Muy buena recepción de quien está a cargo. Pudimos hacer check in más temprano de lo esperado, eso fue increíble. Y en general la habitación e instalaciones todo muy bien, limpieza y espacios muy cómodos

Excelente localização, limpeza e custo benefício. Pude fazer self-check in sem problemas, e me deram a cortesia de fazer o check-in mais cedo. Excelente ambiente e hospedagem.
Para um alojamento com banheiro compartilhado, o nível de limpeza era exepcional. Me hospedaria aqui novamente.

The place was crazy clean.
The restrooms while shared were super clean and stocked. There are also enough of them for never to have to wait.
The staff was amazing. They found a pair of airbuds my son forgot and travel all the way to the place to return them on my request. Thank you!!
The room on the top floor was small.

The location just 5 minutes walk from the sintra train station, which also bus stop for tourist bus that goes to palaces. Next door there's chinese restaurant and burger place and one minute away from mini market. The bathroom and toilet always clean and spotless. The host always quick to reply via whatsapp and very accommodating. Full kitchenette, €0.50 coffee from coffee machine and free tea. The person that comes in the morning to clean very nice and polite. Feels like home to me. Definitely a place to stay while you in Sintra.

Moderne, stylische Einrichtung, gemütliches Bett, mehrere Bäder, sodass immer mindestens eins frei war. Toiletten mir Popodusche. Lage nahe zum Bahnhof von Sintra. Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Hellhörige Architektur (Am besten Ohropax mitnehmen).

There was no breakfast but a good kitchen to use, only a few spaces though,so good we were not too many to use it;
a pity the washing machine was not operational to wash our clothes - that we had no personal contact fysicly and were abloiged to use the app to enter

Very nice staff that was super accomodating and took care of our bags for us when we checked in early. Nice location -> outside the tourist centre so a little bit quieter and nice and close to the main station. A/C was fantastic and a pretty cool view out of the roof window.
Shared bathroom was problematic, although as usual this was luck related -> we unfortunately had a guest or two in other rooms that clearly had no regard for hygiene which made the bathroom quite unpleasant.

Great location right in town.
The check-in process is insane. Endless emails and a web-based system that doesn't work with all browsers. Once that hurdle was overcome, the place was fine.

The room was exquisite - loved the little balcony and the luxury body soap on the pillow and other luxuries. The location is perfect - out of the hustle and bustle but very close to walk to the tourist info to catch a bus to the castles and other tourist sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and we could make our own meals. The finishing of the bathrooms especially is very tasteful.
The check -in was problematic because we had to do it online and failed. So we could only get in when the friendly cleaner let us in. So we wasted a whole afternoon waiting for the code and had to do two trips the next day to fit all our plans in - Cascais and the one castle. It was exhausting. Other guests also let us in before we got the code. They also complained about it. But the host made up for it by allowing us to leave our luggage there the next day until late. It is a pity we never met.

Nice kitchen. Very congenial owner. Very clean. A/C worked well. Location very convenient to train station.
Checking in was difficult and confusing. The owner is not onsite and my email instructions were unclear. He says he is working out the glitches. Room and bathroom were very small. I understand it is an old building with little chance to enlarge the facilities.

Common spaces were well equipped and cosy. Rooms were spacious, the kitchen has everything you may need. Most importantly the staff was welcoming and really helpful which made our stay great! I would recommend this place for everyone.

We enjoyed how easy the checkin process was, as well how well located it was in the modern city center. with a 10-15 minute walk from the historical city center. Some might feel disheartened when the breakfast isn’t included, but right next door is a lovely café which offers all the local alternatives within reasonable prices for the locals and not for tourists.
I can’t think of anything bad, as we are very satisfied.

while we had the private room with an ensuite, we shared the wall with the shared bathroom so unfortunately woke up a lot during the night to people showering/flushing. not an issue if you’re a heavy sleeper.

Comfortable bed, newish facilities,and lovely staff
Check-in process - we were locked outside and had to do an online check-in to get the code to get in, this wouldn't work, and it took a long time to be able to get into the room. When we got to our room, there were two single beds rather than the double bed we required - which could only be fixed the next day.
The walls sockets in the bedroom didn't work well and broke my adaptor.

Accommodation close to public transportation and markets. The room was clean and I love to smell the smell of cleaning product when I get into a room. Bed was very comfy.

Very quite and private. Everything is well thought out in the design of the guest house: automated lights at night, equipped kitchen, welcoming living room and common spaces. The guest house manager is extremely attentive and kind!!
Supermarket close by, pretty close to the train station and many bus stops.

Everything, except it was hard to find and get in as check in was on line and I was not used to that,,,and maybe should have gotten whatsapp message earlier,,,but I was happy overall.
