We LOVED our time in this amazing penthouse and plan to come back. They have an amazingly stocked place. Great hangers, decently stocked kitchen, Beautiful views! We did not need swim shoes for the first water it was so clear and easy to navigate. The host was kind, responsive and a delight to work with. The only thing I would wish is for the ability to pay for a late check out if no other renters were coming. I love this villa and will be back. The online shopping. App is tricky .. also getting cabs .. make sure you put a one and country code …

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful paio and space
The title advertises “beachfront “ which is not accurate. The ocean comes right to the lower patio and you can’t walk on the beach directly from here. It’s waterfront and you need to walk somewhere around 15 minutes on the road to get to the beach

We booked at Regal Beach Club for spring break. Very nice property with a pool and tennis court on the beach. The apartment was lovely. We had the top floor with terrace overlooking the ocean with a great outdoor space. Location was walking distance to many stores and restaurants, but you do need a car. Parking at the property was adequate.
The property is directly next door to the Marriott and it was easy to walk between the properties to use their restaurant etc. You will hear a lot of activity/music from the Marriott.
Unfortunately there has been serious erosion of the beach which is nearly nonexistent at the Regal. If you want more beach you need to move further north on Seven Mile Beach.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend highly.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman. My husband and I honeymooned on Grand Cayman, 7 Mile Beach, 27 years ago and it was so nice to come back with our kids.
Our favorite part was the amazing outside space in the condo right over the ocean. Although the whole condo was beautiful, and more than met our needs, we spent most of the time we were in the condo outside on the deck....the view was breathtaking and it was amazing to have the private space.
It was so nice to have the Marriott right next door. We could pop over for a drink or food in no time at all.
The location was prime and it was nice to be able to walk to Camana Bay and little shops nearby. Our kids (23, 21 and 1) all loved the condo and the location.
Carol was so nice and responsive with questions we had and we are so thankful we found her VRBO....it seemed to good to be true on line but when we got there we were so happy!

This is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. My family of 6 loved it. Unit had everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only thing I’d point out is there really is no beach anymore, the water goes right up to the concrete area for the pool.

What a great place! The first things you notice when you walk in or how clean the entire unit is and the fantastic, indescribable, view from the balcony. The whole unit is spacious, three bedrooms and updated bathrooms as well as a fairly stocked kitchen, lots of TV channels for those rainy days in a great location. Peppers across the street has excellent lunch and dinner fare (try the oxtail for those who never have and like to try new things), it's just a short walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our favorite part was a quarter mile swim/snorkel down towards the main area of seven Mile Beach and back. Saw flounder, crabs, numerous fish, found great shells, and the water is as clear as can be. We've already agreed that we would like to stay here when we come back.

The RBC is in a great location on SMB and it was easy to get to restaurants, grocery, and other activities. We loved the condo, view, and awesome water and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. The security officers were great and very helpful and this property is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed at on GCI. Two downsides: Since we went in the low season, there was A LOT of renovation construction on-going at the Marriott next door that was extremely loud every day and detracted from our experience. Secondly, the picture of the beach in front of RBC should be updated since there really isn't a sandy beach anymore and we were expecting to have chairs on the beach instead of just up at the pool.

This is a great property with beautiful views, but we specifically chose this spot because of the beach photos. Turns out, there are very minimal spots of sand and most of the property is lined by sea walls. Had visions of morning beach walks, but not here.

We had the whole family of 6 (+1 boyfriend) on this vacation and it was universally considered the best family vacation we've ever taken. Beautiful condo, amazing view, and super convenient location. We walked to restaurants, shopping, and for groceries and popped next door to the Marriott for drinks, a few meals, and water sports. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Most of all, we are just in awe of the view.

This is an amazing property. It is very clean and very well stocked. Views from the balcony are spectacular. Location fantastic walking to coffee shops and great restaurants at Camana Bay (10 min walk through beautiful green walk way). If you don't plan to venture elsewhere in the island you don't even need a car. Walking to grocery store at Camana Bay, there are busses and taxis available easily. Lot's of space in the apartment for large family (sleeping for 7). Marriott next door is a bonus for an evening drink. Water sports next door. No noise carries from the bar as apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommend this place. We loverd it!!!

Great place. Good location. Only downside is beach is not as big/wide as it looks on the pictures, but everything else was exactly as it looks. Beach is still great just don't expect this huge side beach right in front of the property. And the grills are propane so no need to buy charcoal.

This is a trip we had planned since 2020, but due to Covid restrictions we had to keep putting it off. The property was as advertised in terms of “what you see is what your getting” although due to erosion, most of the beach was missing which was unfortunate but that’s Mother Nature. The property was nice, the private pool was welcoming after being in the sea each day. The property host and housekeeping were very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay and check in/out was very easy.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a beautiful time in penthouse 131. The view is absolutely amazing worth every penny. We were a family of five. It was very comfortable and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything that you need and Carol is just a text away with any questions you may have. Love this property and would definitely recommend it to others.

We chose this property based on the images in the listing and were not disappointed! Magnificent water views, ocean front on 7 mile beach and huge, well-appointed outdoor space make unit #131 extra special. Wake up to coffee on the terrace, walk downstairs and snorkel right off the beach, soak up the sun, grab drinks or dinner at the Marriott steps away, then watch the sunset from the best view on the island back on the terrace.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo with amazing views! Loved all the glass and views from every angle! Plenty of space for our family of six (four adult children). Super clean! Owner has fully stocked the unit with everything one could need for a wonderful island vacation! The kitchen has everything plus more! Very impressive! Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded to all our inquiries very, very quickly. And the balcony..... superb bonus...wow... wow... wow! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, grounds are well maintained, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Literally steps away from the Marriott (right next door) which was great for the water sport rentals and restaurant/beach bar. Loved everything about our stay at Regal Beach Club #131! Thanks so much! We will return!

This condo has an amazing deck with such a gorgeous VIEW!!! isn’t that why we come to Cayman anyway,!! it was the perfect size for the 4 of us..We had our own bathroom and the kitchen and living area had more than enough room..the book collection was amazing!!!!
Be advised this complex DOES NOT have an elevator (which should be disclosed before booking for those who can not do 3 flights of stairs) other than that we absolutely loved our time!!

This was a gorgeous unit and we appreciate the stay! While we hit some rough weather, we used the beautiful patio as much as possible and appreciate that there was a shade to use to keep out the sun - didn't know about it and it was nice to avoid to much sun on those days. Everything was comfortable and convenient and the staff on property answered questions for us as well. Thanks very much!

First time stay in the Caymans. We came here to scuba dive and it was fabulous. Saw a hammerhead shark(must of been lost-dive leader was ecstatic). Condo was 5 min away from dive shop, supermarket 5 minutes away, kitchen had everything you needed to cook, condo was clean, had towels,beach towels, soaps. I locked passports in safe,my bad,owner came on her time and unlocked safe. Super place. Hurricane Ivan just went through,so beach was only maybe 8ft..but didn’t stop us from enjoying. I would stay here again no doubt! Thanks Carol for the use of your penthouse condo!

This is an excellent location! Close to everything you need with views that take your breath away from sunrise to fabulous sunsets!!! Plenty of space and everything you need for a family. Master bedroom has adjustable bed too for those that benefit from being able to elevate while sleeping. Can’t wait to come back!!

Carol’s condo was beautiful! The views are gorgeous, and her condo had everything we needed for our family. There was even a crib and high chair! Carol was very responsive with communication, which was much appreciated! The location of her condo is unbeatable! She has the highest floor penthouse, and that was the perfect location for our family! I loved her condo, and our entire family had an amazing time!! I’m already planning a second trip back!

We had a fabulous time in Grand Cayman and couldn't have picked a better place for our group of 7 ladies to stay. The location is OUTSTANDING, with the most spectacular view from the third floor balcony overlooking the clearest, bluest water you will ever see. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance, and we felt safe everywhere we went. We enjoyed the perks of being right next to the Marriott - bar, water toys, restaurants, etc. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked with the many items needed to enjoy our time there. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are already planning our next girls trip back to this perfect place.

Amazing views and location!
5 of our family stayed in June and had the best time. Being right on the water was the most amazing peaceful views. The beach felt semi private and was very well kept. Walking distance to everything grocery, Restaurants, and water sports. Highlight was a day snorkeling and stingray city ( a must). We will be back to this property.

What can I say … We originally planned this trip pre-Covid and due to shutdowns in the US and the Cayman Islands our trip was delayed two years !!! The entire time Carol was gracious, communicated well, and helped get our new dates together for this trip. The property was as advertised and the location was perfect. This private property has all the amenities you need and what it doesn’t have you are about 30 yards away from the Marriott (they don’t have a good beach). Thank you Carol for being patient and wonderful to work with. If your planning a trip don’t scroll any further than this property !!!!
