Hiccups at check-in and PM could have been more communicative, but enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was fantastic! Everything in the condo was perfect and beautiful! We loved the large deck with a relaxing view of the bay! The only negative was the crazy elevator. It didn’t work from the ground floor, but did work from the other floors. My husband figured a way around it for me. I’m unable to do stairs right now so don’t know what I would have done if he had not figured it out. But everything else was beautiful and clean. A great place to stay!

Our family had an amazing time staying at this condo. There were 10 of us and we were not at all crowded. Everything we needed was provided and the place was super clean upon arrival. We had lots of fun at the pools, the beach and just relaxing on the spacious balcony. We will definately be going back!

Roomy and enjoyable condo. Truly enjoyed this Point West stay at this condo. Took our grands and fun was had by everyone. Owners were great to work with. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The place was perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed the amenities and the dogs enjoyed the beach. We had a problem with the fire alarm going off 3 times, 3:30 in the morning our first night and on another night it went off at 12:30 and 6:30 in the morning. No large serving bowls and the hallway bathtub was clogging up and was not told until 2 days before we were leaving. I bought a straw brush to clean the drain to clear up the issue. The K-cup coffee maker water did not stop flowing. It had to be watched and stopped or the cup would overflow. Other than the four items, I would stay again and let the owners know about the issues before arrival. It should be noted that the stores are very far away and to plan to do a big shop before getting to the unit. Oh, there were no spices other than salt and pepper which I found weird.

There is only one guaranteed parking space for each condo, and only five or six spaces for two buildings of condos. The property is well-equipped with lovely furniture, everything you could need for lounging and watching lots of tv if that's your thing. There is a great bar-height table with a lazy Susan, perfect for games and family dinners. There are plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, but not one single mixing bowl or any lid containers for leftovers, bring your own! The towels are hotel quality. We did not use the bay side, too many mosquitoes, but the parking lot across the highway and well-made boardwalk made getting to the beach easy. Very private beach! There were hardly any people there our four days in the middle of July. It's a good 30 minute drive due to slow speeds to get into Galveston to shop or eat. The neighborhood has perfect roads for jogging and biking.

Nice condo, clean, all the amenities. Easy check in. Only complaint is very strong mold smell.

We loved absolutely everything about this condo. There were so many homey amenities, a plethora of televisions, video game system and board games. Netflix was a nice touch!! The kids LOVED the bunk bed, and we all agreed that all the bed mattresses were some of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking utensils and dishes for three meals a day for 10 people. (Be aware, however, there is no foil or parchment paper or seasonings beyond salt and pepper-- this is not a problem, just something we weren't aware of and should have checked on ahead of time ‍♀️) 2 options for coffee- keurig and carafe plus a ton of coffee in the pantry for those who need it.We came in the winter, so we did not take advantage of the pools or other resort amenities, but we loved the proximity to the beach, just a short drive and a jaunt down the boardwalk. We loved the beach decor and art on the walls and the living room furniture is so comfy!We cannot wait to come back!

This condo is beautiful, clean and super well-stocked. The weather was not always the best but even the time spent inside was enjoyable. We visited the sunset pool/winding river twice and really enjoyed it. I can't say enough about the owner - he answered all my questions and gave me lots of insight about being an owner/manager of the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family was very pleased with the location and condition of this condo. It is beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. The property provided a great location for four generations to get together for Father’s Day. Highly recommend!

The layout of the condo was perfect. We had four teenagers with us and there was enough room for everyone to spread out and have downtime or all get together around the kitchen table and play games. The room was well equipped with all you need for cooking, going to the beach, playing games ( including an XBOX). I will definitely be bringing my family back again this spring!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shores N Sunsets. The condo was immaculate and very nicely furnished. It was stocked with all the necessities of home. It was a short walk or ride to the pools and beach and the beach is beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting a wonderful family vacation experience. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Spent a wonderful three day stay in Galveston. The property was lovely. All the amenities for a comfortable stay was provided. The unit was spotless (I mean you could eat off the floor). The clubhouse was beautiful and all the staff were friendly. I strongly recommend this property.

Wonderful vacation in Galveston. The condo was exactly (actually better) than the description online. The photos are exactly as the condo unit is. Brad checked in on us upon our arrival and he was very helpful when we had questions later in the week. The amenities at the Beach Club were also fantastic. The pool and beach access was top notch. I’d definitely come back many more times!!

Would stay again!! Before the trip, host was very responsive to my many questions. The kitchen is well stocked (had things we needed but didn’t expect a rental to provide) but it’s best to ask what is available if there is something specific you need (we brought a toaster, dishwashing liquid, etc). Check in was easy with a code on the door. Host called us upon arrival to make sure everything was ok. The cleaning service did a great job preparing the house for our arrive. The place was immaculate, clean, no dust, no bugs and no trace of sand (which could be a challenge being close to the beach). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets. Great view of greenery and the bay to enjoy my coffee on the large patio and comfy sitting area. So many little details to make us feel welcomed and at home. WiFi was working and fast. If you are going during peak season, you have to purchase a wrist band at the office for $10/person 4 years and up (max 9 wristabanfs for this condo). We had small kids so we decided to drive to the beach and pools instead of walk. My favorite was the check out process. Host was very accommodating. We could leave the beds/linen as is (could be annoying to strip them down). I love this house and great memories were made. Your family will enjoy it too!! Book soon before it’s unavailable.

We had a terrific time at the condo! The space and floor plan is ideal for family getaways. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property managers are always accessible and accommodating. So much to do in the area. Our family looks forward to going back next year. Thank you!

This is a very nice property, in fact several of my family members commented that it's nicer than the pictures, which is rare! Very clean, great patio, and the new dining table is really great for playing games! We really enjoyed our experience; the beach club amenities are great, especially with kids. My biggest concern was the parking situation, but we never had an issue securing a spot for our two vehicles, and we stayed during the very busy week of July 4th. I think we would have been fine having a golf cart too. Heads up, the elevator isn't reliable. The property manager warned me as much in advance, and sure enough, it was out of service for 2 days. Otherwise though, absolutely no complaints!

Went on a summer trip with two moms and five boys. We had plenty of space for kids and grownups. Owners we very communicative and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

I like the house everything clean and fast check in.

This was such a cool place! My favorite part was the view and drinking coffee out on the porch! My kids LOVED all the different pools and the bunk beds! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was so clean! This is really to place to stay when your in Galveston. We all can't wait to go back!

We had the best time staying at this property during Spring Break! The upgrades to this home were amazing! The new owners had everything we needed (and extra bonuses - like beach chairs) that we didn’t even think about bringing! We will definitely be back this summer to stay again!
