My family enjoyed two nights at this beautiful ‘little’ cottage on Lake Erie. The set-up of this house is open and spacious. The back patio with water feature and hot tub was great for relaxing as a family. The views were spectacular and the area was lovely. We highly recommend this space for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with friends or family.

We had a fantastic stay at Madison on the Lake. Beautiful home with everything you could need and hot tub. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Just a 2 min. stroll from Lake Erie. Estuary down the street as well. Great communication.

Beautiful property, well kept and delightful! We had a wonderful stay! This rental was beyond expectations! The hosts really makes every effort for us to enjoy the space, as if it were our own! If you book this place, you will NOT be disappointed at all!

The property and home was beautiful. Stayed the weekend felt like I was at home. The sunsets was beautiful to see. Enjoy the hot tub. Sat at the fire pit and enjoyed listening to the waterfall while having coffee in the morning. Will definitely be back again next year.

Jeff was great we love this property and location. This was my second time renting here and we had so much fun at the wineries, at the beach and just relaxing. Highly recommend for a nice getaway!

Great spot for a long weekend away with family and a dog, walkable to the lake and the estuary park. Very large living room open concept so everyone can hang together. Hot tub and fire pit were also major plusses. Drove to Cleveland for the day for one day of the trip, easily accessible! And the house was the perfect viewing spot for the total solar eclipse! Definitely recommend!

This was a nice place for a little getaway for my future SIL’s bachelorette weekend. We explored the area, snacked, and relaxed. The house was very spacious, more so than expected. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was perfect! We had an amazing time. The property itself has everything you need. Very clean, spacious and cozy. The outside is just as great- the private yard, hot tub and grill were all wonderful extras that we enjoyed. A short walk to the private beach area to see sunset every night just topped off our getaway!

This is the second time my sisters, mother, niece, and I have stayed at Jeff's place for our annual Girls' Weekend. We love it. Incredibly clean and well stocked, it's the perfect getaway from the craziness of our busy lives. We hope to come back for future gatherings. Jeff's quick to answer any questions and an amazing host. We love this house.

This property was everything we expected and more! Very roomy for 6 adults and two infants! Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed a bike ride around the neighborhood! Local beaches were very beautiful and relaxing. If we ever come to the area to weekend getaway again, we will definitely be back to the house! Would recommend to those looking for a calm environment not in the commercial parts of beaches. (But still a very short drive to anything you’d want to do).

The house was a lot bigger than what I expected. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. It was very quiet and I will definitely be back. Check in and check out were very easy. I can't wait to go back next year.

Jeff's place is truly a great find if you are in the Geneva/Madison area. The property was spacious with plenty of room both inside and outside. The location is excellent if you plan on going to wineries or the lake. Communication with Jeff was so easy and he was very helpful.

We all loved this beautiful home! My son-in-law gave me a big hug and kiss on our arrival. I could see the lake while drinking my morning coffee and walked to the water’s edge in this quiet neighborhood to watch the glorious sunsets.
The house had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen and a great TV and sound system. It was obvious that the owners thought of all of the details. There was beach access and an estuary an easy five minute away and Jeff even provided chairs for the beach. Loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Best place we had for our family vacation
We rented this property to accommodate my large family(originally from the area) to entertain and enjoy the lake. There was no detail missed here. It was spotless, well cared for, and had everything you needed to entertain, cook and relax. We watch the best sunsets every night at the lake, visited both Ashtabula Harbor, Geneva on the Lake and Fairport Harbor to eat at great restaurants, shop, and enjoy the beaches. It’s easily accessible to all tourist attractions, yet its located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Well worth coming here, and we will be back!
