This place was wonderful! We have a toddler and twin babies and they had everything we needed at the house so we didn't have to pack up our whole house to be able to go on vacation. And I mean everything we needed, 2 pack n plays, 2 high chairs, a double stroller. It's within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. And a close driving distance to some great amusement parks. We're already planning our next family vacation with some of our extended family.

What I love most about this property is they provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment but even more helpful than that, the garage and cabinet have tons of beach necessities. They had towels, chairs, footballs, frisbees, sand toys, umbrellas and even a wagon to carry it all in. This was a HUGE help for us while packing because all we really needed to bring were clothes. You can walk to both the beach or bay in 5 minutes and there are plenty of fun bars & restaurants walking distance as well. So you really can't beat the location. The only down side is that parking is very tough in that neighborhood, but that's not the property's fault. The garage has one space big enough for a sedan or small SUV, but other than that it is all street parking which can be especially difficult on weekends when the beach is busy. So just plan accordingly. Melina was very helpful throughout the trip and we really appreciated how thorough and detailed the checkin and checkout process was. The house is well labeled and they even have a QR code you can easily scan to get on the wifi. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again!

The hosts were very responsive to questions before we arrived and they were easily available during our stay to answer any questions. They supplied us with everything we needed to make our stay with three children under the age of five safe, comfortable, practical and pleasant. The house was immaculate, very well furnished and equipped. The kitchen was the best equipped and stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental place. Even the cooking knives were sharp! The location is as described, very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Overall a great rental! Thanks Stephanie!

The house is so well equipped for families! Our kids loved the toys and books. We used the strollers everyday and took the wagon and sand toys to the beach. Having a crib was so helpful for our 2.5 year old - he’s too big for a pack and play but too small for a twin and it worked out perfect. There are several parks nearby and the Mission Bay walk was beautiful. Pacific Beach is definitely a party scene but we never heard loud music or rowdy people. We’d highly recommend to any young families.

Our multigenerational family had a great time in Pacific Beach. The home had everything we needed, including travel cribs for our young kids and some toys to keep them occupied. The location was very convenient to the beach as well as limitless eateries and shops. Stephanie and Melina were very helpful when we encountered some travel/scheduling challenges.

The property is within easy walking distance to Mission Baywalk, restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. Street parking was easy to find and bit more convenient since the garage is pretty tight. We had a Ford Escape and anything just a bit wider would not fit in there. Kitchen is well equipped with Keurig and a regular coffeemaker among many other items. Would definitely stay again.

The house was just perfect for our family visit. The house was exactly as depicted, a great space for the family gathering, it was clean and great location for everything we wanted to do. The house had everything that was needed for going to the beach. We had a great time.

This property was awesome. We could pretty much walk to anywhere we wanted, whether it was good, beach or shopping. The neighborhood was very nice and felt cozy. We loved the front porch and the grass out front. Nice for the kids when they got stir crazy. They property manager responded very quickly during the stay with any questions. The house was also beautiful and great beach vibes . It fit our family perfect and all the baby stuff equipment was very helpful. There was toys, stools, gates, utensils, plates, games, cribs, stroller, wagon, and beach toys. We would love to visit again! Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Loved having all of the baby/kids stuff (crib, high chair, toys, etc) that was very convenient! The beds were a little uncomfortable, nothing a foam mattress topper couldn’t fix though. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a great location to all our faves in PB. Walking distance to just about everything. We parked when we arrived and didn’t get into our car until checkout! My kids have already asked when we can come back to the house. Great for our family of 4. We have a 6 year old and 16 they both loved it. House is updated and comes with so much. Can’t wait to come back!

Stephanie was very responsive to any questions we had. We were traveling with small children and inquired about bed rails and she quickly responded that she would have them available for our use at the property. The rental house is very well maintained and extremely clean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well cared for. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in the morning and sitting on the front porch. There is also a private patio area that we used daily. Sea World was a short 10 minute drive. We also explored the San Diego Zoo which was another short drive. I highly recommend the zoo! La Jolla and Coronado island were also a short distance to get to and very beautiful places to explore. We enjoyed shopping and dining there. The house is also a quick drive to downtown. We were able to get tickets to a Padres game and then ate dinner in the Gaslamp District...another great spot that was easily accessible. Our favorite feature of the house was the short 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely rent this property or another property that is hosted by Stephanie.

Stephanie’s place was great. The house was just as described, very clean with a couple of different areas to relax outside. We enjoyed the sunny porch in the morning and patio in the afternoon. The house came equipped with everything you need. The beach and Bay are in walking distance, as well as the Farmer’s Market and many restaurants and coffeeshops. The house is in a residential area, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of PB. A great place to relax and have fun. We will be back!

Average size to meet our needs. Kitchen was not as large as pictured but still functional. noise travels through the walls; consistent with another reviewer. But owner did have what you need. The area has so many restaurants that we really didn’t need to eat in. And only a 5 min walk to beach - best part.

The house was SO clean which was such a relief because we’ve had other vacations rental homes that were filthy! They had even more baby heat than what was listed, such as a hoppy and baby bathtub which was definitely an added plus! Even though the unit is attached to other units you NEVER heard any sound from neighbors. The living room had a brand new blue velvet couch that was super comfy. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and so many restaurants and stores nearby, we just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. Overall, the house exceeded all our expectations and we definitely plan on staying there again in the futur!

The house was perfect, we had adults, a teen and little kids, even a baby and this house had it all! Washer and dryer were so convenient, it had all the kitchen appliances you could want, boogie boards, toys, beach chairs, a crib, high chair literally everything you would need. Conveniently located near a Ralph’s for anything else you may need. Short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the bay but still an easy walk. We absolutely loved our stay at this house would definitely recommend it to others with kids.

My family of 4 had more than enough room in this wonderfully located townhome located a few blocks from Pacific Beach and a few blocks from Mission Bay. Also a 5 min walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved the neighborhood feel of this location compared to the tightly packed Mission Beach places. Home was clean and owner was very responsive.
