Outstanding house, pool and view. Wonderful neighbourhood to experience local life. Felt very safe and property was very clean and comfortable. Couldnt have been better.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Cristal celebrating our belated 25th anniversary! The beds were quite firm for our taste, but that is a personal thing. The pool was quite cold until our very last day there, we didn't realize it wasn't heated. The house was well outfitted with everything we needed. Ricardo the property manager was great, we didn't need very much from him but what we did need, he was Johnny on the spot for us! Kudos to Ricardo!! We hope to be able to stay at Casa Cristal again in the future!

The photos online looked amazing but the house in person was even more impressive! The view cannot be beat and the house had everything you could need. The location is great if you’re looking for a quieter stay but the livelier north side of the island is just a brief golf cart ride away. Richie was a great help, he was so responsive to any questions that we had. Overall cannot say enough great things about our stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location of the home was perfectly situated on the Caribbean side, across from long walking path overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle of the North Beach (but a quick 10 minute drive by cart). Walking distance from many restaurants, including some great local places. Incredible views from the home, and especially the rooftop with sunset views over Cancun. Also, a very short cart ride from the Chedaraui grocery/liquor store. Then there is Ricardo (the property manager) What can you say, except he was phenomenal. Anything, anytime, he was reachable and assisted with any questions on the property or places to see or go. Thank you! The pool was the largest I have seen at a VRBO, private, and sunny (for at least 2/3 of the day). Internet was perfect and available throughout the entire property. The kitchen was functional and plenty of space to lounge, eat, relax or even work (when it was unavoidable). There are two bedrooms, each with a full bath. Since we went with another couple, we made arrangements ahead of time to switch rooms 1/2 way through the trip and Ricardo helped set up a mid-stay maid service. It turned out to be a great decision, as there was a giant difference in accommodations and in space in the upstairs room vs. the main floor. Both were nice, but king vs. queen, views, space, and probably 3x the square footage in the upstairs.

Casa Cristal is a beautiful home and a great location. The home is everything it was advertised to be. The views were amazing! Ricardo met us at the home on arrival, checked in multiple times during the our stay and addressed the one small issue that arose immediately. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again.

Nice property in authentic neighborhood with combination high-end rental homes and condos and many typical island homes on the side streets. Felt very safe. Great views of the sea, on corner of a main road, very nice patio and pool (not heated) with ocean view. Friendly and responsive local property manager. Great, local hidden gem restaurants for foodies within 5-10 min golf cart ride. Impressive exterior "wow factor!"

A stunning property with incredible views. Our property manager met us at the ferry dock with our golf cart rental, took us to the house and walked through it it’s us. He checked in throughout the week which made us feel cared for. The house is spacious, comfortable and the perfect getaway. Having the pool and roof top areas were fantastic! The location is only minutes from downtown and close to other fantastic restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at this property and loved the island. The house has everything you need and is suitable for 2 couples or a family. The rooftop was our favorite part. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. The views are stunning! Ricardo, the property manager, has excellent communication and checked in with us via text throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. He was very easy to get ahold of and was able to assist in every way. The only drawbacks were the master bathtub does not drain very well and it would be great if they had a golf cart included with the property. That would just be a bonus! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. We will definitely be back again.

The house was clean. It had a few things we didn't think to bring. The washer & dryer unit was a definite plus. Ricardo was very helpful. We text him couple times and never felt like we were bothering him, he was very responsive. Can't wait to visit again!

This beautiful oceanfront property with contemporary architecture and stunning morning vista's was an ideal home to enjoy our first trip to isla mujeres. The views from the entry level LR, Master BR suite and 3rd floor private tanning deck were all exceptional. The property's manager, Ricardo, was remarkably thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating. Kitchen gave plenty of space for everything from simple toasted breakfasts or smoothies, to full meals. We loved the multimedia offerings, including a large auto retracting big screen projector for movie night. Conveniently situated in "La Gloria" (near the north/south center of the island, at eastern edge), but far from noisy tourist areas. It was easy to get around by bicycle and clearly golf cart rental would make it a breeze. We found taxis to be inexpensive at about $5 to or from just about anywhere - and almost all drivers knew the property instantly by name.

This house is stunning. The views, from sunrIse to sunset are absolutely incredible! The location is perfectly central, and the whole island is conveniently accessible with a short golf cart ride away. We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and it was perfectly planned and executed thanks to the help of the kind and attentive Ricardo. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ricardo. He was always a text away. Communication with Bob the owner was easy and immediate. If you are coming to Isla make this amazing house and Ricardo part of your trip. 100% worth it. We miss it and him already.

Cabin was just as described. Was hoping we’d see bears on / near the property and we weren’t disappointed! Nolan was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay here again if in the area :)

Just returned from a two week stay with my mother at Casa Cristal. This was my second visit to this beautiful home and it's the only home I want to stay in when I visit Isla. The location and view just can't be beat! The house manager, Ricardo, is a gem! He set up in-home massages for us when we arrived and was always quick to answer any questions. The owner, Bob, is a delight to work with too. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place to lay your head at night but close enough to the all kinds of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The ever-colorful Playa Norte is only a 12 minute golf cart ride. Restaurant/Bar Recommendations: Close to Home - Mango Cafe, Limon, Rosa Siera's, DeNuccio's, Pizza Mike's. In Playa Norte - North Garden, Ruben's, Cafe Mogagua, Xantolo, Il Patio.

Just finished our stay at casa cristal this week and words can't explain the amazing experience we had there! The house was spectacular and Ricardo was beyond spectacular! From the moment we checked in Ricardo had the place set up exactly how I liked it and he was the absolute best to work with. We even had a medical emergency with my mother during our stay and Ricardo rushed right over and took care of everything! Ricardo is the most caring and compassionate person I have truly ever met! I have stayed at a lot of places but this place absolutely tops them all! We will definitely be coming back and from now on all my friends and family that visit the island will be going to casa cristal!

Property was amazing! TVs hard to operate! Neighbors love to party all night with barking dogs! I prefer self check in process but Ricardo was great

Casa Cristal is THE place to stay on Isla Mujeres. Beautiful views, private pool, pristine aesthetic/design, clean facility, cool AC, abundance of towels lol. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone!!

First, I have to give extra kudos to Ricardo. His communication, readiness to assist with requests/issues quickly and incredibly friendly. The only issues that we had was the tv situation, internet connection issues, not able to watch really anything other than Netflix which in itself was not easy either. Last 2 nights of bad weather we had no internet connection at all with no ability for tv use. The kitchen situation was also a bit of a hassle. There is not a dish washer or oven (did have a toaster oven) and the stovetop would only shut off after you unplugged it underneath. The location of the house was the biggest plus! The view was so breathtaking all these smaller issues could not ruin this amazing experience. Getting to restaurants and grocery store was easy and loved riding around in our golf cart. I feel that putting a few updates in the kitchen and adding additional seating/ entertainment features on the roof it would be amazing.

Stayed mid July with wife and two teenage daughters, this place is perfect for family of four. The views were amazing, sunrise from the master bedroom is something you will never forget. The location is perfect, we would explore for a while then come back and swim. The pool is awesome and bigger than the pictures make it seem. Ricardo is fabulous, helped with everything we needed from the golf cart to swimming with whale Sharks. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. It’s in an ideal location that is safe with local little restaurants to eat at. Our host Ricardo was amazing and took really good care of us. He arranged a swimming with the whale shark tour for us that was awesome. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved this home and Ricardo the property manager was the best part! It's only 2 bedrooms but very spacious and 3 floors which was way more space than we needed but it was our anniversary and we wanted a pool so we splurged and we were glad for it. Located in the Colonias so is very convenient to shops and food. We frequently drove out golf cart to the Chedraui which only took about 5 minutes and Mango Cafe is just down the road. Ricardo was amazing, he was there to pick us up when we arrived at the ferry terminal with our rental golf cart even when our plane and luggage had us late by 1.5 hours and we followed him to our house as late as 10pm. Ricardo got us reservations for our anniversary and also helped us when our golf cart broke down. We would most definitely stay here again anytime! The pool was so refreshing and beds comfortable. I wanted to take home the backyard stray cat but my husband said no next time.

The casa Cristal was centralized located allowing for convenience. Beautiful house.

Me and my boyfriend rented this place from a Tuesday to a Friday. We originally had another place booked but upon arrival we were so disappointed and I wanted to check out immediately. That’s when I did a quick search to see who had last minute availability and thankfully I found this place. They were so sweet to try to get the house cleaned in a hurry as we were already on the island and needed accommodation pretty much immediately. We had the best stay. We literally had everything we needed and more, and that’s hard to find in a vacation home. I can easily say this place was the best vrbo I’ve rented. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. Only negative experience I had was upon checkout. I hand washed all the dishes we used even though I didn’t have to… and unfortunately one small water glass slipped off of the drying rack and broke on the concrete floor. I cleaned up as much as I could but there were some smal pieces I couldn’t get to. When Ricardo the manager came to collect the keys on checkout I told him what happened. He then asked me to leave money for the glass. I was honestly appalled, I thought it was slightly unnecessary and I was completely caught off guard. It would have been like 50 or 60 pesos or so for a new glass and I just didn’t think it would be such an issue. I scrambled around for 60 pesos but came up with only about 30 or 40 and left it on the counter in a hurry. I was pretty upset. I was hoping he would tell me it was no problem because he had been so nice and accommodating otherwise. Anyway not a huge deal but it has bothered me. I certainly would not have meant this to happen so I was already upset about it anyway. But even still, I love this property and would like to come back.

Casa Cristal was an amazing place to stay for a longer vacation. The home is very well designed, and kept in impeccable condition. The house manager is anxious, and willing to see to your every need. Casa Cristal provided one of the best vacations I’ve had. It is the perfect vacation home!

The casa is beautiful!! We so much enjoyed our time there! The views were incredible!!They have a awesome manager Ricardo!! If we needed anything he was there and checked in on us! You can't go wrong renting this casa !!

We were so excited to visit and this house did not disappoint! Everything went smoothly from Ricardo picking us up at the ferry in our personal golf cart he rented us for the week to when we left. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had a little glitch with the internet but they came and replaced the whole thing the next day. We enjoyed having our personal pool and watching the people passing by. All of them admiring the house. We felt like royalty. The Chedraui was only a few minutes away and had everything you would need but we mostly ate out at the local spots. We will definitely be coming back again.

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Cristal and absolutely loved it! It's great for a party of 1-4 as it does only have 2 bedrooms. The views are absolutely amazing and Ricardo was so great! He was always available to answer any questions we had and even set up our Covid tests at the house before our departure. I left 2 necklaces on the kitchen counter when we checked out and he drove them into town to me. Such a great guy! Looking forward to our next trip to Isla and will definately book Casa Cristal again!

Nice property with a beautiful view. Located in a great spot to access all Isla Mujeres has to offer. Local caretaker was fabulous! Helped us with taxis and covid test set up and much more. Very responsive and quick to help. Enjoyed our stay.

This house is in a great location! Beautiful views, and located close to all the things! A short golf cart ride to all the sights of Isla and the DELICIOUS Mango Cafe! Massages on the roof top with Angel and Humberto (Ask your house manager Richardo for contact info. They were AMAZING! Hands down best massage I have ever had!) Richardo was so helpful and always avaliable and happy to help! The house was beautiful and clean! Great Trip, Great House!

Our family of 4 had great time in the island, enjoyed staying at Casa Cristal. The view was magnificent! The kids enjoyed the pool time even though it can be cold this time of the year. Ricardo made everything easy, he is very attentive and caring! We were sad to come home to snow, but will visit again:)

My wife and I stayed for five nights and were blown away by the beauty of the views from all three floors! Beds were comfortable. Restaurants were close by. Ricardo caters to your every need! Will definitely be back!

Casa Cristal was everything we expected and more. The house itself was so beautiful and well kept. Ricardo, the caretaker took very good care of us. He even arranged for our golf cart and was waiting when we got off the ferry and escorted us out to the house. Very highly recommend!
