We initially had difficulty opening the lockboxes, which were not functioning very well. Then, we had to call the staff because blankets had dog hair all over them, and one of the children was allergic to dog hair. The management was. Wry accommodating and responded to resolve both situations. From then on we had a great family reunion.

We had a nice 4-day stay, with plenty of room for all of us. We liked the large Unit 10 as the place to cook dinner, and then people could go to their own units to sleep or hang out. WIFI in the upper unit was pretty bad, but better in the lower units. Ample supply of cooking utensils, etc. Lots of towels. Extremely clean!

Perfect to walk to the Beach or downtown. Beds are great. Kitchen needed a few more plates but overall fantastic!! Thank you! We'll be back!

Everything was fantastic except some sleeping options are fine for kids but sup-optimal for adults. Take note of how many actual beds are in the property, and how many convertible chairs/couches.

We rented all four units out for our bridal party to stay. We were able to stay near one another, yet have our own separate areas. Clean, updated and comfortable. Added bonus is the proximity to both the beach and downtown areas. Totally recommend!

We rented this entire condo for our 50th Anniversary, with a total of 14 people coming from out of state to celebrate with us. The location was great, close to the beach and to town. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We also had dogs with us and it was nice to be able to bring them and not have to board them. The description of the units, specifically the numbers that could stay in each unit, was misleading. Three of the units were supposed to be able to sleep 4 in each, but definitely not 4 adults! One unit had a sleep sofa, so that was fine but 2 units had a sort of fold-down couch-type thing that may have worked for two small children, but not for two teens!!! Two of the families visiting with us had to run out to buy air mattresses and sleeping bags in order to make it work. The units were very clean but needed some TLC, especially regarding window blinds that were broken, window screens that were broken and inoperable, toilet handles that didn't work etc. Paid premium rates for not a premium place. Just be aware.
