Large room that was well set up. Clean. Comfortable beds. Kids liked the pool . Good breakfast.

Reception staff were efficient in processing our stay.
Due to a technical issue our keys stopped working after 1 night - quickly fixed. Housekeeping only gave us a floor mat for the bathroom 1 out of 3 nights. The lift floors and floor in the hall outside the lifts were wet from people using the pool and not drying themselves in the pool area. Kids running in the hallways at midnight - could be solved by putting families with children on a different floor to other guests

We loved the updated rooms! So classy very modern. Hot breakfast a little something for everyone and the location we had so many little shops /strip malls right by.
Two tiny things that didn’t necessarily make or break our stay, just observations but the beds weren’t very comfortable and we could hear almost everything when people were walking through the hallways. The walls seemed awfully thin compared to other places we have stayed.

The complimentary breakfast was better than I expected, especially the self-made waffle.
Other guests leave their kids at the pool and those kids are way too rowdy, which ruined the experience of other hotel guests.

The breakfast is convenient so you don’t have to get up & go…we take it up to our room & enjoy at our leisure

The location isn't close to a lot of attractions or restaurants but still a good place to stay if you don't mind driving to those things.

We like the free American breakfast, not just a a muffin and coffee like most places.
We could of got a ground level like we asked for.

originally was booked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. staff fixed it right away but it was super inconvenient as I had a lot of bags from a 2 weeks trip

The staff was so friendly and amazing. Very clean. Our door lock did stop working but they were so quick to fix it
If the main light in the room wasn’t connected to the lap between the bed. also if the tub drained a little faster

Was ripped off and charged for 2 nights stay even though I mentioned online I would be staying only one night and then discussed I would only stay for one night with the front desk staff. In a follow up call with the hotel, another staff member said the Comfort Inn staff could have corrected the problem but said I would have to speak with someone else. To date, there has been no response from anyone at Comfort Suites Kelowna. I stayed there Dec 25.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The gym is a bit small, and too much chlorine in the pool.
