This is such a cute little beach house. 2 minute walk to the beach and we loved the bikes. Just park, walk, bike and boat! Clean and comfy!

All in all this place was amazing. It is private. It was just a short walk to the beach. A wagon was provided which was a complete win for me with little ones!! There were sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The place is stocked with the essentials to start your vacation, that was awesome! It was super clean! Lisa was readily available and helpful, although we really didn’t need much. My only complaint is I missed the ocean view however, I knew I wasn’t gonna get that when I booked it. But I really missed it more than I thought I would. Oh and the washer and dryer took quarters which is a little inconvenient, had to go to a few stores, then the bank to get quarters.

Cute cottage, close to beach, everything you need including a very comfortable bed, bikes and beach chairs! Lisa was a great host and gave us several suggestions on restaurants and points of interest. This was our first visit to St Pete’s and will definitely be going back!

We spent 2 nights in SeaShell and it is just the cutest place ever. It's really close to the beautiful beach ( 3 min walk), and it's very well appointed, and it's comfortable. It has a cute little private patio. Really can't say anything negative about it. I will say it is the cleanest and most comfortable place we've ever stayed in.

Awesome cottage in a great location. Cozy and comfortable (especially the bed)! Well appointed with attention to little details. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the beach, local bars/restaurants, etc. Definitely a cyclist’s dream area, as well as places to walk. Loved it!

Pass-a-Grille Stay
Lisa was very attentive in making sure that we knew about all the things we could enjoy around the area, especially sending reminder emails just in case we forgot about something she had shared previously. Very easy to find and was easy to get settled in. Loved how close to the beach we were so that we could enjoy morning walks on the beach!

Great spot in PAG, complete with everything you need for an active beach vakay. Loved the bikes and really appreciated the beautiful beach themed art work. Felt more like a home then a rental.

We loved the starfish house. Everything we needed sandwiched between the beach and bay. Beautiful beach. We did the sunset sailboat from dolphin landing which was the best! Highly recommend renting from Lisa.

Phantastische ruhige Lage mit super Betreuung durch die Vermieterin
Sehr liebevoll gestaltete und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind eher sehr weich. Alle Räume sind sehr sauber und anscheinend frisch renoviert. Die Vermietung läuft völlig unkompliziert und sehr vertrauensvoll. Kaution erhält man zeitnah zurück. Unsere Vermieterin ging prompt und sehr freundlich auf alle Bedürfnisse ein. Eine Parkerlaubnis für Autos steht für 24 Stunden frei zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen und können diese FeWo nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine super Zeit!

Charming, cute cottage
My hubby and I enjoyed staying at the Starfish cottage. Had everything we needed for the week (except I could have used more washcloths but that's ok!) The bay and the Gulf were both walking distance which was a huge plus. You can also catch the bus at either end of 12th street (which we did one day). You can also drive to St Pete, Tampa, and John's Pass for other things to do. I absolutely loved Pass A Grille and I'm definitely going back!
