We absolutely loved our stay. Susan and Robert were so friendly and helpful - they did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was wonderful, location beautiful and the sumptuous breakfast delivered to the door was the ultimate treat.

The hospitality was exceptional. it was quiet. Everything was top notch - from the cookies to the facial tissues. Robert and Susan were sweet, engaging and incredible hosts.

Nothing was all perfect

On arrival we were thrilled with our choice of room and the view over the downs. Susan was a most welcoming host and made us feel immediately at home by giving us a tour of the barn and explaining that we also had full use of the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. We took advantage of the breakfast basket option available on 3 mornings and had the cooked full english breakfast on our final day when we had no time constraints, both options were plentiful, varied and delicious. As we were visiting the area to attend the Goodwood Revival we did not have enough time to make full use of all the facilities or visit anything in the local vicinity during our stay but we definitely want to return!!!

I don't know how you can improve on anything, everything was just perfect for us.

The whole experience was lovely, from the welcoming smile to the farewell wave. Couldn't fault it.

Great location - quiet and yet within walking distance of a pub with good food, and only a short drive to Arundel. A lovely building with some great touches.

Absolutely loved our stay. Me and my partner came for a one night stay here and I couldn’t fault it! The room was lovely and great size, had everything you need and the view was unbelievable!! The breakfast in the morning was the best!!! Arrived in a basket with everything you’d want, would definitely recommend getting the breakfast on your stay! 10 minute drive into Arundel which was great for a meal in the evening too! Would recommend this place to anyone :)

Great Breakfast and lovely view from the room. Strongly recommend for those who want to get away and relax for a few days. Susan and Rob and Sky are so lovely and friendly, they made us feel at home.

This property was of a very high standard. The views and setting were amazing. The property owners were kind and attentive providing the right amount of privacy.
