This was the perfect, peaceful place! Beautiful home with a spectacular view, far enough out from the chaos of the seawall but close enough for convenience. We had an amazing weekend with great friends and a beachside church service on Sunday morning before we headed home with 3 baptisms! We will be back!

We were four adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We loved having the yard for the dogs and the large deck. The kitchen had an array of dishes and cooking utensils and the overall space was large enough to accommodate us all. Plenty of kitchen appliances to make the stay enjoyable - toaster, blender, etc. Great beach access and friendly full time residents along the street that the house is located on.
We have stayed at a LOT of VRBO and other private rentals over the years. There were some minor handyman issues - dead lightbulb inside lamp and the carport lightbulb over the driveway. We found the switch to the carport area lights the day before we left so signage would help. The main door handle screws need tightening, clean the bar chair cushion stains, replace heating element in dryer, and replace the child sized toilet in the master bathroom. We never did find any spa whirlpool that was in the listing description which was a big disappointment.
Things to make the stay more enjoyable - add some child videos to the collection (we only saw two), a couple of cushions for the two wooden chairs on the deck, and a couple of beach chairs. Printed instructions for the televisions and how to locate the pool and boat launch would be helpful. The BBQ grill has been abused by guests who failed to clean it so either a new one to replace it or have it thoroughly cleaned.

We had a wonderful time staying at Evas beach house in Terramar . The house was well appointed and the neighborhood was quaint and very close proximity to the beach . We would recommend this place to our friends and family .

Everything was great! A few suggestions for improvement: better skillet, better cable, pool key sticks and is tricky to unlock. Other than those small things, everything was great! Other than a good skillet, kitchen was amply stocked and home was clean. The host was EXTREMELY responsive!!!

Loved everything about our stay! The location and views are amazing! The home was cozy, comfortable and clean and we loved being able to bring our pups along with us. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at this house. Very cozy yet open and bright. We are a family of 6 adults and were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. We also were happy with the easy access to the beach and community pool.

Also alot of privacy while we were there. Would
rent again, bring your own bed pillows for more
comfort. Although we had a small situation occur, Eva
was an absolute pleasure to work with and took very

The home was quite comfortable and could not have been more dog friendly. The fenced in yard was a huge hit with Amos, our dog. Most importantly the property manager, Eva, was amazing. On a Sunday night we experienced a significant electrical issue. Eva responded immediately finding a hotel for us and our dog and had the repairs completed by noon on Monday. Her caring and concern for us made our stay even more special. We will stay here again without reservation.

We had a wonderful time. We have two dogs and, fortunately, there is a fenced yard which made everything easier. The owner was super about responding to questions. She’s stellar!

My husband and I spent two wonderful months here. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. The house was set up perfectly for family to visit on weekends. Wonderful neighborhood. Eva, the property manager, was the best. Answered all of our questions immediately. Sad to leave but have already rented for next year 👍

Beautiful property and the view is spectacular. I’ve captured great pics of the sunrise and sunsets looking out over Galveston Bay.
The property is clean and has all of the required amenities in the kitchen for breakfast or lunch. Great cable television and wonderful selections of videos.
We loved that the property is pet-friendly so we could bring our beloved schnauzer “Winnie” with us. Great fenced back yard and equipment to keep the yard clean after pet visits.
Wonderful covered car port, great deck; etc. Just an absolute fabulous property.
Communication with the owner was fantastic and engaged to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great vacation in Galveston.

This beach house is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is so well stocked with ample pots, pans, spices and paper/cleaning products. Great communication with the host. Easy to access and was available earlier than check-in which worked out great for us. I’ve stayed in this subdivision before but this is by far the nicest house. We appreciated the fenced in yard. Easy access to the beach! It was a fantastic stay and can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I went, along with our two little fur babies, for a relaxing and peaceful getaway away from the city. We had such a wonderful time. The home is spacious, warm and really comfy. You have quiet a really nice community pool that we took advantage of each day after our beach time. At first we thought a monthly be too long but when the month was up we didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great house, great neighborhood
My family really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The AC works like a dream, the water gets hot instantly and the house is comfortable and beautiful. Fenced in yard for kids to run around, neighborhood pool (we had it to ourselves in the afternoon). It's a quick drive or a 10 minute walk to the beach across the road. It's definitely in the country of Galveston, so the drive to town was a bit of a beast, but it was worth it to stay in such a lovely, slower area.

AWESOME BEACH GETAWAY!!!
This was a dream vacation house! Everything you need…pool in friendly neighborhood, close enough walk to beach but if you want you can drive right on beach and unload, outside shower at house, grill, and all in house was great! We had unforgettable family memories! And we will be back next year! Neighborhood 4th of July party and fireworks all along beach we could see from front porch. We were sad to leave but so excited to come back! And property manager is great and responds so quickly :)

Outdoor shower and fenced yard were great. The beach access is a short walk or very quick drive - next time we’d rent a golf cart to go back and forth more quickly but it was easy enough to load up the truck and drive over. No driving on the beach which honestly was so nice but there is a parking area. Super clean beach & even on a holiday weekend not crazy crowded. Eva was always super prompt and so incredibly helpful. Absolutely will look to stay here again.

Seniors enjoying gulf life.
Gulf view is outstanding . Fenced backyard is great for dogs. Well stocked kitchen. Good sized rooms so you don't feel cramped. Beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for.

This home was beautiful. Beach theme and decorations were wonderful. We took the dogs and they loved going to the beach and then playing in the yard. Also brought our boat and Terramar had private boat ramp. We will definitely go back.

The yard provided a safe place for him to run and relax. After playing on the beach, it was easy to shower him off before entering our beach house. The beds were so comfortable. It is a ways to get groceries at walmart or king soopers but for a quick grab the store a few miles away has almost anything you need. Plus beach wear and beach toys. You can drive to the beach or walk a short distance. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck or reading a book in the afternoon. You can see and hear the waves from the deck. The furniture in the livingroom was comfortable. Eva the property manager was very quick to respond to a text and very nice. We wouldnt hesitate to return.

We loaded up the car and spent the ENTIRE day at the beach! Terramar beach is nothing like the beaches along the strand. Extremely clean, we could walk all the way out without stepping into weird mushy spots, barely any seaweed and the sand is hands down softer! The house provided a perfect outdoor shower so we could rinse off when we got back. The only issue we faced was trash bags(none in the house) and a slowly draining shower in the main bathroom. Overall We had a BLAST and highly recommend this property!!
