员工友好，老板也比较友好，提供牙刷但是质量一般，附近有个green market，也有个28勇士纪念公园

无早餐，不太方便。房间设施比较旧，特别是有的房间花洒和移动喷头不能互相切换，只能用花洒。床不太舒服。

No services, you need to carry your own Baggages to your room, wi-fi is slow, no breakfast, no one clean the room if you stay for more than one night.

I booked this hotel in Almaty at the last minute because the hotel I was originally staying at was terrible. This hotel fit my needs perfectly - quiet, modern, great location, A/C that worked well, and a very friendly lady at the front desk!

I’m a solo backpacker travelling around Central Asia and every time I came back to Almaty I stayed here, which was 3 seperate occasions. The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms are exactly how they are in the pictures, very comfortable! Has great wifi and is a 30 second walk from a shop and around a 3 minute walk over the road past the petrol station to restaurants. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

Clean rooms, good size. 10 mins walk from a metro station.

Location was a little far from the downtown area for us, but it is close to a metro or a short taxi ride.
