Our stay was great. The apartment is large (3 bedrooms) but also very large living/dining area which is nice for a family vacation. It is in a perfect location for walking around down town, not too far from some nice strolls around town. The check-in person is fabulous to deal with. I did have the occasion to have conversation with the owner of this property, he was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and go there again !

This location was perfect and very close to downtown. We were able to walk to places easily! The property was very spacious and clean. Would definitely rent again!

Such a great condo! Spacious, very clean, new furniture - this place was lovely. We especially liked the balcony to drink our morning coffee!! Donna, the property manager was fantastic!! She made our check in/check out process seamless. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The condo was perfect. Clean, spacious, great location. Management was easy to deal with and responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this condo. Perfect for families and close to everything.

As I am back at work, I find myself reminiscing about the fun trip we had as a family in Kelowna. This property has it all, just a few minutes to the beach, gorgeous views of the boat moorage and waterfront, fantastic walking paths along the boardwalk to see wildlife and fish, outdoor pool for the complex just steps away from your door, and indoor pool for those rainy / cloudy days. This property accommodated 2 couples and 2 children. We had plenty of space for everyone and a fabulous kitchen / dining area to gather for meals together. On-site parking was great. But if you have a second vehicle, you would have to pay to park at Prospect Place (5 mins walk). I loved every minute of this vacation. Can’t wait to go back!!

A few notes but overall really happy - DVD cord is in drawer/hard to find - Smart TV could not hook up to streaming - wonky cutlery drawer that eventually detached - old vacuum - baseboard in dining room is not attached - outlet on backside of sink doesn’t work - Donna was absolutely wonderful!!!! Thank you for a lovely family vacation

The location was fantastic; however, the suite and furniture was run-down… furniture pealing and broken, top bunk is impossible to get into, gym is right below so could hear banging of weights constantly. Fireplace didn’t work, showers drained very slowly and shower ceiling was rotting!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in September. The place was clean and well appointed (except for the lack of paper towels.) Nice pool and hot tub (on the same floor as the condo) and close to downtown. The grocery store is a bit of a hike if you don't happen to have a car and have heavy bags like us. Two big bedrooms are very nice. The third has bunks, which adds sleeping space but there is no window so while the rest of the condo needed the heat on, that bedroom was hot. There was a floor fan in there, but still stuffy. My teenager liked the door closed and it would have been cooler with it open. Communication was easy and we were conveniently met at the door and shown around. Would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size & amenities of this condo - which was larger that we expected from the pictures. I had some difficulty communicating with Greg - responses were delayed and at times I didn't hear back at all. Donna was the site manager and she was accommodating and helpful - however, we were told we could park our large truck & boat trailer on a specific back street while we were there & both ended up being towed & left us with a $350 impound charge & a lot of stress! Another major issue was that we were never notified about the boat lock to get in & out of the lagoon -- we'd mentioned we've never been to Kelowna so were not expecting this & it would have been very helpful info. It took us awhile to figure it all out & we felt it limited our lake access waiting for line ups of boats to go out (twice we had to turn around & go back to the condo), & boating was our primary purpose of our vacation. We also had an unpleasant experience while we were unloading groceries in the front drive-through when a tenant from the neighbouring condo came out & yelled at us for "parking" there (our truck was still running while we were unloading groceries). Anyways, I have never given less than 5 starts on a VRBO -- so while the unit was beautiful & well-appointed, communication lacked & some big inconveniences made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.
