they did help me with my hiccup I booked for the wrong day the staff helped us get our room for the correct day.

it was not so clean I did see a bug (roach) crawling behind the table.

Location was the best thing from visiting the hotel.

The pool area was dirty. Pool water looked dirty. Rooms did not meet expectations from the pictures on website.

accommodation inadequate, very noisy room, no proper windows do noise from the street is heard through the night. No security or control over very noise spring break guests. The bed was noisy every time we turned around.

great location only one block from beach, quiet and easy area to walk around. Able to use facilities of all properties in the “village” including plenty of eating places. Room good for 2 star, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer and toiletries. Shower very good. Staff friendly.

not enough sun beds and pool in shade mostly, but able to use other property facilities across the road.

1 The 110 room was not clean. if you walk on it barefoot the bottom of your feet turn black from the dirt. 2. The TV stopped working because the Roku device overheated. They replaced the TV.a few hours later. 3.The ice machine did not work for 3 days. I had to walk across the street to another hotel to get ice. 4. The did not disclose that there would be a $10 per day parking fee. 5. I had the stand on a chair to adjust the air conditioner. 6 There is zero shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries.The sink slopes down. There is a table outside the bathroom that had a microwave oven on it. I had to move the microwave into the closet to provide shelf space for my pills, shaver, etc. The closet door was very hard to open. 7 The room was overpriced. By the time I I left in disgust, the room was priced on Booking.com for $80.00 less. The would not give me a break with the fees even after experiencing all on the above. I move to a nearby property the final 2 days of my stat in Ft Lauderdale. Don’t stay at Tropi Rock or any of their other 9 properties!!!!

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean.

The first floor is way too noisy!! At nights was the guest and in the morning the housekeeping team throwing thi gs slamming doors ot was just very annoying. The housekeeping team should be aware that there are guests trying to rest and be more considerate.

Great location to the beach

Cute and in a good location.

we could hear all of the outside noise and our room had a window unit as the A/C. there were a few small bugs in our sink. it was near the beach and an older hotel. we had the same thing happen at another hotel that was older, on the first floor, and near the beach.

The short walk to the beach

The room was filthy with dog hair on the walls, the door did not shut all the way you could see outside and hear EVERYTHING outside, the shower didn’t work the room was so small, the ax unit was So loud!

Nice location. Close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Hot water and nice water pressure in shower.

No elevator. No ice machine. No breakfast. Only 2 wash cloths and 4 towels for 3 people. Needs updating. Tv only used a roku. Did not have cable.
