The room was amazing and well equipped kitchen. Loved the apartment. Close to zoo

A good size, modern and well laid out apartment that was close to everything and easy to find. The manager was very friendly.
Bathroom door was the sliding type and it kept jamming and falling off its railing. Parking was a bit tight.

Clean, well equipped kitchenette. Perfect for my short stay. Didn't use any facilities so can't comment on those. Would recommend and stay again.

facilities were very good.
according to booking.com a 2 bedroom apartment has all the beds in one room. owners have tried to change but it doesn’t happen. so we had to pay for another room which made it a very expensive couple of night. could not cancel when we saw it as would loose our money.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need. Had air con in both rooms.
Had a smart Tv, fresh milk and a comfortable bed. Even had a pool.
The room could do with some decoration or a painting on the wall, a little bit bland. Crack in the wall.
Bit of a trek getting our possession from car park to the room. A trolley would be usefull.

The location was great very easy to get to. The double windows made the traffic noise non existent which was great as the property is between two busy roads and next to the hospital which has a helipad. The full size fridge and appliances provided were great. Toastie grill was great. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool.
My room had a bit of a funky smell, which I would say was the drains, This smell stayed the whole week we were there ( I just brought an air freshener lol). The shower floor was covered in white powder which washed off so it was probably just cleaning product and the sink had an long hair stuck on it and some fluff from a cloth but these were not really a problem. The rest of the unit was clean and comfortable. We were there for 5 nights and there was no spare garbage bag which was a bit odd in family units.

Very comfortable apartments with all the facilities we needed as a family with small children ... and the Staff were also highly accommodating letting us check in late as we were travelling through flooded areas on our way to get there, the concierge even put the heater on for us before our arrival ... highly highly recommended and very satisfied.
we will be back next time we are in the area.

I had to go to the hospital across the road so the location was perfect for my husband. He could just walk across and visit and we stayed there one night afterI was discharged so that we were nearby as we had 130km to go home. It had everything needed, was clean and comfortable and even had the aircon on so we were toasty warm when we arrived.
