in Clearwater was fantastic for all three families. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by the host. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and we highly recommend this house for families looking for a wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing time in Clearwater visiting with family! This property was the perfect space for our group with lots of space to hang out and tons of amenities to use for our days at the beach. The location is close to the strip and beaches and the rooftop provides some great views. It was a bit too hot to use the hot tub, but I’m sure on a cool night it would be amazing! The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions when needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Lots of great features to this property. Overized garage, we drove & it was nice to park in a garge. Plenty of space & within walking distance to the beach. The beach chairs, canopy (though broken), we made it work, and other items provided are a plus. Lots of stairs! Be prepared. There is an elevator for bringing luggage & things into the condo. It is very slow and hot. Was a nice feature however. We ended up not using the hot tub, grill or stove. These are a few of the items that if not properly handled could result in a loss of your securtiy deposit. That was mentioned several times. A/C can not be set below 74, or again if something happens, bye bye security deposit. This on top of the insurance policy I had to buy just in case. The unit is great, the threats made it feel like we could never truly relax.

This house is beautiful. Family and kid friendly with so much room for everyone!! Easy access to the beach and pool! The house had all the basics plus more!! Host was very easy to contact and would message back within minutes. Our family made so many memories in this home and can’t wait to come again!!! Thank you!!!

Enjoyed the house, lots of steps but the rooms worked out for what we were needing. The rooftop terrace was great especially for the sunrise and sunsets. Good location just outside the hustle of the main city life. Close enough to walk into the city and close enough to walk to beach. Thanks for a great vacation.

Stayed there to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. We had family from ages 6 to 80 and everyone enjoyed it. The location can't be beat. The beach is right across the street and everything you need is located at the house from beach towels to nice beach chairs. There is a keurig and they even provide coffee pods for the keurig. There is a park right across the street if you have littles. Easy walk to center where all the dolphin cruises depart from. The balcony is a lovely bonus and was a nice spot to hang out and watch the sunset. The hosts were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this house to rent!

We stayed for a week for Spring Training. Good location for games in Clearwater, Tampa, Dunedin, and Bradenton. The condo was very clean and in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooftop was very relaxing!

This is a wonderful condo with everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop enjoying the hottub and view. We had a family wedding that brought us to the area. You do not need a car. Everything you need is in walking distance, jolly trolley available, or uber. The beach nearby is beautiful. We would book this wonderful place again if in the area.

The condo is great for big families. Rooms are distributed great to have multi-families on each floor with independent bathrooms. Short walk to the beach. The rooftop overlooks the beach and the bay. Amazing views!

This is a really unique property close to the beach with great views from the front and the back. Our family was there for a wedding, and the multiple levels provided privacy for individual family groups. The rooftop lounge and hot tub were amazing. Highly recommend if you have a large family gathering.

Very nice place with lots of space. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the beach chairs with straps to carry them like a back pack and they each had lots of storage compartments and even a mini built in cooler pocket. Also, a cooler, umbrella, tons of beach towels, and shade tent that made for great beach days. I definitely recommend this place.

Condo was a great choice for our group. Five minute walk to the beach. We made use of the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that were provided. The rooftop deck was a great space, with wonderful views and a nice breeze in the heat. Property manager responded in less than 5 minutes when we had an issue with the lock code our first day. There are a lot of stairs, but we could have used the private elevator had we needed it. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the accommodations. Had everything we needed towels and beach towels included was a big help. Place was very clean and well stocked. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and stores. Had a great time. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Property was as described with the exception of having bicycles which disappointed my grandson. The beds slept wonderful and condo is in a very quiet location. Lots of stairs but the elevator worked great once we read the instructions!

I was looking for the perfect spot for my friends and family to have a girls' weekend by the beach. I live in Dunedin, and my family was traveling from up north. The house was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so cozy and comfortable, the rooftop had the most spectacular views at sunset, and we didn't even need to get in the car the entire weekend. The beach is pretty much across the street, and all the local restaurants were delicious. They really thought of everything you would need.

Really nice place!! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property actually looks better in person than on the pics from the website. Very short walk to the beach that was less crowded then down by the pier and to some restaurants. Had my mother with us so the stairs were a little bit of an issue but the place has an elevator so that helped. Definitely would recommend staying here if you have a family or group of friends. Overall it was wonderful and I’d stay here again no doubt!!

Perfect for a ladies weekend!
We had a pre-wedding gathering of bridesmaids all in our 40s and 50s at this location. It was a perfect for location and floorplan! We loved the kitchen for cooking together and the rooftop deck for eating and hanging out! Everything was clean and in great condition and the beds were very comfortable! This is a great location for friend and family gatherings!

Wonderful area walkable to everything…..beach, restaurants, shopping, pier, etc. Views of bay and beach from rooftop are fabulous — great hangout area with hot tub and plenty of seating. Elevator super helpful for just getting groceries up to kitchen or anyone with health issues since there are many steps/levels. Was nice having a garage. Lots of privacy for multiple family stays. For anyone flying into Clearwater with only your clothes, this home has everything you’ll need for the beach —towels, chairs and even a few bikes. Bedroom furniture a bit outdated/worn and we had to do some cleaning on arrival to bring up to our standards. But the the beds were super comfy. Owners very responsive to our questions. Enjoyed our 3wk stay and made wonderful family memories!

Needs a few repairs like the air conditioning on main floor, oven cooks to hot even on top rack. Had to run dishwasher 2 times to get clean.
Door codes need to be changed with every new guest. That was an experience.

Great location in Clearwater Beach
This rental was less than 2 blocks from beach. It was great for our family of 4 adults as we were able to spread out. We did not use hot tub or grill but we did sit on rooftop. We loved walking to restaurants and really did not need our car if we wanted to just stay local.

Great condo
There was plenty of space for everyone (8 of us). The condo had everything we needed from kitchen accessories, towels, tv’s, pillows, you name it. Great location, 2 blocks to the beach and all the restaurants and shop in downtown Clearwater were within walking distance. We definitely stay again.

Best Florida Vacation EVER
This was one of the best vacations we ever had with our family and friends. The location is absolutely the best you can ask for in Clearwater. It’s perfect for two families that want to enjoy time together but also have their own space. It was a five minute walk to the beach and everything you could possibly imagine is right at your fingertips. The kids absolutely loved the elevator and thought it was the best thing. The rooftop terrace is one of the greatest amenities you could have overlooking all of Clearwater and enjoying the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.
