Very convenient spot to stay in Pigeon Forge. Very clean condo. We enjoyed and would stay again.

We had a great time and this was a great location. It was a beautiful place as a whole. The only things I will say The morning we were leaving I walked barefoot just for about a couple hours and my feet were literally black. Plus the bathroom drains were slow to drain. Thank you!

Our first stay at VRBO unit. There was good and bad.
THE GOOD: easy to book; nice location close to everything; okay pools with ample outdoor play area; and roomy unit easy to accommodate 6 people.
THE BAD:
-- Amenities: We expected at least the same things you got in moderately priced hotel room but there were no facial tissues; no hair dryers; only two pillows on each king bed with no extras; no luggage stands; no hangers in closets; no garbage disposal; only two teaspoons; only one hand towel per bathroom.
-- Appearance: Unit clearly not updated recently -- unpainted areas around front door lock; several doors stuck so badly we couldn't pull them open or closed; curtain rods falling down; baseboard moldings beat up & dirty; cracks in vinyl flooring; bar stools could raise & lower but wouldn't hold their position; TV channel guide not remotely close to actual channels; one bathroom sink did not drain properly & one had makeshift stop that did not properly fit;
--Cleanliness: mold and mildew in washing machine; no blankets on beds- found one in drawer that was dirty & smelly; filthy windows; shower door bottom sweep thick with dark mold; shower pans dirty looking; grout around toilet & shower gross; A/C would not cool properly. Photos available on request.
We arrived Saturday & soon noticed many of these items so we texted host. She texted an offer to refund us for last four days but there was nothing else available so we stayed.
Overall, enjoyed area but not condo unit.

This is a relxing place to stay. The indoor pool is a plus since one day it stormed and we would able to past the time with the kids swiming.

This property is in the heart of everything that you could want to do and was perfect for our family of 5! Would recommend this to others looking for a beautiful view and for those who want to have access to all the big attractions!

The apartment and exterior area was very good.
The pools were not good. The outside pool was not clean. The water was not clear and a little murky.
The indoor pool was better, but not great.
Everything related to the apartment and the host was good.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location was close to a lot of entertainment and restaurants. Enjoyed having a reclining chair for each family member. My husband and son-in-law especially enjoyed the balcony and views. They also enjoyed seeing the ground hog family, cats and possum visiting the grounds each day. We would gladly stay again.

Condo was beautiful and kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Did prepare one dinner and two breakfasts. Very comfortable beds. Did get a chance to enjoy the jetted tub and the pool. Beautiful sunsets from balcony. Nice to have regular TV and did enjoy time to play games. I brought my own but there were plenty there to choose from. Location was great. Had an issue at the property that required a few phone calls to John. He answered right away.
As for Pigeon Forge, you could never run out of things to do. Great for all ages. We were a group of 4 older people not looking for much more then good food. We ate at Paula Deans at The Island and enjoyed the fountain show. Saw The Hatfield & McCoy's Dinner Show. Food was surprisingly good. Also ate at Harpoon Harry's were you get a chance to see wood carvings throughout. We also stopped by a couple of wood carving places on Rt. 321 and got to see a small waterfall without hiking. I did take time to walk the main street one morning and along the Riverwalk another morning.
Wish we had more time. Look forward to returning.

This unit was great. Centrally located, clean and full of the promised amenities. Comfortable beds and living space. We had six adults staying and we had plenty of room. Didn’t feel crowded at all. Lisa and John were very responsive and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Thus was our first family vacation. Thus was the oerfect spot to stay. It was roght in the middle of everything. It wasnt too far from gatlinburg either. The condo was beautiful, and it felt very welcoming. It was very clean, and everything it said it was. We look forward to doing it again in the future.

We brought our daughter and grandkids up for a few days just to get away while they were out on school break and we absolutely enjoyed the Condo! There is a lot of room, plenty of space for all of us and the location was just close enough that we weren't too far from all of the attractions. John, the owner was available whenever we had any questions about anything and was very quick to respond to my text or call. We would definitely stay with them again. Thanks again John!

Property was as advertised- great communication with the owners - impressed that on a snowy evening, the condo assoc put salt out on the hill accessing the condo/road. We had no difficulty coming down the hill the next morning. There was a pretty bad lady bug infestation you might want to know about.

We had a great stay recently with my parents and our toddler! The condo was well equipped and even decorated for the holidays! Communication with the hosts was excellent. We had an issue with the oven and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The beds and couches were comfortable. They had games, a high chair, and a pack and play which was an extra touch. The location was perfect! Very close to attractions and many food options both fast and sit down. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay in this condo. The photos were accurate, the living room and bedrooms were spacious and clean and she even had it decorated for the holidays! The area perfect, we were close to shows and restaurants. The kitchen was easy to maneuver and we used the large dining room table. Fun trip, we’ll definitely stay at this property again!

Great location! Easy process from renting to check in. Beds are super comfortable! Could use more soap in bathroom. There was only about an inch of soap in both bathrooms and it was watered down. Same with the dish soap. Really appreciate you opening your home for us. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts left us a welcome letter, snacks and discount coupons to Dixie Stampede and another show. The property is in a great location and was perfect for our stay. I absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub in the Master Bath. I could have spent my whole stay right there!

Overall great place to stay. Located on the main tourist strip of area. Great suggestions given by hosts to eat, shop and do! With that being said, some things definitely needed updated.
Some items were broken in the unit. Cracked serving bowls, cracked crisper drawer in refrigerator. Needed to replace some burnt out light bulbs. Included in cost was cleaning fee, but Bedroom floors and under bed still dirty. We vacuumed ourselves.
