I can’t say enough great things about this place and the owners. I came to Ft. Lauderdale during a historical flooding. We could not make it in to our location as much s we tried. There was very easy communication with Cathy when I told her it was not safe to make it in. Without even asking she offered a refund. This was something completely out of anyone’s control but she went above and beyond to offer before us asking or give an option to extend our stay. My family and I came because I had a surgury. Cathy was very attentive in every way during my recovery. The place was clean and well kept. The kitchenette is pefect for a small family and the beach is just steps away! I love how they had beach chairs, booth boards. All the fun things in the pool area for people to borrow, even umbrellas. So you don’t have to worry about packing any of that. The pool was very clean. We weren’t able to use the community laundry area, which is tucked in a hole in the wall fo the building by the pool, but I believe it was getting fixed up as we were leaving. Other than that the location, the room and the people were all great! I also loved the useful information they provided in terms of parking and shuttle service for the area

Great place and great property management

Property was beautifull with a great location. Had a bath only which was not disclosed. Was sent a message the day of check in approximately 4 hours before check in that I could "check in early" when I was at least a 4 hour drive away, which didn't benefit me. The temps were projected to be 40 degrees that weekend. I was told by message/email that I needed to notify them if I needed extra blankets by that AFTERNOON. I was not even there that afternoon and had no ability to receive email as I was driving (texting would have alerted me). Blankets should have been left with those temps as there was only a sheet and thin coverlet for each sleeping area. Was also told to "check heating units" on arrival. My son and I Googled the serial numbers of the air conditioning units which were supposed to also have a heat option. One did not have it available and the other one needed to be pulled from the window and a switch flipped in the bavk of the unit to do so (not my responsibility especially as someone with severe arthritis of the hands). My son and I both suffer from different forms of arthritis and being forced to endure home twmps in the 60's and 50's exacerbated that. Overall I lived the beauty of the property with the hardwood floors and it was well decorated. I didn't feel from the tone and wording of the email as if I could reach out for help with the statement of having to let them know by "that afternoon" (literally the 1st day of our stay) if I needed blankets or if the heating was working when out arrival was beyond their cut off point offering help. My pain and comfort was affected greatly by not having heat. Cleaning fee was decent which was good since stripping of the pull out bed and taking garbage out to the street (from upstairs unit with arthritis flare from the cold) was expected.

We really enjoyed the Oasis Beach House! Very serene next to the beach. Cathy, Mike, and the crew made our stay relaxing and memorable. We’ll definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oasis Beach House! We actually had to rent only a few days out due to complications with another property and it was a breeze - no questions asked. The pool area is a dream. The location to the beach and Broadwalk were amazing. My husband and I loved our stay!!

What a fantastic find! Location was wonderful - as others have said steps from the beach so that made it so simple just to pop on the beach for a short time without having to take your life with you. We loved having the small kitchen. It was fun to stock the fridge with drinks and have healthy and not so healthy snacks on hand. Appreciated all the kitchen supplies (mugs/dishes/utensils and knives for cutting fruit). Plus dish cloths and dish soap. Yes - the unit is small but didn’t feel tight at all and the ceiling are extremely high which helped. Bathroom was on larger side and king bed so comfortable!! My husband, son (15) can’t wait to plan our next trip!! One last thing we arrived very late - midnight and the door codes and directions to access the room could not have been easier to navigate - Cathy’s step by step outline was excellent. Thank you for everything!!!

The setting and location were fantastic. The staff were fantastic. The other guests were fantastic. I can't say enough. We will definitely re book in the future.

Second time staying at this wonderful property the only thing I didn’t like was the loud wall air window unit but it is an old building. Will definitely stay again property overall is great with awesome location close to beach but away from the larger resorts Cathy is very accommodating and great to work with!

Our unit was super cute and exactly as advertised. Access to the onsite pool was PERFECT as we could play with our 3 yo while our infant napped. The condo is just steps from the beach making morning runs on the board walk or walks on the beach super convenient. The property manager and other guest were so friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great time on the famous Hollywood Beach boardwalk!

I cannot begin to express how amazing our vacation was! From the property itself, to the location, to the amazing managers that helped us - Everything was perfect!! I went with my two teenage sons and they also had an amazing time! The heated pool was exactly what we needed when we didn’t want to swim in the ocean! And even when we did want to go to the beach - it was a 1 minute walk to get there! I couldn’t have asked for more and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

The Oasis is a peaceful stress free location just a few short steps from all the hype on the Hollywood Broadwalk.

Beautiful home, could not have wanted for more. Beach a few steps from the house and plenty of attractions and basics like grocery quick marts within walking distance. Very safe area and one of the cleanest beaches we've ever visited. Property manager easy to deal with.

We couldn’t have asked for more from the Oasis Beach House and Cathy! Cathy was the most amazing host anyone could ask for, she was ultra receptive to anything we needed and made a special trip down to the house to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable with our stay. Check in was flawless and the parking pass was a super bonus because parking in that location so close to the beach is expensive. I can’t say enough about the proximity to beach and the convenience it provided for our family. The pool, Tiki hut, palm trees and the grill encompass what a true Oasis really is!! That was probably our favorite part of the stay. It was so nice to go to the beach, spray off in the outside shower and be able to cool off in the shade around the pool. When it rained you could sit under Tiki hut, relax and stay dry. The king size bed was super comfy and pull out couch was super convenient for our needs. We couldn’t imagine staying there without Cathy’s hospitality and receptiveness. She was one of the kindest, most genuine people we have ever met. This condo’s location is amazing. Located on the Hollywood beach boardwalk, only a few steps from the beach. This stretch of the beach was not crowded but conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool is really great. We spent quite a lot of time relaxing in the pool. It has tons of shade for those that don’t want to be under the hot florida sun. We loved our stay at this condo and hope to be back soon.

Not sure where these amazing reviews came from. The property is dilapidated and run down. The lack of maintenance speaks volumes regarding the care of the owners. The sheets for the pull out couch were dirty with long brown hairs on them. The creme colored pull out couch had brown stains on several areas. The window slats in the bedroom had broken slats. There was rust on the bathroom sink basin. When we tried to cook on the stove top the smoke alarm went off as there’s no ventilation. There was a family who invited guests over and they would take over the pool daily. After two days of not having access to the promised amenity of the pool I politely addressed it with the owner who did not care. Save your money and stay elsewhere unless all you truly care about is beach access.

Great place to stay! Only a few steps to the broadwalk and the beach. Parking can be crazy at times but we didn’t have an issue cause we walked to most places. Pool outside was a great way to cool off from the hot sun, very shaded. Only issue I had was check in was suppose to be at 3pm we showed up with groceries at 4:30 and walked in on the cleaning lady still there. Bed sheets weren’t dry yet so we didn’t get in till 5:22. Although the place has a laundry I feel like they could have a few more bath towels especially when staying 5 nights. Overall I would stay here again.

Owner Cathy is amazing, got right back to you if you callled or texted her. Pool is clean and very cozy, felt like your osasis. Beach was right there. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Uber services in the area was great. Differently a great place you won’t be disappointed

We loved everything about our stay here - unique and relaxing property, 75 steps to the beach, private pool, great amenities with lots of options, very clean, great communication with property manager and housekeeping staff and fun conversations with other guests. Awesome apartment right at the beach. You can see the beach from the apartment window. Apartment is small but has everything you need for a getaway to the beach.

My fiancee and I had the best time! Our apartment was perfect, just steps away from the beach (with an ocean view!) and a heated pool. The beach chairs/umbrellas were so handy too. We would definitely recommend this place and come stay again.

Excellent location right off beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants but also far enough to feel secluded. Our 4 year old daughter loved the heated pool and playing on the beach. Condo provided beach chairs and sand toys for us to use, which was great. Outdoor space by pool was great for relaxing and nice to use the grill for burgers and brats. Cathy was very responsive to all our questions and even stopped by to check in one day and make sure all was well. Definitely a great experience and can’t wait to go back!

This is a perfect place for Hollywood Beach broadwalk. Perfect location. Close enough to walk to everything but set back a block to avoid a lot of the crowd. The house is secure with codes for everything. Property was clean. Small issue with pool heater and pool pump but it was resolved. Cathy was helpful throughout. It wouldn't have been an issue at all but we stayed during the one week it got below 70 haha. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. We utilized the grill a couple times. Propane was fully stocked and the grill area itself was very handy. They have some beach toys(buckets, shovels, chairs) available which was very nice for our 3 yr old. I would definitely stay here again. I miss Hollywood already. We stayed with just my wife and son but would love to show my other family and friends the place.

The photos of this place just don’t do it justice. It is so incredibly beautiful! My husband and I will definitely be back. Here’s some things we loved the most: 1. The pool is like bath water and was so warm even when the weather was in the 60s we could jump in and swim. 2. The entire backyard/ pool area is like this incredible private oasis, but so close to the beach you can walk out in just a few minutes and be right on the sand. It was a nice break from the busy boardwalk. You can cook out, and spend your evenings relaxed under the beautiful hut. 3. The room was so big! Completely unexpected since the photos online make it look a lot smaller. We felt like we had tons of room the entire time. Plus everything was so clean and beautiful. 4. The bathtub was incredible! It was HUGE, like a small hot tub. Definitely recommend this place for the bathtub. 5. This location was absolutely perfect! Just a few minute walk from any place you could want to eat. You can see the beach from your room it’s so close. And the area felt very safe.

Is truly a retreat!!... The mix of a great place to stay, beach is a walk away, pool in the property and advantage of be at Hollywood Boardwalk is an adventure to repeat again and again. Fair prices. I recommended 👍🏽💯%!!.
