The unit was great and the property is beautiful!

Loved the furnishings in the living area, patio and it has a nicely equipped kitchen. Good views of sunset! Mattresses were a little stiff for our liking -- you can't please everyone in that category -- twin beds in particular were quite firm. Maid came unexpectedly on a day that was a birthday celebration and it was interruptive -- held us back from our plans for a few hours waiting for her to finish. We should have asked her to come back as we were not aware she would strip the beds completely, mop, etc. for more than 3 hours. A little notice of this would've been appreciated. The security safes in both bedrooms did not operate, so that needs to be assessed. Overall experience was positive. We would stay here again.

We spent a great Christmas away and loved every minute of it. The room itself was perfect.... there was everything that was expected and more. There was coke, water and beer in the fridge. Even a dozen eggs , cheese and butter where there to start our family vacation. There are restaurants a bakery and grocery stores all a short walk away. Also one of the nicest beaches on the island is less than a 10 minute walk from the room. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is the building itself could use a little fixing up on the outside. We have been enjoying St Maarten for 30+ years, but our resort was destroyed by Hurricane Irma. For the last 2 years we have stayed @ a VRBO in Rainbow. We hope to do so again next year!

We enjoyed our 10 days there. The condo was exactly as promised. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and we used them almost every day. Having laundry in the room was awesome too. We were 2 couples and a second queen bed would have been better, rather than 2 singles. The kitchen could use more lights for cooking. Good location and parking was very convenient. Quiet area. Jennifer and Carlos were great too!

we stayed 9 days and loved the location, furnishings, hosts and pool. we were welcomed at the rental car company and led into the unit where we found welcome gifts of eggs, milk, beer cheese and wine! there is a very little, private beach to enjoy the waves, but it is also within walking distance to a wonderful large beach. Everything in the condo is very nice and comfortable. We would love to give 5 stars, but we had big issues with the water pressure. We believe it was in all the units in the building so there was not much to do about it. Sometimes we turned on the faucet or shower and had nothing. We just had to wait for it to be good enough to shower or wash the dishes. We got used to the issue and still had a good time, I feel we need to mention it so future renters are aware. Only 1 day in 9 that we had good pressure all day. One other thing was the wifi did not go into the bedrooms, so there were nice tv's but they didn't work. the internet service was good in the living area. If you can deal with these two things, I highly recommend renting this place since the island is awesome and this is a nice area, close to everything but not overly congested. There is an ocean view since it is a corner unit, but you have to walk to the pool to hear the waves. Be aware too that there is much construction still going on especially the big building next door so you have noise from that for now. All in all the management and hosts are great!

After sending my son to IMG summer campus early July, my husband and I took a direct flight from Miami to St. Maarten island. Before our departure, we booked a condo which named Caribbean Paradise at the Rainbow Beach Club and close to Cupecoy beach. We rented a car and spent whole week on this island. No real schedule this time, just visited all beaches listed on the map one by one. We enjoyed in watching airplane landing and sightseeing. The condo we rented has extraordinary location, which is easy to connect with other beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. There are three swimming pools and one beach in the community. Sometimes we did nothing, just stayed in the community, relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. For the condo itself, I would say it is so nice and comfortable. We like to decoration and layout. The owner of this condo is so considerate. All the necessities of life are well prepared to make your vacation just like the life at your home country. We even could find Chinese condiments in the cabinet and cooked Chinese dish one day.One more thing I would like to highlight is the French restaurant in the opposite of the condo. The food and environment are so good! Highly recommend…Really wish we could return back again in the near future!
