The neighborhood was safe and the home was very clean and organized. Had everything you would need in a home. My family will probably call you again. Thanks I would have liked to talked to someone on the phone before a week before we left. That’s the only thing I didn’t like

Clean, classy, elegant, quirky, fun home. Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything. Guillermo and Manny are great people who go the extra mile in every respect. Manny even mailed a package of items I mistakenly left in a drawer back to me. That is way over the top service. Our stay was a much better experience than I was anticipating. It was a blast just enjoying the beauty and weather and boats in the canal on the back deck. We had a wonderful time and will be back! Thanks again!!!

The house was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Everything was as elegant and as clean as a 5 star hotel. Manny, was amazing and very accommodating answering every last question. Check in was flawless and the property was just great. It was a "have to get away trip." and this was the best house to stay at. It has a great big kitchen, a chef's dream. A nice pool and a great jacuzzi. The view of the water way is beautiful from the patio as well as from inside or from the balcony. The neighborhood is quite and the location is very convenient and central. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely home!

This is a lovely home, with every amenity you could need, The host meet us there and gave us a great tour of the place and answered all our questions and also had a nice basket of treats made up for us- which the kids loved! the location is great- it is in a quiet friendly neighborhood but yet located conveniently to anywhere you need to be in Fort Lauderdale. The bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas were a definite added bonus! Our daughters also loved all the cute bunnies hopping around the neighborhood as well.:-)

We stayed at this property during the Coronavirus pandemic. We couldn’t go anywhere so we had to entertain ourselves in the home. What a great place to be quarantined! The pool and hot tub were clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you need...tissues, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. Manny, the property manger greeted us when we got there. The house can easily accommodate 3 families. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house is huge and in a great location (on water right off intracoastal) and a short walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and bikes.

Centrally located to all beach activities this waterfront home has a large entertaining area and amazing outdoor area with pool and hot tub. For boaters there are no fixed bridges to backyard dock. Beautiful home and fully stocked.

This house is in the perfect quiet neighbourhood but near to the beach and restaurants. Having just finished a long stay at this property I can say without contridiction that it has everything you can possible need, and more, to have a great and enjoyable time. Plenty of space, lots of places to sit and read, relax or watch the world go by. Outside the pool and hot tub are just wonderful. Inside the house is large and has lots of large windows letting in the light. A couple of very minor problems were dealt with promptly by Mannie, the property manager. We will return to this house and would recommend it to others.

My family and I stayed here in August and absolutely cannot wait to return! The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The property was extremely well maintained and had amazing views. The short walk to the beach or Lauderdale by the sea was an added bonus. We were also welcomed and given a tour of the home by Manny who was a great host. We will be planning another vacation soon!

This is the second time my husband and I have rented this lovely home. The new dining room furniture and all the new outdoor furniture were a welcome surprise this year. Some of our favorite features of this home are the the gorgeous intracoastal views, from every room, the huge 2nd floor master bedroom and spa-like bath, and the large professionally equipped kitchen. This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental. The home is very large and there is room to spare for many activities. The competition size pool table is a favorite of the family. Manny (the properties caretaker) will meet you at the door and explain the homes features. We hope to return for a third visit.

Wonderful 5 day stay. Only criticism is the upstairs 3rd bedroom is actually an office off of the master and walk through the master. Otherwise a beautiful home that is set up for outdoor living and a high end party. We will be back.

This home exceeded any expectations! We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes, and this was the cleanest home we have seen. The big windows open to the view of water and boats passing by. The pool was so much fun for our kids as well as the hot tub. The beach is a short walk, and grocery stores are right across the main road. The beds in this home are super comfortable, with televisions in each room. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with everything you need. I can not say enough about this home. We loved sitting on the top balcony to read or just sit and watch boat traffic. We had a wonderful experience, and hope to return one day.

The house was just as pictured: lots of room, first-class accommodation.

We’ve rented many vacation homes & this was the best ever! Loved it!

We knew it was a big home but didn't realize how stunning it was. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was furnished with most everything we needed as we ate dinners at the home. It was a little odd upstairs as the one bedroom was adjacent to the master with no other entry. The location was great and convenient as we didn't do a lot of sight seeing just wanted to be with the other couple to catch up, they had small children. The ice maker was an issue in the bar and the hot tub needs to be replaced, everything else worked fine. The views out back and the pool were a great extra. We highly recommend the property for the price and value we received, Willie the owner and Manny the property manager were easy to deal with. Randy & Ginny

My husband and I have rented several homes in South Florida over the years, but none more beautiful than this one. The location is perfect as the home is nestled in a private neighborhood on the water with one way in and one way out. Close to grocery, coffee and liquor stores. Minutes from Lauderdale by the Sea restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. The home is open, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The 2nd floor is a huge Master Suite with a 3rd bedroom/office adjoining. The Master Suite downstairs is private and quiet. We loved everything about this home from the high-end kitchen to the soaking pool. The owner called in advance of our arrival and the property manager met us at the house...impressive customer service! Perfect home for our two couples...worth every penny. THANKS Willy and Manny for a delightful experience!!

This was our family of 5's first trip to Ft. Lauderdale and we're beyond impressed with this gorgeous and spacious home off the intercoastal. We were contacted by the property manager, Manny, prior to our arrival to answer any questions we may have which put us at ease. He met us at check in and gave us a tour and showed us all the in and outs of the house. This home would be a perfect home for entertaining or even for two families. The pool, spa, deck and pool table were the biggest hits with our teens. The house is in a tucked away quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The kids rode to the beach almost daily with the bikes provided at the house. Great touch! Neighbors were all so friendly and even offered the mangos and coconuts from their trees. We rented a boat and tubed in the intercoastal, took an Everglades boat tour, chartered a fishing trip, and drive to key west for the weekend! There's lots to do and the location is convenient for all the fun you want to have! We felt very much at home and would love to come back soon! My family was in Florida for my daughter's wedding while staying at the house. It is spacious and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one could possibly need to enjoy the stay- from towels, to kitchen needs, beach items, and personal toiletries. We enjoyed the home and each other immensely. Willie was prompt and courteous with all communication and Manny was a pleasure when arriving and throughout our stay. Amazing and wonderful experience. The home was great, the website is an accurate representation of what you can expect. The owner is extremely responsive in the booking, checkin, checkout process. Note the distance to the beach is a bit further than we anticipated, very likely that we mapped it wrong in advance, but it's not walking distance. The pool and hot tub, and being right on the water (inner coastal) make up for it.
