The condo was just as nice as it was pictured on the website. It was a great location, very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. If you are traveling with kids, this is your spot. They had a kids' room with tons of Disney movies, video games and board games. The host was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

This is the first time I have ever rented a place that was better looking than the pictures. Cool, relaxed decor, had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

One of the best rentals we've had. Enjoyed the not-so-touristy location and easy access to the beach. Only thing missing was a hot tub at the facility.

Outstanding experience!

This condo is nicely furnished with all the things you need for a vacation! The view from the balcony (and the sofa inside) is beautiful! The area is not busy, so I was never concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak. The pool is perfect when you don't feel like "beaching it." We had our family of 4 (children aren't really children anymore...21 & 19) and had PLENTY of room. It's really a perfect set-up!

Very clean, roomy condo with a great direct view of the ocean. Loved the location and the friendly neighbors.

Communication response was excellent. The condo was clean, comfortable with all the beach home/beach essentials and a few extras like board games and an XBox for a rainy day. The beach was right across the road and was never busy. There was some needed cosmetic construction going on, however, workers were courteous and the host was very accommodating and gracious with arrival and departing times. A few items that needed attention were the vertical blinds and perhaps extra blankets for the beds. The hosts left great restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Loved this place- would definitely recommend this place for a quiet & relaxing vacation.

The condo is perfect for family of 4 as everyone had space. The grounds of the property is very clean and manicured. Michelle was very nice to work with. The one and only downside is the condo is not really walking distance for food or cocktails, basically have to drive everywhere. The condo contained everything including all items needed for beach activities. Beds comfortable and everything was very clean.

The unit was clean and well furnished. Very spacious, plenty of dishes and linens. Non-key lock made entry easy. The area and condo were quiet and it was great to just walk across the street to the beach. Michele was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

It is wonderful to go to a beach that is not crowded. You can sit on the balcony and just look at the ocean. Watch the sunrise and sunset. Nice condo beds were comfortable. They have every thing you need to have a wonderful vacation.

This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. Pool very nice and convenient walk to beach. The only difficulty we had was that our truck would not fit in garage so parking could be tricky. But garage was very nice to have to store chairs, etc. Would love to come back

Loved the patio overlooking the ocean

This property is clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We had the best vacation I've had in a long time. The beach is just across the street and is quiet, as advertised, and the pool is just below. We had a fantastic time, going to the beach and pool almost every day and traveling short distances to Pirate's Cove mini-golf in Daytona and Sally's Ice Cream in Flagler. Michele was very easy to work with. We appreciated the garage and beach toys and the full kitchen, so that we could cook some of our own meals to save money. We also appreciated the TVs and the board games. We played a tournament of Sorry throughout the week! If you're looking to throw in some "education light" during your vacation without breaking the budget, we had a great time at the Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet, a few miles south of this property. You can spend as little as 2 hours there. Our kiddos were 9 and 10 at the time, but it would interest children ages 5 or 6 on up. Thanks to Michele and her family for this wonderful property!

My family had a wonderful vacation while staying here. The condo was very clean and updated with a tasteful, not tacky, beach decor. The whole place is very thoughtfully stocked with items you may need during your stay. Video games and board games for the kids, adult and children's books, plenty of kitchen supplies, as well as chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach. The balcony has very comfortable outdoor seating and a wonderful view of the ocean. We could see dolphins swimming from our balcony almost every day we were there! The beaches were never busy and we usually had the pool to ourselves or just a couple other people. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Michele is great! The condo was extremely clean and very relaxing. The balcony has such a great view of the ocean, and we enjoyed listening to the ocean at night. Every expectation we wanted in a condo was met, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The beach is so beautiful and the ocean is so refreshing. We will definitely be coming back.
