Hotel nearby to the event hall

I have booked 9 rooms for my relatives and family . We stayed there because the hotel were near to the event hall. Majority of the rooms were smelly (cigarettes smell), one of the room's air-cond were faulty, shower water was slow, no rubbish bins in all the rooms, the reception area were too warm and smelly, towels too small and some of the rooms was not properly cleaned

I like the location near to convenience store, food shop and ioi mall. Parking good, no need to pay. In the room (King Bed) got cute chiller. Got coway and iron.

The king bed room (maybe other room also) the hotel didn't provide the 3 in 1 packet to drink. Don't have or provide tissue. The brightness in the room so wack. Stay 3 days 2 night but they never come to give another mineral.

Few things in the room are broken. Like shower head and light bulb. I got a room where i can hear guest next room chatting. The pillow is hard, the matress was bending down. The corridor carpet is super dirty smudge with filth. The lobby smell musty. But everything else was clean.

i'm travel for work a lot but...this! plz take note got stain on bed sheet..pillow~ the aircond not working properly 16° like 32° the staff please "RAMAH" i paid to stay there.

12 out of 9 I didn't, find somewhere else if you want to visit putrajaya or nearby. Not cheap at all in booking.com - means you are idiot booking thru this app. If you want cheaper just call the frontdesk.

Provide extra pillow for guest especially for deluxe king room
