Clean and comfortable apartment on a quiet street. Close to St. Marco, La Fenice, and Rialto. Property Manager is great; punctual, friendly, helpful, and responds to text message questions very fast. Overall GREAT stay.

This apartment was everything we expected from reading the information. Right in the centre but part of city life everything was easily walkable. We will definitely return. It was a perfect apartment.

This was so easy to rent . The hostess colleague arranged water taxi and met us right there . She helped with luggage and with our return sent all kings of places to eat and see . Wonderful

I would not stay here again. This property has significant drawbacks, especially for seniors. The negatives are: 1. You CANNOT sleep on the master bed. It is like concrete and one of the supports underneath is broken. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the couch. There is a small single bed in the second room that is ok but not for two people. 2. The shower is literally either scalding hot or freezing cold and it surges. 3. The apartment is on the top floor of the building (six flights up!) with no elevator. You’d better be able to climb stairs with your bags. 4. Advance travel info from the host could be better. Get ALL the travel details UP FRONT!! We are experienced world travelers but maze-like Venice creates unique challenges. Finding the linkup point was nightmarish. If you DO have cell signal (we didn’t — our fault), you can’t just use Google maps to navigate either, so get ALL the travel details in advance! When we finally did link up two hours (!) later, Salvatore was helpful and kind. The positives are: 1. It has a great location near major tourist travel spots (it sits literally right over a small canal) and it is spacious. This is a plus. 2. Restaurants and shopping nearby are great and within walking distance. 3. It has a kitchen with a washer/dryer combo (no directions how to use it though — we looked on YouTube to get instructions). 4. It has a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, with free wifi.

It was a great pleasure to stay again in this wonderful flat! It is a spacious, wonderful equipped flat with an astonishing living-room and a great view over the roofs of venice and to the canal. The location can't be better, near to opera, just some minutes walk to Markusplatz. The flat is furnished with lot of love, so we felt from the very first second like at home! We will come again!

L’appartamento è molto curato e ben tenuto e si trova in una posizione fantastica, comodissima per visitare questa stupenda città. Unica pecca il letto singolo non comodissimo, ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto. Simona è un host molto precisa nella comunicazione e ci ha fatto trovare un riepilogo di istruzioni accuratissimo. Consiglio vivamente!!

Great location! The property manager explained everything very clear and gave instructions about the best way to arŕive. Restaurants and cafes right around the corner, La Fenice Theater one minute away and we got to visit! The apartment is roomy, beds are comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the tv but did not need it anyway, there was too much going on around in reality.
