A beautiful condo on St. Pete Beach. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment is spacious and has all the right amenities. Close to the local shopping plaza and restaurants. Bob and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly! My husband definitely wants to stay there again!

Great size condo for 2 adults or small family. Great location on beach. Beautiful view on balcony that faces main street and bay. Condo could use a little updating and a few minor fixes. Condo owner very nice. Answered all my questions and left us a Publix gift card to get any necessities. Enjoyed our stay!

Condo was well equipped and very clean. Under building parking spot was convenient. I’d like to say a lot more nice things about our stay, but we had days of pounding and hammer drilling that drove us out of the unit from early morning to late afternoon; a nearby unit was being renovated. My reviews are typically glowing, and the owner is indeed very nice, but in this instance I think the property should have informed the owner of pending renovations; we would not have stayed had we known in advance of the situation.

The condo could not of been better. The location was awesome and the view of the bay from the balcony was great. There was plenty of room to move around with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was only 1 elevator that was so slow and took forever…I can’t imagine how that works when your in the busy summer months! Loved being on the top floor. We will definitely be back and thank you Bob for the gift card and a great place to vacation!

Gulf gate Resorts was fantastic. Right on the beach and in a prime location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Take the bus all over town for $5. No need for a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob's property! We had never been to St Pete before and it easily ranks up there as one of our best vacations! The beach was beautiful, the location was primo and it was really calm around the building. The place is steps from the beach and you get a nice view of the bay from the balcony. The place is quite dated and could really use a pick me up and the shower and curtain could have used a good cleaning but it was great. There was a water leak that developed behind the wall that ended up having repair people in and out of the unit multiple times over a two day period but things happen. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time in St. Pete beach and I will definitely be coming back. This condo’s location is perfect. I love the quaintness of this building and friendliness of the guests who have been coming to this condo site for years! The condo was extremely clean and Bob was wonderful to work with. The condos beach was awesome and not crowded like the high rise condos. The pool was wonderful. This was a truly exceptional vacation!

We always love our time away here! We've stayed many times and always amazing! The only thing we noticed this time around was that some of the other guests were disrespectful of others staying in the building. Very loud, yelling and running around all night. Management is there all day but night time could use a bit of security. Other than this, was great as always!

This condo complex is nestled between myriad complexes and exceeded my expectation. The beach area in front of the condo is not crowded (late June) and perfect spot for a family vacation. The gas grill by the pool is one of many amenities (hot tub) for this complex. If I had the money, I would buy one of these units. We rented a one bedroom unit which was perfect for a family of 3 (one youngster). My only gripe is the one elevator that is super slow but the complex has 5 levels and not bad (good cardio) to use the stairs from time to time. If the levels exceeded 5 then I would probably want a 2nd elevator. Otherwise, only positives for this complex. You can park your car (free) underneath which, at an expensive resort) would charge you for daily parking. All the renters in the complex are nice and friendly. My kid made friend with the other kids which is great so that she was entertained. We would definitely be coming back again !!!

Great location and a nice place to stay

We just returned from staying here last week. The condo was clean, location was great, and we could easily access the beach. The only thing missing was a laundry detergent pod/packet; typically, there are one or two for guests. Turns out, we didn’t do any laundry during our stay anyway, so no biggie. Communication was great. Check-in was seamlessly smooth, and so was check out. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice condo directly on the beach! Loved the washer and dryer. Everything worked great and everyone was friendly!

The condo was very clean and good furnishings. Close to stores and restaurants. Beach right there where you can rent cabanas ($25 per day). The only wrong description was the bedroom. It was advertised with 2 beds. After we checked in we discovered that the 2 beds were arranged into 1 king bed. We had to go back to the rental office and they gave us another sheet and we struggled to pull the two beds apart to have 2 twins. Otherwise, very nice

Great location on St. Pete beach. The sunrise from the balcony never disappoints. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on St. Pete Beach! The owners communication was excellent and responsive. The condo was magnificent for such a reasonable price. The management hosts were available as well. We would love to stay there on our next visit to St. Pete Beach!!

We arrived earlier than expected on Sunday so the keys weren't in the lock box so I called the #s and the first # a lady about a medical survey answered (I checked the # on my paper and it was correct) and the 2nd # no one answered. We did find the property manager walking around and he helped us check in. Nice view with great access to beach. Walking distance of many things. Overall we had a great stay.

Bob’s place was very comfortable & as described. Easy check in/out. Place was more spacious than expected for a 1 bedroom. While it was right on the beach, it was also right on a very busy main road. Our view was of the bay, but traffic was quite heavy most of the time so did not spend too much time on the balcony. Despite the busy road, the condo was very quiet. We rented a car, but could have done without as we walked just about everywhere. Beach was beautiful, but the red tide sent us elsewhere for 3 days of our trip. We went to Ft Desoto beach, which was only 15 minutes away & so beautiful + no red tide. Everyone at gulf gate resort was friendly & nice pool area. I would highly recommend & return!

This was just what we needed. The location was perfect. Loved the views of the bay and all the amenities. The pool was perfect and and easy walk to the beach. The friendliest staff too! Thank you for make our beach trip awesome.

Unit 507 was just as presented in app. Bob was very responsive for late Sunday arrival info. Previous patio door repairs are sketchy so be careful until replacement (hopeful). Overall happy and would stay again

Wonderful unit located right on the beach. Take elevator to “G”, walk through the pool area and right on the sandy beach. Also very convenient, it’s located walking distance to grocery store, dollar store, bars and eateries, fast food. Great host and very responsive. Unit is large and has everything you would need for a 7 night stay. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you!!

This was a perfect getaway for a weekend. The location was ideal. I had a great time.

We really enjoyed this place. We had a rental car and was able to drive places but they also have a beach freebie ride available to take you to different places. We had beach stuff like umbrella in our condo that was totally needed and appreciated. Everyone super friendly and I formative and helpful. We had an issue with our condo with the water heater leaking but not only did they accommodate us with another place but for the entire stay so we didn't have to move again but it also was a little upgrade. Much recommended and we had so much fun in this area

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and we had a fantastic time! Our host was awesome, very responsive and welcoming. The condo was spacious and clean with all of the modern amenities, including a washer/dryer, full cookware sets, beach supplies, and many more. The balcony has a beautiful view of the bay and when you leave the condo, you’re right on beach. The location is super close to a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. We absolutely loved our time at St. Pete Beach!

Bob's place was the perfect spot to stay on the beach! It had everything we needed for my family. It was well maintained and very clean. The location is close to multiple stores and restaurants that are within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after spending time on the beach. Bob was also kind enough to leave us a thank you letter which we thought was so kind and thoughtful. We had no complaints and we look forward to booking with Bob again!
