Great place for a family vacation

Great experience!

Location was good. Front door lock had a bit of an attitude, but garage was more convenient anyway. Set-up of the house worked great. Had a wonderful experience.

Good place to stay. Very clean with a few things to do when the weather isn't working in your favor!

The house was a nice size and location was great (close to Bridges Bay Resort). We were disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the house. I did contact the owner to let her know about a couple of things that were damaged when we arrived.

This is the second d year we stayed at this location! We had a good time and fit our needs of 8 little ones and 3 adults. It’s a nice house with a basement ( good for young kids) . Just a little chilly in basement. Very nice overall.

The house was clean and had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. We have stayed here two summers in a row and have enjoyed the house each time!

Great location for the family wedding we were attending at Waterfront Event Center(close to many restaurants and bars too!). Worked out well for grandparents to stay in the upstairs master (bonus for the walk in shower) and the younger crew to be downstairs with the nice hang out area. We enjoyed the small neighborhood pool and the Waterpark pool (pool passes were great and so was the park's swim up bar for the 21 and over crowd). Property manager Bridget responded quickly to my questions including bringing a few more knives on a Saturday! Things that I would want other travelers to note: dressers or luggage holders in the downstairs bedrooms would have helped us feel more organized - and if you are planning on cooking, bring your own knives. It is a nice clean, quiet, family friendly location.

The house in the layout was a great option for our family of 12. Two pools nearby and the resort helped to mix up the activities during the week. Restaurants, golf in Arnolds Park are very close by. Are looking at coming back next year!

We had a very nice time. Location was good water park was so much fun as we brought the grandkids and kids with. I would definitely recommend this location. My only complaints is that we were only given 3 garbage bags , and no dish soap.. we paid almost 200 for cleaning fees and I don’t feel they did a very good job of cleaning before we got there. Overall the vacation was exactly what hoped it would be!!

We had no problems and the owner was very good at responding to my emails before we arrived.

We all loved this house. It was very clean and we loved the layout of the house! It was easy to talk to and hang out with everyone in our group.

A group of friends stated here for winter games and it worked great! We all had our own bedrooms and it was close to get on the lake with plenty of parking for our side by sides.

We enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the property owner. The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies to have a great stay. Property owner was very responsive answering questions.

I found this property was as described and was in good repair. The previous night's snowfall was cleared from the driveway and sidewalk. Though the home was primarily clean, there were withered grapes at the base of the kitchen faucet and the oven was desperately in need of cleaning. Additionally, there was an inadequate supply of toilet paper. My group appreciated the passes to the water park. Overall, quite enjoyable.

6 adults and 5 children 7 and under plenty of space. Snowy weekend and snow removal was covered. Great to have the garage available with the snow. Would have been convenient to have the garage key code

The actual property we stayed at was awesome. The disappointing part for our family was the pools in between the property were not open due to maintenance....all of them??? The water park only had either the indoor or outdoor park open at a time and you never knew what was open or if. My grandkids had hoped to due a lot of swimming so this was disappointing. This was not how it was advertised.

Was really impressed with the property. Images and description were exactly as posted. We had 5 adults and 6 kids (all under 11) and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Proximity of the property to the waterpark as well as boat rentals was really nice and the property manager was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property!

This was a surprise as to how much room there was. There were only 8 of us due to illness a couple couldn’t come. BUT it was most comfortable and felt like it home. Every convenience one could want and ample towels and cookware ( in very good condition). We were in a good location but pool outside our area was not open…a bit disappointing but did use water park passes. Would definitely stay again. Maybe add a couple of blankets…?. We did bring a couple of our own though. This beautifully kept property made us feel like it was our own and we treated it as such.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and had all the items we needed to cook meals. Plenty of room for our two families to relax and hang out!

Definitely one of the most well equipped homes we have ever rented!! Other than not having a crockpot, I don't think there's anything missing that you would have at home. We brought our electric griddle but they had one or two!! Three pack & plays, two table top high chairs, extra fans. There was one baby gate. Could have used a second one for the deck, if you have two toddlers like we did. We did wash towels a couple times but we were a family of 14 and you can't expect to have an unlimited number. The house had a great bank yard. Even had a baby swing under the deck. Community pools within a block, either way. Not far from small pond for fishing or to the water park and restaurants. Only negatives for us were not being able to eat together, which was not a huge deal. Just know deck is quite small but we got 8 around table. Kitchen/dining table holds six, with four stools at island. The three bedrooms in basement are small, so there isn't really room for air mattress in bedroom but the teens slept on the couch recliners in the downstairs family room and were perfectly happy with the arrangement. All in all, this is an excellent rental!! It was very clean, open and fairly new construction. Highly recommend!!!!

Great vacation.

Nice new property with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed stay; but had a few issues with no access to garage combination to get in without walking around, and having 2 doors locked without access in house is a bit disturbing. Please add a sink drainer for dishes , for I.E. Sterilite Large Sink Set, 2 Piece, Most people will not bring something to put washed dishes in and not everyone uses the dishwasher. Overall enjoyed our stay . No shower soap was an issue but not bad, but should be listed to bring your own. Nothing like washing with hand soap. We will be back again just wanted to list the issues we seen . Thanks, and have a great year

Everything was very nice and clean when we arrived. We could not get the main TV to work and the house numbers are hard to see at night. Could not find the switch to turn on the outside lights for the garage. All else was awesome and we would come back!

This property was perfect for our adult cousin reunion. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, plus spouses. Bed were very comfortable and everything we needed (except salt and pepper) for cooking was available. Other family members were staying in the condos which were a close walk. We did not use any of the water park or other facilities. Only problem was the tv in the main room would not turn on and some directions with operating the others would have been helpful. Luckily we didn't have any young children with us so tv was not an issue, except for the Nebraska football fans in our crowd.

This house was perfect for our group!

With the parents house full- It was a great retreat away from the crazy! Place had everything and was great for the kids to sleep.

This is a great place to stay with a family! So many fun things to do even if the weather isn’t cooperating.
