The Stylish House by Forsyth Park was perfect! The location was the best part. We were able to securely park our car for our whole 2-day stay and we never had to move it. Everything we wanted and planned was in walking distance. Mary was extremely response. Her home was clean, quiet, super comfy and extremely quaint.

The property was super clean, a quiet location, we walked the entire time. Everything is a short walk away. That part of Savannah reminded me of a European city. 10 out 10

We had a perfect 7 night stay. The accommodations were just as described. We were able to enjoy Forsyth Park and several little restaurants close by. The River Boat Cruise, Ghosts and Graveyard tour, Paula Dean’s for lunch and the fabulous Old Pink House. We are all in our 60/70s and had no difficulty walking to destinations or to the pick up points for the bus. Savanah is a great town and great people. We met the sweetest couple at breakfast, and saw them again in the park. Very friendly people in Savanah. Hope to visit again.

My family and I planned this trip to watch our daughter graduate from Pharmacy School at South University. We had a wonderful time and will plan to stay here again when we visit Savannah. The location to Forsyth Park is perfect for daily walks.

We enjoyed the huge kitchen. It was stocked well with dishes and many pots and pans. There are two tables to eat at , plenty of room for several guests. This place is in a great location.

Very well kept. Kitchen is well stocked. All areas clean and tidy. Walk one block to Forsyth Park. They were even filming for HGTV in the townhouse right next to us. Exact same layout opened up. Beautiful!

This property was centrally located and right next to THE most prettiest park I have even been in, Forsyth Park! I will be staying here in the future!

My husband, son, and I spent a weekend at this wonderful home in Savannah. It's in a quiet, yet central, location, and had free easy parking righ in front. With Forsyth park nearby and the waterfront just a quick uber ride away, we were in the best location for exploring the city. We loved the patio and balcony areas as well as everything inside the home. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Savannah.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a block from Forysth Park, which was ideal. We walked nearly everywhere we visited in Savannah. Upon our arrival, we could smell that it had been deeply cleaned between guests. The decor is very welcoming, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Whenever we were relaxing, we were able to play games at the dining room table. The couple who was with us said their bed was one of the most comfortable they had ever slept in. We also appreciated the large closets. It was the perfect home-away-from-home. We will stay here again when we return to Savannah.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location to explore the beautiful city of Savannah. House was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. We would not hesitate to book this place again, and hopefully we will!

The location of the home was fabulous and the parking was easy. The home was warm, welcoming and very clean. It was perfect for the 2 couples that stayed. We both had king beds and our own bathrooms. During our stay, the townhouse next door was in the process of being renovated. This was not communicated to us before our stay and perhaps the owner did not know. We were there during the week and I'm wondering if the construction crew is not there on the weekend. They started promptly at 7:30am with music, pounding and hammering and were there until 5:30pm. Not that the owner could do anything about this, it would just have been nice to know. I did not reflect this in my rating. The home was beautiful and access was easy. Construction is temporary - we were just the lucky ones!

We came for a destination wedding for my brother and we brought our kids. We were walking distance to the Forsyth park and had early morning strolls and coffee there. The home had everything and more you could need. Fantastic layout and just overall solid place, we will stay here again!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Not only is it in a prime location the townhouse itself is beautiful with multiple bathrooms an additional shower downstairs, but it has the best mattresses! I would compare them to the top rated luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. The master bedroom has a balcony with stairs to the downstairs patio area that is connected to the kitchen. It was clean, and fresh smelling! And they even have charging cubes, laptop available for use, extension cords, and multiple other cute little touches like books and games for use. We will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to anyone I know traveling into Savannah!

We enjoyed this location so much and the house was so cozy and comfortable to come back to every night. We loved everything about our stay and the house.

This historic house was perfect for our family vacation in Savannah. While holding onto its historic roots, it had all the modern amenities to make our stay wonderful. It is located right by Forsyth Park where the true history of Savannah starts. And all the wonderful historic squares with beautiful architecture and wonderful restaurants are just a short walk from there. We particularly enjoyed one of the walking ghost tours at night.

Pictures are deceiving. Looks very upscale and then you get there and it is decorated so poorly. Things that you find along side of the road in Pensacola. It was clean. Nice washer and dryer. Slept well on couch. Location is what makes it. I am guessing that is why you get the money you do is because of location. Also the parking was wonderful.

Beautiful home within walking distance from the beautiful Forsythe park. Convenient location for walking to restaurants, shops, squares and cafes! Comfortable beds and lovely decor. Patio area is nice and the trees are fragrant and lovely! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Stunning! We need a place that was halfway between our wedding venue and our family staying downtown and just outside of Savannah and the location was perfect! One block away from the Forsyth fountain made for easy access for our pre ceremony photos with our family. With the two large rooms, pull out couch and three bathrooms the house was great for getting ready and for our first night as husband and wife! Will definitely be recommending it to friends and family looking for a place around downtown with easy access to other areas of Savannah
