Helpful staffs, nice breakfast, comfortable room & bed with big fluffy pillows, beautiful landscape.
Toilet with bidet, in room dining tasted weird, pool quite far from the main building.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for a relaxing experience. The hotel’s ambiance was tranquil, with peaceful surroundings that made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a calming atmosphere with all the comforts I needed.
After 9pm we experienced with limited water supply to our bathroom.

The best hotel in town. Lokasi yang strategik berhampiran dengan IOI City Mall. Last stay sini tahun 2020....tapi tahun 2024 everything new. New concept...modern + classic. Memang sangat sesuai untuk solo traveler ataupun yang datang dengan family. Bilik yang bersih, selesa, lengkap dengan kemudahan. Should try kopi dan kuih tradisional yang hotel serve untuk guest. Sangat menggamit kenangan. Kakitangan hotel sangat mesra, sopan, cekap. Kalau malas nak drive ke IOI City Mall boleh naik shuttle yang hotel sediakan. Need to repeat stay here again I think 😅

The hotel has been undergo major renovation from my previous stay.
The room renovated. Nice design and comfortable. In the family room, enough chair and table to enjoy tea time in the room.
The coffee time in the courtyard provide nice traditional snacks and malaysia board games.
The lift was renovated, i remember last time the old
Lift was very slow. Now it is improved a lot.
The swimming pool and gym also renovated. My family enjoyed so much the time at the pool. Compliementary floaties are plus point for the kids.
The overall service and staff performance was improved! Nicely greet and welcomed. Fast response for requested things.
Kudos to the staff at the courtyard cafe during the coffee time!
Some of the pillow is a little bit smelly.

5 star hotel..very comfortable.. personally loved the 55 inch LG tv.. 😆😆😆.. pleasant and wonderful staff...5 mins walk to IOI.. nice 🙂

Fraai hotel gebouwd in een voormalig thee pakhuis. Met watertaxi kan je alle kanten op. Metro om de hoek.

location with the mall is convenient. the room is big and comfortable. breakfast with a lot of food choices.
°the location of the entrance of the hotel, we missed it at 1st and need to make far u-turn.
°the details of the bathroom need more maintenance,
° the elevator need to improve the speed. long waiting and only 1 elevator available.
°we were locked outside after breakfast because we can't open the door with our key. i hv no idea why.

1)Room condition is very rundown and one of the lift is not function at all.

The hotel location is very convinience and near shopping mall and we like it very much.for sure we will choosing your hotel again in future. My sincere thank you to reception counter and security guard for perfom a good job upon arriving and check out.keep it up!

The hotel provide a very delicious breakfast with various menu & very clean area of dining
1. The room furniture is outdated & poor
2. Air condition for my room was in bad condition
3. There were 2 units of lift for guest & both of the lift malfunction. Hotel did not inform guest the availability of staff's lift that guest can use temporarily.
4. Very slow concierge service. Have to wait about 1 hours to bring down my luggage during check out & about 45 minutes during check in. I have to bring down my luggage on my own using stairs because the lift malfunction😪.
5. The swimming pool is open but the main access to kids swimming pool is barricaded & have to use other longer route.

1. Housekeeping personnel were not hygenic. Fresh bedsheets and comforters were thrown on the floor before putting it on the bed.
2. Housekeeping did not replace towels
3. Staff hospitality and services did not meet Marriot Bonvoy standards
