Property is in a very convenient location and within walking distance to a lot of locations. The serviced apartments are wonderful clean and comfortable. Staff are very wonderful and approachable and understanding.

Good location. Nice staff. Apartment was very clean & tidy, comfy bed. Bathroom towels all good. Rooms very clean & tidy.

Some glasses and cups looked a bit grubby. The tea towel for drying up smelt a bit stale, as if it hadn't been washed for a while.

The apartments were very well appointed and clean, fresh and modern. The bedrooms were a good size and storage suitable for longer stays. The kitchen had plenty of amenities for our needs, and the shower was very good as well. Good sized parking spaces downstairs and easy to manouvere around for an apartment complex. The rooms were quiet, couldn't hear any noise from the neighbouring apartments. Having the lift was great and suited our group as we had an older couple who may have struggled using the stairs. Plenty of great meal options within walking distance, and walking tracks along the river to stretch the legs as well.

Having no natural light in the 2nd bedroom was unusual, but not a deal breaker. The beds were a little soft for our personal preference, but many people would like them, and we still had a very comfortable sleep.

When I checked in the receptionist at the time wasn't friendly at all and she was rude. I have been a few times here and always was good but this time. I didn't enjoy it. I know cutlery isn't provided and plates which says on a note but maybe think about it as it would be handy though

the iron and the ironing board, are not in any way 4 start material. they are no start material which is unhelpful when you have to iron a work shirt
