This property had great space for the square footage and was easily within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and the beach. Easy check-in and check-out process. The only downside is the property is on the backside of the complex so the view out the windows is in the back of someone's house, not Mission BLVD. This is not a big deal though.

We had a great family stay finding everything we needed in the rental to make it a memorable trip. The location offers easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, beach, and bay! It was a great stay, so I still rate it highly. However we heard neighbors very loudly close by during all hours of the night one night. Parking is tight and took much finagling to work our Audi Q7 into if there were cars parked on either side of the allotted spots. But on the flip side, we were happy to have parking spots! Would love to return

The condo was clean and spacious with a contemporary coastal asthetic. Steps from the lively main street below and close to so many attractions. Highly recommend!

This property is located steps from the beach with so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The unit was immaculately clean and well kept. The bedding was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking spots are tight but with a normal to small car are not a problem. The unit was well managed with clear check in and check out instructions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We went with 2 families total of 9 people 4 adults and 5 kids. Kids ended up staying in the same room as we moved a bed into the room with 4 beds. Kids had a blast having a slumber party. Adults each had their own room to sleep. What is great about this place is the every room is an en-suite. The bunk bends are in the open. So maybe even 3 families could share if there went too Many kids. Blue water communicated with us very well and kept us up to date. Would stay again with them.

Right in between mission bay and pacific beach, lots of places to eat and drink, and the condo is quiet enough for the little ones to sleep. Well stocked and easy communication with the management. Great stay!

The whole thing was a superb experience right from online booking, check-in, stay and departure. The property was very clean, and easy access to beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had EVERYTHING we needed stocked in the house. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We had 4 adults and 5 children all sleeping comfortably with room to spare. Awesome location, a short walk from the beach. Kids loved it!! We also loved the restaurants in the area! We would love to go back and stay again soon.

Thanks for another great experience on our yearly family trip! All was near perfect with the exception of the AC going out….but thankfully the amazing rain shower in the Master Bedroom made up for any inconvenience. We’ll be back for sure!

Spacious rooms & xtra half bath perfect.Dining room table b’ful & large enough for us. Upper level got extra warm when furnace at 70 or lower. Master bedroom needs another curtain panel so AM sunlight doesn’t wake occupants. Enough room at Bunk bed area to move around. Good use of space . We were locked out twice- battery had to be installed on keypad; second time door code had to be changed while we waited. Maintenance techs responded in a timely manner. All n all we were happy with the condo. Hope to return next year.

we loved staying here. it was close to Sea World and the Zoo. Loved the little café downstairs - great food! It was great for what we needed. There is no view, but we weren't in the condo much.

We Had a great time and stay was very comfortable. It is a great location a bit of younger crowd and many bars near as far as family restaurants there weren’t as many. very fun lively location. As far as the condo it was very comfortable had everything we needed but coffee filters haha! Clean and crisp. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented this property for a week to have some family fun. It surpassed any expectations that we had! Beautiful home with more than enough room for our family of 9. Great location right in the middle of the action and only a walk across the street to the beach! The beds were so comfortable! I wish I had looked at what kind of mattress was in the master bedroom so I could buy one for home! It was VERY comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked and the convenience of having a washer and dryer was a plus. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Blue Water for making our stay so wonderful!

The condo is very comfortable even though the area is a little tight for 10 people, the location is close to the beach and near a ton of stores and food joints. However the service provided by Blue water property management was very bad. I called to request an early check-in but was refused and told that someone would confirm my itinerary with me 24 hrs prior to check-in which is when I should request for it. No one called me, didn't receive an email with check-in instructions and when I called after arriving I was told again that they would call me back in an hour to confirm. Of course 5 hours later and still no answer. Internet was also sketchy and connection was lost for an entire day. Compared to my previous experience with VRBO this one fell way short in terms. My friends and I have booked before and have always had instructions and requests confirmed at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Second time staying in this building. If you are looking for a centralized location in Pacific Beach, it's a stone's throw to nearly all of the best eating, shopping, night life. It's across the street from the beach, has secure parking, and the unit itself is spacious and updated. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. Would recommend highly.

We came to Pacific Beach after my oldest daughter was married in Temecula for a little post wedding relaxation. The unit was in impeccable condition and we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. We appreciated the starter kit for the condo as the last house we were coming from did not even have trash bags! The proximity to the Ocean and Bay was fabulous. The security for the complex was appreciated too. I would go back and recommend this complex to my friends.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This condo was everything we hoped for and more. It was very clean upon arrival and was well suited for our large group. Even though the bunk bed area was not a separate room, it was private enough and had its own private balcony. The views from the balconies were not great, but this wasn't a problem as we had beautiful beach views only a block away. The location was perfect! We were within a short walking distance of the grocery store, beach, shops, and several restaurants. We are close to several bars, but it was still quiet and family friendly area. The 2 parking spaces were a huge advantage as street parking in this area is always full. One day we did have someone park in our allotted space, but after calling Bluewater they let us know where to temporarily park while the problem was resolved. There was a bucket of sand toys on our main floor balcony which was an added bonus for the kids. We cooked breakfast and dinner daily in the home, so it was nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils and appliances. Prior to arriving, if I had any questions about the condo, Bluewater was very helpful and always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a for a vacation rental that can accommodate a larger group. We will definitely consider this location again for future trips!!

Great place. Well maintained, updated decor and fixtures, and plenty of room for a larger group. The building is very secure and in a great part of town in walking distance of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, the main grocery store, shopping, the beach, etc. And to top it off, the management staff was very attentive and helpful. When I thought there was an issue with the shower, they had somebody come right out to inspect. Turned out to be nothing wrong but I appreciated the care and friendliness the staff showed. Would highly recommend this place and this company.

This house worked out perfectly for my mom's birthday celebration. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and one baby to each have our own space. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and well stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). Very pleasant experience. Will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again in the future!

We had an amazing time and the house was beautiful and perfect. The location was awesome and perfect for our kids and family. We had a newborn, a two year old and a 9 year old. My family and I were looking to get away from Santa Barbara in hopes of renting an affordable and beautiful beach house. I was recommended Bluewater Vacation rentals from a colleague of mine and could not be more happy for their exceptional services at helping me find a home that could accommodate our needs (4 kids). The service was beyond exceptional, upon logging onto the website I was greeted with a live representative that was quick to respond with all the questions I had. Moving onto the house "Pacific Blue III"- it was a beautiful gated complex and so close to the beach! Literally right across the street. Once entering the unit, we were greeted with a massive kitchen that my wife and sister loved. Beautiful granite tops with everything we needed (utensils, plates, oven, blender.. etc) We were informed that this was the biggest unit of the entire complex, and they were not kidding, this unit was very spacious and central to everything. Went for a run on the boardwalk , took the kids to Seaworld, and out the beach as well. Overall, Pacific Blue III was very well decorated, spacious, and central to all activities. Blue water rental was exceptional in their service, answering all of our questions quickly and providing the necessary information to access the unit. My family and I will definitely be renting from Bluewater rentals again.

We initially booked Pacific Blue as our first choice unit was not available until the second week of our stay, big mistake!!! should have taken it for the whole vacation. Space and Quality were amazing, don't let the exterior deceive you,although lack of outside space may be a down in summer, for our February visit it was perfect. Ideally placed for facilities, take a walk on the Boardwalk to get your bearings its difficult from the street. We were a group of 4 but 9 plus could use this unit and be extremely comfortable, add to this the service from Bluewater agents and it made this a great vacation, well worth over 24hrs travelling from our home in the UK. Weather also helped, got a better tan in February than I did same time last year in Egypt!
