Pool worst Under renovation

The room is spacious and comfy. Variety of activities to do with family. The breakfast spread is delicious.

The pool is not really clean. There is major renovation going on during our stay.

Accueil chaleureux, paisible Le site propose de large choix piscines, sauna, salle de sport, salon divers Si vous logez , prenez le petit déjeuner, il est topisime de large choix au petit déjeuner sont proposés: continental, asiatique, indoux, vegetarien, anglais.... et encore La chambre est spacieuse, le service est propre L hôtel est en travaux actuellement mais cela ne reste pas dérangeant, aucun bruit n' est entendu depuis les chambres Une navette pour aller au ioi mall est disponible depuis l hôtel ou depuis le mall il suffit juste de téléphoner, la navette se trouve à West entrance du mall Bien situé en 15 minutes de taxi- grab pour se rendre à la mosquée de putra ( la mosquée rose) Une mosquée un peu moins visité mais qui reste pour moi meilleure à été la mosquée mizan ( la mosquée de fer), prenez le temps de aller la visiter

The room was cozy, good lighting and ambience. Parking space are good. Close with IOI City Mall which are great.

Bathroom not equip with hair dryer. The bidet not functioning well, the water are not strong enough. Maybe the bidet is the problem. Overall the shower, bathtub inside the bathroom all good. Room are looking old. The walk passage area are under construction, felt little discomfort. Pricey since the room looks old and not fresh.

Staff yang bagus serta penerangan yang panjang lebar kepada pelanggan hotel, anyway thanks wendy & bfast yang sedap & banyak pilihan. Hotel ini ada shuttle percuma ke IOI...terbaik... jimat masa untuk mencari parking...

Its under renovation now, so it’s quite noisy during the day

A bit of building work happening but was made clear to us on arrival The pool was great but had around three of the lamp faces hanging off inside the pool which I’m sure is safe but was a bit unnerving The snacks / drinks were overpriced compared with similar hotels we have stayed in, mineral water was unavailable when we were by the pool

Our room was spacious & clean. The food was variety & delicious. Sure will come again when we had an opportunity 😉

Our visit happened to be during renovation period so it has caused slightly uncomfortable

Bed was not comfortable. Worn out hotel but going on renovation. Due to that a lot of inconveniences.

Very spacious and attentive staff

Renovation in progress and the TV/entertainment was inadequate. Wish they had Tamil entertainment

Staff was very friendly and courteous, they provided shuttle service to the IOI mall, room was very good and clean. Everything was good and okay! Will definitely bring my family here again.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots and lots of varieties, from all types of cheese to all types of fresh juices or milk. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with shuttle van provided to the mall. Pool was great.

The hotel was partly on maintenance, although it didn't disturb us a lot but many places were closed due to construction work. Would love to revisit once their renovation work is done.

We liked the food in the hotel. Swimming pool is great too! Spa is amazing! Free shuttle bus to the shopping mall.

We didn’t like that hotel guests were placed in the areas of hotel refurbishment. It was very noisy and dusty. If hotel worked out logistics better e.g placed guests in a different floor/ zone away from the refurb work it could have been much better for the guests.

Location

They should have informed us at booking about the extensive renovations going on!! The room rates are too high if you take into consideration the refurbishing that is going on. My stay was not comfortable
