Excellent location, great coffee shop next door plus others and restaurants nearby. Great to have a safe parking space at the property. Well appointed and very comfortable. If you have mobility issues, which we didn't, it is on the third floor with no lift.

The property was in beautiful shape and immaculate. The location was good as far as being able to walk just about everywhere in the historic district. The only negative we found, and unfortunately this was a big negative, the street noise was terrible especially at night which made sleeping very difficult. Next time we will look for a different location for that reason. Otherwise it was a lovely, but noisy place.

The location of this property was perfect! We parked our car when we got there on Friday and didn't use it until we left on Monday with the exception of driving to Tybee Island on Sunday evening. Overall great location, great property!

The Bird Baldwin house was a great place to stay to visit Savannah. Easy to find and park, easy entrance. Walkable to the entire historic area. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. There are stairs to get to the apartment so not for everyone.

Beautiful historic home, in a great location. Walking distance to everything Savannah offers. Home is beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We took the Old Trolly tour around town, did a fun Creepy Crawl pub tour and had Brunch on The Georgia Queen. Great restaurants and roof top bars. Wonderful time!

We enjoyed staying at the Bird Baldwin’s home. Location was close too River St and restaurants. Nice parking area.

Loved it! Be aware that if you have difficulty with steps this is not the rental for you. The steps to the third floor are steep. Excellent location as well. Back gate can be difficult to operate. Very charming property.

Overall greatly enjoyed this stay. The rental was clean and in a great location. Only complaint is the pillows were not comfortable.

The location was ideal for us as we did not have a car and everything was walkable. The rooms were nicely furnished and we enjoyed talking to the visitors next door as we sat outside with them.

This place was the perfect stay with a touch of modern and New Gold. Very spacious plenty of closet room. The shower was amazing and nice to have a washer and dryer. We really hated to leave it was like home.

My husband and I enjoyed the location of the property .Felt very safe in the area.Easy walking distant to shops and dining.The property was maintained well.It gave u all the amenities of home.Only downside it’s on a very busy street and sleeping at night is almost impossible due to traffic noise all night long!I would Highly suggest bringing ear plugs to block out traffic noise!!

Historic antique building nicely maintained, modern bathrooms.

Property was easy to get to, as described, and comfortable. Off street parking was amazing and really took a worry off our minds. Being directly next to Savannah Coffee Roasters and FraLi was an excellent added bonus! Slightly disappointing that the windows didn’t open because we visited during a cool snap, but still had to rely on air conditioning for comfortable sleeping. Overall an excellent stay. We would certainly return.

We parked once and walked everywhere. We felt safe the entire time. This house is updated with the integrity of the historical home well preserved. The porch was a definite plus for relaxing outside . The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Well done!

My hubby and I came to celebrate year 29. Dining alfresco was lovely. We enjoyed taking in gorgeous sights and the ebike and trolly tours that educated us about this amazing city. Our Lucky Savannah apartment was enchanting--a historic hug. Much love for Bird's Nest.

We can't recommend this stylish and well appointed apartment highly enough. Gorgeous wood interiors, spacious and situated in a fantastic period building. Great location too for exploring the Victorian district and the historic district. Great communications with the host throughout and easy check-in. Highly highly recommended.

This apartment is right in the heart of it all. We very much enjoyed walking to everything in the historical district. Parking is difficult in this area, so having the parking spot with the house was perfect, the car never moved once there. The home is well decorated, beautiful and just adds to the Savannah experience. The bathroom is well updated and very spacious. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. We couldn't have been happier with this place! There is some road noise, because the location is so good. I thought it would bother me, but it didn't at all. Don't pass this up if that's your only concern.
