The pictures were right. Very colorful-ecclectic design in a 1 bed (plus futon)apt. Very peaceful setting with privacy and we were very comfortable. We'll be back...well done.👍

This place was perfect for our family. I was just minutes from the University of Tennessee campus but it felt like we were way out in the country. The apartment was extraordinarily clean and well equipped. I hope we can stay here on our next trip.

We had a wonderful time in Knoxville We had a wonderful time in Knoxville! Since we were staying 3 nights we wanted something homier than a hotel. This was a great place. It had everything we needed and was close (15 minute drive) to the UT stadium where we saw a football game. Victoria is a fun and knowledgeable host. We were only a short drive from Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Great place to stay. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Terrific host. This is our second time staying here; came back because the first visit was so positive. The lights strung in the trees around the patio create a marvelous atmosphere to sit out at night and listen to the crickets chirp.

This location is quiet, away from hustle & bustle, yet only 10-15 minutes to downtown, very convenient. South Knoxville is also the side of town 30-40 minutes closer to the Great Smokies than West or North Knoxville (where the traffic is heavy). I lived most of my life in Knoxville before moving to another state, so I chose this property with a native son's knowledge of roads and routes, knowing it would be convenient for my purposes (twice daily trips into the downtown area, plus a day off to spend in the Smokies.) The area is quiet (out in the country) away from the noise of traffic. It is very peaceful to sit out at the patio table to have coffee or to read. I went for two different quiet walks on the backroads near the apartment. The apartment itself is cozy and decorated with an artistic flare. My wife and I thought it a good size for two people. Would also work for a couple with a small child or two. It is certainly more spacious than a hotel room! The bath was stocked with shampoos, soaps, and other extras, and the kitchen had condiments, spices, and some food items. Our host was congenial and very thoughtful. We highly recommend this location and host.

We enjoyed the place. It was homely and close to the areas we visited. The place was clean and neat.

I came to Knoxville to be with a friend during a hospital stay. I could have stayed closer to the hospital but opted for the serenity of this cute little apartment. It was well worth it. After long days at the hospital it was nice to find a quiet place to rest. The apt was only a short, pleasant drive to the hospital & Victoria was more than helpful. My car ended up needing work & she referred me to a excellent mechanic. She was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance!!

This is one of the best bargains for the price that we've hit in our years of Home Away stays. Victoria and Sam are wonderful folks and have been most helpful on all parts of the logistics. They are both artists and have put so many nice touches on the apartment. It was clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Miss Victoria was a great, very gracious, and caring host. She was very attentive to our needs and informative to the sights of the area! Definitely look forward to going back next year!
