My stay was excellent but was cut short due to traveling back due to hurricane Idalia coming in and traffic would of been a nightmare.

This was a great location to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect studio for 2 people. Terrasse in the back was super with doves. Well equipped for the beach and the kitchen. Only one improvement opportunity: no eating area inside. We were lucky as the weather was great. Also, we never found the drying rack. We would definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This property was a little quaint getaway. Location was excellent! You’re right downtown, but you don’t hear the noise. The beach is right there on the other side of the unit.. The owners were absolutely delightful. A big shout out to them as well! I thank you so much! Will be back😎

Enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key. Our condo was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was clean with a comfy bed and all the amenities. Great restaurants- we loved Siesta Key Oyster Bar and The Cottage best! The weather was perfect. The red tide curbed our beach activities, but lots of other things to do and a nice place to just chill. Will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Even though it is a small studio, it was very well equipped with everything you needed to prepare your own meals as well as beach chairs & umbrella. Great location in quiet neighborhood.

Dan responded quickly to all of my correspondence, from beginning to end. This is called a small condo, but felt more like a "Bungalow by the Sea." They have done a great job fitting all the amenities you could imagine into the space. Lots of towels, blankets, and pillows. The patio off of the kitchen is very quiet and peaceful. The location couldn't have been better. There's a privacy fence with a gate that puts you right in the middle of the Village, which has an amazingly diverse selection of restaurants and shops. There is a free trolley that runs every 20 minutes and takes you to Turtle Beach, with stops along the way. There are also several small busses and carts that run regularly for tips. The beach is no more than a block away. We didn't use our car at all on the island. We will definitely be back!

Incredible location with a very short walk to the beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Dan was extremely responsive and made the check-in seamless. Condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay including all beach gear: towels, chairs, wagon and umbrella. Condo was exactly as advertised. We would definatley stay at this location again.

Everything was perfect about this place! The proximity to the beach and shops were just a very very short walk (4 min to beach). The quaintness was wonderful and the size was perfect for just two people. All the amenities were a place (great fridge,freezer, etc….) I cannot saw enough good things about this place. My husband and I will be back!!

I have made this my yearly place to visit Siesta Key! It is small, but is stocked with everything you will need for 1-2 guests. The location is fabulous.

A/C worked intermittently, needs servicing.

It was perfect walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Very quaint little set up that worked perfect for my husband and I. Only critique would be to supply more toilet paper. We only had one roll and had to go buy more for our 6 night stay.

I already notified you of the moldy/musty odor coming from the AC unit. Also, a screen on the patio door would help immensely to ciirculate the air. The air compressor are very close to the unit are very noisy especially at night. The noise from the restaurants are beyond your control but it can be disturbing at time.
