We have been to Kauai many times and wish we had found this place sooner. The views and peacefulness were amazing. It’s not your crowed resort party scene, but rather a relax and chill vibe to enjoy the scenery. Beach access was easy (maybe a shuttle needed for older guests). Condo set up was perfect for a large family needing 3 private bedrooms. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

My family loved the spacious condo with killer views of the Napali Coast from everywhere in the condo. Three spacious bedrooms with their own baths. Full access to resort amenities including bar and pool and hot tub and tennis and a nice snorkeling beach.

My number one priority for our trip to Kauai was the view and comfortable outside lounging for 5. I read all the reviews of this property and looked at every picture from every angle because honestly the views looked too good to be true. Well, let me report that the views are in fact better than the pictures. The living spaces are lovely and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen has everything you could want. And if you love a long morning coffee routine, you will be in heaven. We are all convinced that there could not possibly be a better value on the Island!

This might be our favorite property we have ever rented through VRBO. We really struggled between choosing this property and one on Hanalei Bay Beach. We were so happy with our choice. We arrived after dark and settled into our condo. The space was perfect--we are a family of 5, two teen girls and one teen boy. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for us. Our teen boy was especially happy with his king bed suite at the end of the unit! The next morning, we were in awe of what lay before us: the most beautiful view of Hanalei Bay and the Napali Coast's green, majestic mountains. Breathtaking! We spent quiet mornings with coffee and visits from the chickens and roosters. We were sure to be back at our condo by sunset. Just stunning. This condo has THE BEST VIEW of the resort. We loved the ground floor and grassy lawn, felt "homey" and private. This condo is within Hanalei Bay Resort. It's perfection. Numerous tennis courts, meticulous grounds, and a wonderful pool with waterfalls with little nooks to explore. The restaurant on-site, "Happy Talk," was fabulous, and they offered nightly live entertainment. We enjoyed the tropical path down to the beach and base of Hanalei 1 Hotel (a 10-minute walk) for daily exercise and one day enjoyed their hotel's fancy breakfast one morning. The Muxlows provided everything to make our stay so comfortable, including tennis racquets, beach chairs and more. We really appreciated the sweet welcome gift-we cannot wait to return!!

Fantastic location.

We had a great visit to North shore and this place has the best view at night for amazing sunsets and looking out over the bay. The kitchen is a tad small for cooking larger meals but worked great for our group. House came with beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella was a bonus. The owners were very helpful before and during our trip. Lovely stay.

Lovely stay! Owners thoughtfully included extras such as yeti coolers and wagon to transport items to beach and/or pool area! Peaceful and quiet location with best view in the complex!

Great experience the entire time place was awesome best view on the back couch watching the surf…. The only thing was at the end of Our stay the concierge was a total ass hat and in a huge hurry which is strange lay back bra this is Hawaii. But literally was total jerk and Pushy to get our stuff and get us out. I Other then that this place was amazing for us let me Know if you ever want to sell It

The view from this property is second to none. I wanted to spend my entire time just gazing out on the mountain and the bay. The condo was comfortable, well decorated and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the owner double booked us with another family and we wound up having to change our entire planned trip to the area to accommodate the snafu. This caused us to miss out on a great property in Poipu and put a damper on our trip. I would highly recommend the property. Just make sure you communicate directly with the owners and not rely on the booking system through VRBO.

This property is surrounded by the most beautiful place I have ever been. Awe inspiring.

My husband and I have been coming to Princeville for the last ten plus years, but have always stayed at the hotel next door. Now that we are traveling with three children (aged 4, 5 & 6) staying in a hotel was no longer convenient. We were absolutely thrilled with this property, the view was even better than from the hotel next door, the place was spotless & just absolutely stunning and the decor so well thought out, and the resort itself was incredible. It was so nice to have a kitchen, laundry etc too. We also loved being able to text the resort, to order a golf cart to and from the beach. Our family can be hard to please, and everyone absolutely loved it so much we booked to come back again in 3 months. Thank you for a wonderful stay Andy & Becky, we can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful place. All the conveniences of home. Everyone in our party of 7 had their own space. Gorgeous sunsets. Easy access to everything on the north shore. Hope to return yearly.

Amazing views, everything impeccable in the home. All of the little hawaiian details. We really enjoyed the binoculars, walking down to the beach and the pool!

I did extensive research trying to find the ideal property for our dream vacation. In the past we’ve stayed many times at the Princeville hotel which is now being rebuilt. Hanalei Bay Resorts and the future One Hotel Hanalei are the two properties with the best incredible Hanalei Bay views. I chose a Muxlow’s beautiful property because of all the amenities they provide, the qualities of the furnishings and upgrades, and most of all because their units have the absolute closest, most direct views of Hanalei Bay in the entire resort . It was absolutely wonderful. My kids enjoyed the boogie boards and we were thankful for the yeti cooler they generously shared as well as the washer and dryer inside the unit. The Muxlow‘s were wonderful. Their communication was excellent . I’m so glad we chose this property!

Beautiful condo/home and the sprawling resort is one of a kind! The communication with the owners was the most positive experience we've ever had through VRBO. Eager to return someday!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The condo was fully equipped and made for a great trip. From the yeti cooler to the Tommy bahama beach chairs and umbrella, not to forget the wagon to carry all the gear, we had everything we needed and were so sad to leave!
