Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The bathroom had tiles loose, the shower handle was rusted and it was dirty. The beds weren't very comfortable. The bed skirt was stained. The heater was not functioning properly. You were either sweating or freezing.

The sheets on the bed, the blankets, pillows, and towels all had black crease marks, stains, and I also found one spot that looked like dry blood. The pool had no towels and it was very humid. There were stains on the walls and floors. It made us very uncomfortable. They switched us to a new room which was better but there were still a couple stains and black mark creases on the pillows and sheets.

I liked the room.

The WiFi sucked. The pool area was cold. The hot water canister for hot cocoa was dirty.

The room wasn't clean properly, trash behind the head board and along side to bed frame. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Hot tub closed. I stayed a couple years ago and it was in the same state, closed with what looks like caution tape across it. Pool area overall needs serious attention and cleaning. Mold on lawn chairs, lights flickering.

The bed was not made, had wrinkled sheets, pillows had no pillowcases and the comforter had blood stains--NASTY. When I told the staff she told that there were no more rooms available. So I requested cleaner bedsheets and comforter AND I MADE THE BED MYSELF!!!! I am very disappointed because the price did not get reduced. Very disappointed.

I didn’t like the fact that it was cereal under the heater and stains on the couch/pull out bed the swimming pool is down and that was the main reason why I chose this hotel is to swim when checking in that Friday I was told the pool would be open the next day (Saturday) but no I called down then that’s when I was informed that the pool will be closed for weeks ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️one of the housekeepers had a really nasty attitude no hot water slightly warm I had to wipe the table it had stains on it two pillows had yellow stains on them

The room and linens were dirty. The pool was under construction. The night front desk worker got the shuttle schedule wrong and promised it started at 4am when it didn't start until 6:30am. We had to make other arrangements to catch our flight with lots of luggage.
