This was a wonderful home. Very clean and cozy. We especially appreciated the set-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The 3 stars on the location is only because one of the close neighbor houses was having a loud party on one of the nights.

This home is beautiful, with all the creature comforts and a perfect location close to downtown. We will be back.

We loved this house especially because it was so close to downtown! Not even a 10 minute walk and you’re right in downtown Bend! The house was very spacious even with 7 adults there. We’re definitely planning on staying here again.

LOCATION! Amazing - we parked one of our cars in the garage and only used the other one when we ventured out to hike or grocery shop. This home is walkable to all of the great breweries, coffee places, restaurants, shops, Farmer's Market (Wednesdays), river walking path, Drake Park...this was our 2nd year renting and we'd be sad if we couldn't get this place. Location was priority - but the home itself is the icing on the cake. It is gorgeous! Our party of 8 adults with lots of luggage were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, linens are very nice (as are the beds!), Primary bathroom is roomy with a HUGE shower, plenty of TP, paper towels, foil, ziplocs, saran, herbs & spices, etc.. Plus a 2nd fridge in garage (needed that!). Special touch: travel soap, shampoo, & conditioner. It is SO clean, well cared for, and should even suit the most picky of renters. ArrivedNow does a fabulous job maintaining/managing this home and are so easy to work with. One of our favorite vacation spots.

The location was very walkable to downtown area. Neighborhood was nice and over all we had an amazing stay. The house is very beautiful and quiet. The only issues we found were there was absolutely no privacy in the back yard. It is surrounded EXTREMELY close on all sides by neighbors and no fence. So it was impossible for our group to go sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the weather without knowing the neighbors windows are 10 feet away. It felt like a fishbowl. Lastly, the beds were extremely hard, uncomfortable with very old mattresses.

House was clean and gorgeous. Host was super friendly and seem less check in/out. Close to all attractions. Definitely will be booking again with this home

The house is exactly what we were looking for as a family of 4 plus our married friends. Location is perfect. Only frustrating part (and this is more aimed at Vrbo) is that you find a listing; see the nightly rate and then when you go to pay, the ++ costs are ridiculous

This house is so close to Downtown Bend. My coworkers and I really enjoyed the morning walk around the neighborhood. The house itself was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

We had 7 adult family members in the house and it was terrific. The house is beautiful and spacious and the location put us only a short walking distance from all the great places in the central downtown area of Bend. If you ski (4 of us did) the central location makes the drive to Mt. Bachelor a little longer but it's a worthwhile tradeoff. Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location. The floorplan, furnishings, and kitchen are prefect for a family, and its proximity to downtown makes for easy walking, shoppin g, and sightseeing. The dishwasher was broken, so we had to do a lot of dishes by hand. We quickly tire of eating out and like to cook if time allows. The kitchen is well appointed for that.

This was perfectly located near downtown and the house was set up very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. We could keep all our bikes in the garage and the large cozy living room was perfect. The location is fantastic. Can't be beat really.

Stayed here with some friends for a guys weekend and really liked this house a lot. Well kept, open, bright, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. Easy walk to Bend brewing co, river, trails, and nearby downtown area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved this home. It was set up perfectly for our four couples with room to spare. Very comfy and well appointed. Perfect location for walking into downtown. Even close enough to to walk home from the amphitheater. Would definitely rent this home again.

This house exceded our expectations! Great location for all activities! Walking distance to breweries.. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Great value for the house you will not be disappointed. We didn't need a big yard or a hot tub etc. We came to play in the GNW. So it was perfect for our needs. We had 3 couples, 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers. We were all so comfortable, plenty of space, perfect for kids or entertaining with adults. Really, great place and we WILL be back!

The Awbrey house was absolutely perfect for our visit to Bend to get together with family. Bedrooms were all spacious and the trundle beds downstairs in the study were perfect for my nieces. The kitchen and table x 8ppl was a terrific gathering spot for meals and games. Patio/Grill outside were a bonus. Proximity to downtown Bend and to Century Drive area were ideal, so we could frequent our two favorite Bend hangouts - San Simon and The Flamingo Room.
