the property was ok. what was very bad were the intermediates which were also not clearly disclosed

no housekeeping service. sofa bed awfully dirty and not prepared to our arrival or even for the first night. very bad service.

Apartment 2012 I stayed in was fabulous, very pretty, very well designed, comfortable, well equiped. Very important: it had great sound isolation. I normally don't like noise and there was some as the building is on the crossroad of two main streets. After I closed the windows it was silent. Building is right on the beach. Reception area is clean and pretty.

The building itself is located on the crossroad of two very busy street and there is noisy bar on 9th floor. If you don't like the noise and you are not lucky to be on higher floor you will have problem. I was during busy period and the hotel was VERY busy, there were very long lines to elevators. "Ocean view" is half ocean half city view, but still beautiful. It's not a place for someone who wants to have quiet stay.

The elevator situation was a complete disaster.I stayed on 40th floor and waited forever.My keys for no reason at all stopped working on occasion expecially at 10:30 on checkout day when there were no valet carts available to move my stuff to my car.There is effectively no concierge which makes no sense in a place this size.Front desk totally understaffed.No ice machines.Have to go to bar on 9th floor which is about an hour round trip because of elevators.The phone in the room didn't work.Nobody to go to if having a problem.
