We had a great time. The weather was great, pool was so nice to have with young kids, and we absolutely loved the location of the house. We went for walks and bike rides every night. We walked up the street to the beach to watch the sunset, walked to get ice cream several nights, as well as for takeout. The location feels a little more secluded, which we loved. Sal was so easy to communicate with we would definitely stay there again.

We recently spent Memorial Day Weekend at this incredible home. To say we enjoyed it is an understatement. The house was perfect - clean and spacious, plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy themselves. The dining room comfortably seated all nine of us for dinner. The living room was a comforting place to spend our evenings and the upstairs TV nook was the perfect place for the children to gather each night before bed. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautifully furnished and private. The balcony provided a beautiful space to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The inground pool was a hit! And the outdoor shower made our sandy arrival home from the private beach a breeze. The location of the home couldn’t have been better. Just a quick walk to the private beach or a bike ride/ drive to Gosman’s. Town is only five minutes away. The owner, Sal, was attentive. His friendliness and generosity made our stay even that much better. We’ve been spoiled as it would be difficult to vacation in Montauk at any other location but this one. We will absolutely be back again soon.

Our group included my husband and myself, our adult daughter and boyfriend and our son , his wife and our 15 month old grandson. The house was perfect for our group with multiple living spaces, large kitchen and dining area and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to walkable restaurants and beaches. We made wonderful memories here!

Our stay was great all around. The location of Sal's house is perfect- we walked to get coffee every morning, walked for dinner & ice cream and walked to the beach at the end of the block every night to watch the sunset with family and friends. Amenities made our stay easy and fun- from the pool cabana with fridge & bathroom, to outdoor shower, plenty of lounge chairs & backyard games it felt like a hotel. We especially liked the screened in porch for the kids to play in & to hang out in the mornings and on rainy days. We had a few questions during our stay and Sal was quick to reply and helpful. Would recommend & would stay again!

Big, spacious and well decorated and landscaped house in a great location that fit 9 people very comfortably. Beautiful pool with pool house and bathroom were a great addition. Short walk to LI Sound beach and Gosman’s Dock and marinas for fresh seafood and fishing trip. Sal, the owner, was fully accessible, responsive, and helpful. This property checked all the boxes - we will rent here again.

We stayed here with another family and had an absolutely wonderful time! 4 adults and 4 kids fit very comfortably, and the kids loved the pool! House was clean and in a great location, and Sal couldn’t have been nicer and easier to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

Super house - clean, well appointed with top notch renovations. The lush garden leading out to the resort like pool set up is gorgeous. No need to bring towels, it's all there. We visited with teenagers, it was an ideal set up, even a pool basketball hoop. The master bed/bath is exceptionally comfortable. The house is in a convenient location, less then 5 minutes to town and you can also walk through the family friendly neighborhood to get to Gosmans. Definitely recommend!

This is a great Montauk house! The pool was fantastic. The kids were never bored. They had pool floats, beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Plenty of towels for everyone. Great neighborhood. Beach, fishing, restaurants shops all in walking distance. Plenty of bathrooms which was great. Sal was a great host! Very accommodating and answered instantly anytime I called or texted. We will be back next year!

You get what you pay for with this property. The entire home and entertaining areas are brand new, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. Everything you would need for a perfect getaway has been thought of and provided. The location is outstanding with beaches, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The backyard is an entertainers dream with a beautiful pool, lounging area, fire pit, and bbq. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Michele and Sal’s Montauk house! The home is spacious - so much so that no one was going stir crazy after spending one stormy day in the house. The pool & backyard are beautiful & the screened porch is a great spot to kick back after dinner. Michele is incredibly responsive & kindly answered all of my last minute questions. We had 7 adults in our party, but will be back with the kids!

The house suited my husband and I, our two children and their families perfectly. Good sized bedrooms, , lots of living space and a beautiful yard, pool, deck and cabana. Most importantly, the home was well taken care of and spotless! Situated close to beach, good restaurants and shops.

My party and I loved Sal and Michelle's property and are already talking about trying to stay again next year. The house is just like it looks in the pictures and the location can't be beat. Thanks again Sal & Michelle!

Sal and Michele were great. The property was perfect for our group and was very well maintained.

The house was large, clean and airy. Lots of places to sit and hang out, both inside and out. The house was fully stocked with everything you can think of! The little beach is right at the end of the road. The cabana was full of recreational things and although we didn’t use the pool, it was beautiful. We did have the opportunity to sit around the fire pit at night. Really loved our time here

I don’t think I can say enough good things about staying here. The house has warmth and personality, the owners were communicative and accommodating and it was close in location to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The house was spotless, the layout was perfect, rooms were spacious, showers were great. We loved the screened in porch and were able to enjoy the pool the end of September! The amenities like plenty of towels and kitchen supplies made it a seamless home away from home. We hope to visit again!

We were so satisfied with our stay in Montauk. The home is in the perfect location and just a short drive to all the restaurants and beaches we wanted to go to. The pool was clean and the backyard was lovely to hang-out in. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 9 guests without any problem.
