Great staff, location and bathroom

Light dimmer for kids is all iv got here😁

Character-filled, superb location, attentive staff. Able to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Nowhere else seemed as personal.

Some bathroom refreshers would make a difference to aesthetics but was perfectly functional as it was

Very spacious room, which was easy and quick to warm. It was well appointed.

There was a slight odour coming up the vent in the bathroom.

Kids loved the TV in the 2nd bedroom :) Comfy beds and good sized room for a family of 4. Fantastic location - perfect for a few days getaway!

Nothing we had a great stay!

I have stayed there on numerous occasions and it is always enjoyable. I had my grand children with me on this visit and they enjoyed the pool.

the reception staff had the most terrible attitude. every thing was a problem, no communication between staff, requested a early check in the day before to prepare for a wedding and was promised this was possible until I got there and this was a huge problem and none of the staff had communicated, had problems with the room such as a faulty iron and needed to request a new one this was made out to be a problem by the front desk lady. the next morning we had the same lady we had the problems with the previous day banging on our door to check out at 10am lying saying that the cleaners need to get in where they had only started cleaning the bottom floor of a fully booked motel we did not appreciate being lied to when we were already about to leave her banging rudely on the door and speaking rudely to me

Despite couple of requests and email still no invoice emailed to me ?

good clean motel

The size of the room was perfect. Lots of space and very clean. The room was fairly soundproof, so being close to the highway wasn't so loud. I love how family oriented it is for people with kids, and you only have to cross the road to be able to access food. The BBQ area is perfect to cook up a feed, and the swimming pool is great to cool off in on a hot summer day. My kids loved how they had games to entertain them to play, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will recommend to family and friends

When we flushed our toilet, it was a little noisy, so it was worried other guests might hear it through the night and disturb them.

Very big room. Excellent bathroom. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Plenty of food options nearby but awkward location to cross the street in peak hour

Everything Staff unbelievable

Convenient location, large room, staff were lovely. Everything we needed for a few night stays in Dubbo.

Aircon didn't work too well and it was quite warm in the room but we just opened the windows

Appeared well presented, communication prior to arrival welcoming.

Unfortunately on arrival it was necessary to cancel the room as it was on the second floor unsuitable for us due to physical incapacity & motel was fully booked so couldn’t offer anything else. Instead of canceling we are declared as no show & they still deducted full fee.
