This house is awesome.From the pool which is beyond fabulous we stayed in it most of our time; to the whole staff which took care of our every need and were so friendly and nice.This vacation was our best vacation ever from beginning to end and all the people in between, a perfect time.

All I have to say is the view was spectacular!!!! The nice breeze all day long was a bonus! Great staff very attentive and service was great! The pool was nice, clean and spacious! I will return again when I stay in Puerto Plata!! Thank you for such a relaxing nice time!

There were 12 of us and we had a great time! The staff was excellent and food was great! Villa is very nice and roomy. Best view in the area and we photographed some great sunrises. Disappointed that the beautiful pool was too cool to swim in and the hot tub worked sporadically!

Our family had a wonderful week-long visit to Bentley Villa. The views, space and staff are wonderful. Plenty of room to gather for meals, lounge in the hot tub, and on the porch -- and the staff is truly incredible. They are delightful -- the best part of the trip -- and prepare wonderful breakfast and local dishes for dinner each night. We will always remember this time together and a wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful experience at Bentley Villa!!! The staff was accommodating and ensured our immediate needs were met. The house was beautiful and relaxing which allowed us to enjoy and feel refreshed. We will visit again.

I came across this listing and decided to book for a surprise birthday celebration for my husband in which friends would be joining us. Glen was fantastic in responding, helping get us set up, and answering all questions. The house is accurately represented by the pictures - what you see is not what you get... it is absolutely all of that and MORE. Pretty sure we took over 20 pictures of the view(s) bc it was amazing. The house staff were all very kind, helpful and amenable to everyone - they were great. I also recommend getting a variety of options and letting the chef be creative - that was one of our favorite meals! I would 10:10 recommend the location and experiences! The only thing I would say to be mindful of is that cash is the mode of preferred payment for almost everything. Granted there are ATMs available, and I would recommend come prepared (even for excursions) with cash for greater ease! Thanks Glen for a great experience - it exceeded expectations for all of us!

I couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home. We were greeted and treated with love the entire stay. Glen was extremely helpful with my many questions before we even arrived and assisted immediately with any questions/concerns. Santa was AWESOME and made sure we were happy before leaving the villa each day. The staff prepared the BEST food and our excursion driver Quintino escorted us wherever we wanted to go. My family of 9 insisted we come back to Bentley Villa only each time we visit DR. So much love, fun, and happiness was shared in the villa being my family came from numerous places across the USA. Will recommend to everybody! Book this villa!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Bentley!!! The villa is beautiful. Each bedroom has it's own bath. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Gorgeous views from both! The service staff were amazing!! All of them were very nice. Santa is extremely helpful with any extra needs. She even ran to the pharmacy for us one day. We loved our stay!!!

The exercise equipment did not work and is rusted. The pool furniture is worn out and most is broken. The refrigerator was broken. It was not cool at all!! We feel we should be refunded at least $1000 US.

This villa is even better than promised. All the public rooms lived up to the pictures, but the bedrooms were more spacious and well appointed than I was expecting. The staff was helpful and entirely unobtrusive. They left delicious meals in the oven for us every evening. Carlos emptied and cleaned the hot tub every single day. We found the Dominican taxi drivers, Covid testers and excursion leaders punctual and professional. The only drawbacks were out of the homeowner's control -- barking dogs at night, music from another villa, and a trash-strewn public beach. But there was a cleaner beach nearby, as well as excellent bars and restaurants. As someone else said, it was like stepping out of your life for a spell.

This was our first big family vacation and our experience with the entire staff was amazing. Santa was so nice and very helpful with everything. She really made sure we felt at home. The house was so beautiful inside and out the views were amazing something we will never forget. And the best part of the house was our chef. She made everything with so much flavor and love. All of her dishes left of wanting more and more and she was super nice. Best trip by far and i definitely cant wait to come back and spend our vacation with these amazing people. Thank you again

Everyone was happy with the pool, the patio areas to sit on, and the movie room was a big hit. House was a little bit out of the way, but google maps took us there without an issue. The bedrooms were spacious and the listing was very accurate. What really made this house was the staff- they were all great and extremely helpful, and went out of their way for our group. The staff cooked most of our meals, and the meals were very good! I highly recommend this property.

The Bentley Villa was extraordinary. It didn't even feel like real life! Having so much space to spread out in was wonderful with our four kids (three teenagers). The private pool was a huge hit, and I think we spent more time in the hot tub than anywhere else! The staff was just fantastic - everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The ladies who cooked for us were so sweet, and Carlos and Santiago did a great job outside. In fact, we relied on Santiago to speak to our uber driver several times to help get us home! There were a few small things that could be fixed eventually...the screen doors didn't slide easily, the speakers in the theater room weren't working properly....but these were very minor inconveniences. Overall, it was a stunning property that I would (and already have!) recommend!

Glen and his daughter Glenda were amazing from start to finish. The house was very clean and the workers were very nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. We had an amazing time. Our whole family met in Puerto playta and enjoyed the house so much. The employees were amazing and seemed to love the their job!!

This is the 3rd time staying at the Bentley Villa and it was even better than the first 2 times. The staff is beyond wonderful and the food is amazing. We love it and will be back again next year.

Glen confirmed all details and answered all questions prior to arrival. Then, it was the start of 8 days and 7 nights of amazing fun and relaxation. Our family of (Adults and teens) were first greeted by the amazing taxi driver (Lorenzo) at the airport. He was right on time and he provided excellent service during our stay. Next, the arrival at the Villa; stunning views and an amazing house. We received the warmest welcome by the staff; Santa, Danomi, Judy, Carlos and Rosabelle. We all enjoyed a yummy drink as Santa gave us a tour of the house; huge bedrooms and bathrooms that were clean, nicely decorated and the views of the mountains, ocean, beach, city lights at night were stunning. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the balcony was a great place to hang out. The breeze was so refreshing. Kudos to the staff for their excellent service. We appreciate you. Santa planned day excursions, hair braiding and massages for us. Danomi made us all delicious breakfast and dinner; french toast, plantains, yucca, flan, shrimp, chicken and so much more. Carlos, Judy and Rosabelle were always there if we needed anything. They are so kind and always with a smile. This was a memorable trip and we hope to visit again in the future.

I have to start with the staff because they were amazing! Santa, Carlos, Dioma, and staff made us feel at home from the moment we met them. They met our every need plus some. The house and pool were always very clean and well maintained. We felt safe and secure for the duration of our stay. We will go back!!!

The staff is extremely professional, helpful and attentive! Santa’s excellent management of events, Damino’s fablous meals kept us well fed, Carlos is the Best property manager and guest accommodations by the full service staff made our 10-day stay superb! A few notes: above all, truly an exceptional travel experience and stay! A few notes for future guests: the pool is not heated and very cold at this time of year, but the hot tub was perfect (after a few turns of the dial), the WiFi could use a boost (very weak signal), outdated fitness equipment and we had some interruptions of electricity (air conditioning off one day. But Carlos and Santa made sure we were happy and well taken care of. Diamo’s breakfasts and dinners were fabulous!!! We even had puppies!! I hope Rossi is doing well! We felt very safe with secure watch guard at night. Short walks to ocean world, beach and town made for easy trip to grocery, dinner out and walks on beach. Had a fabulous time. Views are breathtaking from every balcony and top patio. Star gazing at night in the huge sky enjoyed by all. You won’t be disappointed! This place is amazing!

There really are no words to describe how perfect this villa is! The location is great, atmospheric and rustic, yet near to everything you need… 10 minutes down the hill and you have some shops and restaurants and the beach. The villa itself is just wonderful. So much space and beautifully laid out with wonderful accommodations and beautiful outside spaces to take in the incredible views. The pool is just beyond all wildest dreams! Must be the most incredible villa pool on earth! Finally the staff… the absolute highlight of our time! Santa is just delightful, will welcome you with a hug and organise absolutely anything your heart desires, and with a beautiful smile. Dioma is mama Dominicana and cooks the most delicious meals! Carlo is another lovely and smiling face, attending to the grounds and making sure everything is always looking its best. Cannot forget Santiago, the security who is there all night making sure everyone is feeling super safe and looked after. Thank you thank you to all of you for going above and beyond, for welcoming us like family and for becoming our Dominican family! We cannot wait to return next year, and in fact we are already discussing some plans with friends! To anyone considering this villa, just book it if you are lucky enough to have the chance and you won't be disappointed!

Our stay at this villa was just perfect. A beautiful home which is very well maintained and very clean. The pictures and description of the villa are spot on, not exaggerated. The jacuzzi and pool are awesome. Overall an engineering marvel. The staff is exceptional. Happy and friendly and devoted to their job. Walked to the beach and market everyday.
