Clean and spacious
The breakfast buffet was horrible

Makanan biasa. Chef ditempat menjaga makanan tidak friendly.
Lokasi bilik dengan kolam agak jauh. tak bersesuaian dengan harga. bilik air tidak bersih. pantry berhabuk. Staff di kaunter juga tidak friendly.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The staff friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere just awesome surronding by beautiful nature and landscape. The swimming pool so great. The hotel chalet concept so good that me and my familly feel that its feel like home rather than a hotel. Makes us feel so relax, enjoy our time and doesn't aware how times fly 😊✅️
Feel so sad due to our vacation end so fast in this beautiful hotel.

The spa treatment was great
Room was not clean
Lizard poo everywhere including on bed frame and bed sheet
Saw dust
Aircon not working well and very noisy. did not seem that room was checked before we checked in

The grounds and pool are beautiful, an oasis in Cyberjaya. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are polite and welcoming.

The view in general. The calmness. Peaceful. Convenient car park.

Breakfast not good. It did not meet our expectations. Rice nasi lemak was not well cooked. Bread n eggs was the only good choice.

The environment was peaceful. Good for short healing.Room quite big. Staff very friendly. Easier to loading & unloading thing into room because can park car in front our room.

Nice pool. Very well maintained place. Nice view. If you like nature then this is the place.
Room was not that clean, dusty.
Very small TV.
Buffet breakfast had many choices, but nothing was nice. (Nasi lemak-rice undercooked, sambal very watery, Breads and pastries kept for some time I guess..it was very dry, Salad and fruits also not fresh Coffee sucks!)

a simple resort concept with a very peaceful atmosphere surrounded by forests. resort design features that match its name. suitable for all ages.

Not much to comment, only taste of the food esp nasi lemak need a bit touch of traditional , others awesome

Chalet
During my stay on the last day, they had carry out an underground pipe repairing beside my chalet. The sound from the backhoe and the workers voice was talking, totally disappointed me. Lucky that was my last day.
Suppose to be the Management should plan to do that job when the close by chalet are not occupied.
I booked a chalet so I could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If it's just to rest and sleep, I can book a hotel room.
