It was big and spacious for our family. It was nice to have the extra space and spread out. Everything we needed was in the condo - like the laundry soap. The condo pool was nice to use.

Unit had two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and A/C units in bedrooms made for great sleeping conditions. Unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for six night stay. Kitchen was fully equipped which enabled us to enjoy majority of our meals at the unit. Loved walking out to the point to watch the sunsets - great views! Short drives to nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed using the community pool, it was heated.

We have enjoyed our stay at this spacious, updated condo in a beautiful, lush Princeville settings, right by the ocean. It took a moment to get used to golf course maintenance noise level starting at 5am and having an individual AC units in 2 bedrooms only, buy was greatful to have it as weather was a little warm. I think location, cost, well stocked kitchen, up to date bathrooms and general setting support my 5 stars rating. I would have love one more soft blanket to use as there was only one between two rooms, personally do not find quilt bedding as comfortable to sleep under. I would definitely choose this place again if/when back to Princeville.

We loved this condo! It was very clean, quiet, and the AC worked great! The only thing I wish it would have had is shampoo and conditioner.

This was a exceptionally comfortable, quiet and functional unit. Very spacious for 4 adults and nice that you had separate areas for each couple (would also work for a family) the high tech toilets with heated seats were a nice touch! Kitchen was nice. Guests should note there was no shampoo or dishwashing detergent and limited condiments (although there were plenty of dishwasher and laundry pods). Location was an easy walk from hideaway beach which we loved. Wish we stayed longer!!

Just lovely. Conveniently located near Queens Bath, a grocery store, and wonderful beaches. We bought fresh fish and made fresh salsa every night. Couldn't have been better!

My pre-teen son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely condo during our "Mommy & Son" Kauai vacation. The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the dining table was perfect for playing Uno and other card games, and we loved the AC in the bedrooms! We hope to stay at this condo during our next visit to the island. :)

Our family of 4 stayed at the condo in July and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly clean, spacious and located in Princeville, where we wanted to be. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were great as it was warm the days we were there. If we had any criticism it would be that there were only 2 beach chairs, 3 regular beach towels and one very small beach towel, and absolutely no basics in the kitchen like salt/pepper, sugar, oil, or spices. There was also no plastic wrap, foil, or Tupperware. The cabinets had literally nothing other than dishes/glasses etc. Just those additions would make this place perfect.

We loved our stay. Amazing location, spectacular views, close to everything on the North Shore. The condo was very clean, very well appointed and maintained, beautifully furnished, and made for a terrific place to enjoy our vacation.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is located on the 2nd floor along the 8th hole of the Makai Golf Course. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai. The master bedroom was very spacious with a walk in closet and very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom with queen bed was equally comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living area is huge featuring big windows overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was also spacious. There is a washer and dryer, beach chairs and coolers available for use. Covered parking is included. That said, there were a couple of issues with the condo. Two of the three AC units were not working. There were a few days we could have used them. Unfortunately, the AC company could not make it out for the entire 2 weeks we were there. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Apparently AC companies are extremely busy on Kauai. We would also suggest equipping the kitchen with more glasses and bowls. Also, the master bathroom shower needs to be updated. We used the second bathroom shower since it was better.Overall, a very nice property and good property management despite a couple of minor issues.

It was beautiful, light and airy and also very quiet and roomy. Finding #225 was a problem for is upstairs in the #2 building above #215. Also we did have to call the cable company in order to access the TV and that took at least 30 minutes...seems like it should be all set up before the new guests arrive! The instructions for accessing the wireless internet were quite confusing although we did manage to figure it out! Two of the four beach chairs were broken but there are towels and beach umbrellas available. No one mentioned to us that there is a pool, hot tub and BBQ area available, only an unmarked key inside the front door! Kitchen was well supplied but knives were dull and no knife sharpener. There were some large cockroaches in the kitchen when we turned on the lights but we disposed of them! There was only enough hot water to half fill the jacuzzi bath and with four people we had to stagger our showers. Next time we will ask to have the hot water heater turned up. The toilet in the master bath also needs a new flush system...you have to hold down the handle in order to flush. On the bright side, the location is fantastic!! The Condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We will definitely return!!!

The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and could use to be replaced. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that had such a sparsely supplied kitchen. The addition of salt, pepper, oil would be a good start. Most villas allow some things to stay from previous tenants (like condiments) or keep a minimum supply themselves. To make this ok condo fabulous would require - new sofa, sand toys and maybe a few games or puzzles along with some kitchen staples.
