We thoughoughly enjoyed our stay. We cooked most nights and the kitchen offered us everything we needed. It was fun to have the pool table. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

This is a beautiful home inside and out! It's close to everything you will need for all family members and a short drive to the main Strip. Thank you for all the wonderful special touches you have provided to make it feel like home, and we definitely did! Your prompt responses and partnership made this a vacation to remember (even as part of of was for work)! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend your home!

We were in town to visit our son who is stationed in Vegas. This location and house were perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. Everything was really clean and had everything we needed.

Place is very nice. We didn't take advantage of the pool table or much of the hot tub, as we were in Vegas for the super bowl. the area it is in is very convenient. tons of new shopping and gyms and the like. the owners are obviously fastidious about the house and have everything labeled and explained. it was just me and my 16 year old son, so we didn't make full use of the house, but not complaints and I would recommend to anyone who needs a place with room in Vegas.

The house was really nicely decorated, had plenty of space, was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen, bath and linen items. The kitchen had everything provided that I would have in my own home. The hot tub was clean, all functions worked as expected and felt wonderful! The little details were so impressive to me. Where other properties we’ve stayed have been nice as well, the property owners of this home really went above and beyond to make the home feel so welcoming and comfortable. The location is in a nice area with groceries, eateries and shops all close by. It’s away from the Vegas strip but within a 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend the home to others if you’re looking for a quiet place away from the strip. Any future plans to visit the area will include staying at this home again.

Everything went well on our trip. We went to a wedding at the Paiute Resort and the location could not have been better. Everything you need is close by.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Next to all the shopping you could want. Wonderful floor plan with plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Hot tub is awesome! Very private backyard. Will stay again :)

Nice place to stay, away from the hype of the city. Quiet neighborhood, regular stores close by and the grandkids had a blast in the outdoor hot tub. This is the second time staying here. Good job homeowners. And thanks again.

Great place to escape the Midwest winter. Internet was very reliable so working from the house was very easy. The cell service around Vegas can sometimes be challenging because of the mountains however we had excellent service at this location which was critical for our work.
The other reviews have pretty much said it all.

Very clean home stocked with any and everything you could pretty much need! I’ve also never seen a home labeled with instructions as thorough as this one- wow! Everything had labels and/or instructions on it so there was no doubt about where to place something, find something, and how to use/do something. Thanks for the well-thought out everything!

They thought of everything you could possibly need or ask for here. The attention to detail is incredible. Everything is very clean, smells wonderful and is so well organized. Very quiet neighborhood. The beds and pillows are high quality and comfortable. We were in town for a family funeral and were able to gather a group for dinner here with no problem. We could not have been more comfortable. Excellent experience!

The property is near Smith's, Walmart. I loved how they labeled everything. It helped knowing the house. The host were very nice. Very professional. Fremont street and the strip is 10-15 mins away. The kitchen had everything you would need to bake or cook. All left over food goes to a food bank. I just had a great experience. I'm going to vacation here again.

Lovely home. Good distance from the Las Vegas strip. We enjoyed the hot tub. I liked the fact that the back yard was totally enclosed and I didn't have to worry about my dog wandering off. Will definitely return.

My family needed an interim place to stay as we were moving from Illinois to Las Vegas. This VRBO was immaculate and is very well taken care of. We appreciated the little welcome surprise and the great communication from the owner. While I doubt we will be needing a VRBO in Vegas anytime soon, I would highly recommend this gem of home to anyone looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood, a hot tub to relax in, and even a perfectly kept pool table. The pictures posted depict this property perfectly. Thanks for helping make our transition to Las Vegas living just that much easier.

Taking a tour of some National Parks and ended our journey in this beautiful home and setting! All the perfect touches! This has been my favorite in all my travels!

Great house just as advertised
Was staying here while playing in a golf tournament north of Las Vegas. This location was perfect for me. Didn't venture to the strip but was 20 minutes to a course in Summerland and only 15 to Piaute.
House was exactly as described and amenities were amazing for my brother and I. Played a bunch of pool and used the hot tub a few times to loosen up the body for a few rounds of golf.
Kitchen was adequately stocked. Bedding was above average and cleanliness was better than most.
Overall great place and I will likely stay again for upcoming events in Las Vegas.

Family gathering.
This place was the best getaway! Got to spend time with my family in a spacious beautiful house. The size of the rooms were perfect for the three of us. I will gladly reverse this house again.

The place was clean and well appointed. Neighborhood was quiet and easily accessed. Smiths grocery store is close by. Beds were comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. We will definitely stay here again!
