This property was exactly what we hoped it would be. it is a home away from home, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for friends and family to be together or be alone, whichever the preference. Close enough to town for convenience but the view was breathtaking. Excellent property manager communication, we will be back!

Suggest you clarify instructions in white booklet. Some seemed inconsistent or at least confusing with others. Otherwise great.

This property has a beautiful view and very nice outdoor area. The house has a wonderfully layout for multiple families and the kitchen is the best equipped I’ve experienced. The house was spotless, I’d recommend this home.

The house and outside areas were great for our multi family gathering. Beautiful outdoor hummingbird and butterfly attracting plantings. Only problem was murky pool and Unbrushed pool sides.

We were very pleased with how nice the home was. It was very accommodating for our group. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Beautiful view.

For the third year we have enjoyed our week long stay at Luna Vista. This is a marvelous house in a beautiful setting. We are multi-generational from 10 to 74 and there is plenty for everyone to do in this area. We are already planning on year four next summer Carolyn I don’t see any personal or business info here?

Perfect relaxing private place to spend with family and view and sunset and sunrise are gorgeous. Just a fabulous place to relax and reboot. Thank you hope to do it again next year

We absolutely love this property! The pictures do not do it justice. Jen, the property manager, is so easy to work with and readily accessible by text. We love spending time outside in the infinity pool, relaxing on the large patio, and enjoying the hill country views. This was our family's fifth time renting this property since 2020, and we already can't wait to return!

The house has everything that you need for a relaxing getaway - grill, pool, outdoor fireplace, and a serene environment. We have stayed three years in a row and can’t wait for next year. Jen (the property manager) is very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for us. Enjoyed the views and swimming pool. It is close to town, which was very convenient.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a minor problem with one of the appliances and Jennifer could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

We enjoyed our time here and communications with the manager was very quick. My wife mentioned that this was probably the cleanest VRBO listing that we’ve stayed at. Even thought the temperatures got down into the 30s and 40s at night, the pool stayed warm enough to swim in for the 4 nights we were there.

I have to give this property 5 stars! The house is very well laid out. The home as well as the bedrooms are uniquely and beautifully decorated. The master bed and bath are AMAZING!! The outdoor area with pool, fireplace and sitting areas cannot be beat!! So so relaxing with wonderful views. We made great family memories in this home and would definitely recommend!!!

This house (and surrounding property) is absolutely a gem - my grandmother, aunt, mom x myself try to do a ladies week once every year and this hit & exceeded all of our expectations. It's in close proximity to Fredericksburg and several other towns so we were able to zip around and come back to the pool to hang out. In addition - really appreciated the quick communication with the property manager (we had a question or two and they were answered very promptly) In the evenings, we loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the landscape - & the view during the day & night is just spectacular. in short - this was a much needed reprieve from a crazy year. would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I rented Luna Vista for 3 days and had a great time! The place is beautiful and the view is great. We enjoyed the house, and especially the pool! It was great to sit out and look at the stars in the evening. It’s close to Kerrville and Fredericksburg so plenty to do. We can’t wait till our annual trip next year. We will definitely return!

We returned yet again to this lovely property that has everything you could possibly need. Even better they have the best service ever. I have been in VRBOs all over the world and this place takes care of your needs immediately. We are three generations from 9 to 72 and everyone really likes this place. Our second year in a row staying here and can’t wait to come back next year. A VERY peaceful place with a great pool with amazing views.

We loved staying at this home. The kitchen was very spacious and the house had plenty of room for all our family. It has a beautiful pool area and view. We will definitely be returning! Robert G.

This was our best VRBO experience ever. Here are the highlights:1. The beds were really comfortable!2. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.3. There is enough space so that people are not on top of each other both inside and outside.4. Upon arrival, there was a diffuser with a great smell and a sound system pumped XM radio throughout the house and patio.5. The grocery story is only 5 minutes away, even though the house is situated away from town.6. We paid the extra to have the pool heated. It was a little pricey had not warmed up by the time we arrived, but by the second day, it was warm and everyone enjoyed it. The fountain in the pool creates a relaxing atmosphere.7. Our hosts were instantly reachable and made sure all or our needs were met.8. From the patio, you can actually see the moon, so the name Luna Vista is really appropriate!9. We saw deer on the property on multiple occasions10. The furnishings and decor really made it comfortable.11. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room came in handy for storing beverages.12. The outdoor gas grill was clean and ready to use.Here are a couple of notes for those that book this property:- For those planning to use the fire pit, which is great, we recommend buying fire starter at the store.- For those bringing a group, we would suggest giving yourselves at least an hour to complete the checkout list.

My niece got married at a nearby ranch. This house was great for family and friends coming in! Each bedroom has a bathroom. We even had a free day to enjoy the pool. Very nice!! Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Enjoyed the backyard and overall scenery. House was very spacious. Had 3 families and had plenty of space. Kitchen was great. Fully stocked and the best layout. We could all be in there working without stepping on each other. Beds were very comfortable. All had toppers and nice bedding.

We rented this property for a NYE weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. It was a large family gathering with 2 kids under 2, a dog, and 9 adults and everyone was comfortable. The house has everything you need in the kitchen including plates, cups, etc for the kiddos. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. We even saw some deer come to the feeders on the other side of the fence. The property manager responded quickly any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

I do not have one complaint about this property! We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Turtle Creek and we had the best place by a long shot! The pictures don’t even do justice to how homey it feels and how incredible the backyard views are. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great for cooking, Plenty of room to bring groceries as there are 2 refrigerators. We spent every night around the fire laughing and enjoying the cool weather. The adults and kids loved the grotto waterfall! The property was its own adventure, our kids loved walking the trails and exploring! The management company was awesome! They brought us extra linens and firewood very quickly. The only thing missing was more days, it was so hard to leave! We will be back!

We stayed a week for a family getaway and loved every bit of it. The patio, pool, and view were amazing and we are looking forward to staying there again next year.

There were ten of us. We were 2 grandparents, our three adult children, and five of our grandchildren from 8-15. We had a marvelous time and never had to leave the property. H-E-B in Kerrville did curbside and Instacart if you happened to forgot to bring something. The pool and view were marvelous. The house was very very clean and the service was beyond excellent. My oldest daughter did the cooking and although there is tons of kitchen things including a Vitamix and a crock pot there were no pot holders. She was unhappy so I texted Jennifer and then I got in the pool. By the time I got out of the pool her husband had gone to Walmart and bought four pot holders and brought them by the house. There were two other times I needed to communicate with her and the questions were answered and taken care of right away. We couldn’t decide if we could take any vacation. My children were worried about my husband and me because of our age but this was perfect. We will stay there again. Carolyn Byrne July 18,2020

Loved the quiet nature of the property. The kids enjoyed the wonderful pool.
