overall layout, bbq area was great as was play equipment & pool. The tent was more then we expected and very comfortable.

The accommodation was close to the zoo and situated in a quiet, secluded spot. We enjoyed the novelty of a glamping tent.

The night time sounds of other guests chatting outside their tents. But that was only because we were tired and went to bed early.

more space around the sink for glasses and cups, abit squishy. I accidentally broke a glass on the bathroom floor.

We felt like there should have been wine glasses and plates and cutlery supplied.

Facility was close to zoo which is what we wanted. Accommodation was great, clean and tidy, room for 5 of us. The business was having staffing issues as per the whole industry but communicated well and advised that the restaurant was not guaranteed to be open, which was fine as there are BBQ facilities and the kids were able to play on the play equipment.
