Het ontbijt was geweldig, het personeel erg gastvrij.

Het geluid in de nacht van de straatkant. Maar dit wisten wij van tevoren, we hebben de oordopjes gebruikt.

Ruime kamer midden in de stad. Netjes en verzorgd. Een eetgelegenheid naast de B&B waar je kon ontbijten en lunchen of gewoon koffie. Erg knus. Ontbijt werd geserveerd op een groot houten dienblad. Met allemaal verse produkten.

toch wel iets gehorig van de straat, maar we kregen oortjes omdat de dom regelmatig slaat, maar was voor mij meer voor de ruring op straat ;-)

breakfast was very great and a good selection to choose from. Nice to have tea and coffee available outside of the room. Great to have real soap available in the room rather than the liquid stuff. Very helpful staff who showed you to your room which is very considerate.

As can be expected in the centre of a city plus it being a weekend it was lively! Still a bit too lively at 3-4 in the morning and so I did not get much sleep the first night. They did supply earplugs which I did use. Second night it has rained so the city was much quieter. Beware the steep stairs up to the room, this is a typical Dutch staircase.

Geen warm water aan de wastafel

Een gezellige rustige kamer midden in het centrum met goede bedden en een heerlijk ontbijt, wat een feestje was dat.

Het was wat stoffig.

vond vooral het bed veel te zacht. Ook jammer dat er geen douche is. In het bad douchen is vooral voor ouderen gevaarlijk.

Fantastische locatie in het centrum van de stad. Van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een fan en een heel goed bed. En het ontbijt…🤤

Badkamer kon iets schoner, douchekop bleef niet lekker hangen, waardoor je deze praktisch zelf vasthouden moest. Nadeel aan de centrale ligging is het geluid van op straat vroeg in de morgen, maar dat is dan ook waar je voor kiest!

Hartje Utrecht en de oordoppen

Veel geluidsoverlast van buren en personeel, geen handdoeken bij aankomst, veel stof, niet goed werkende tv, en schimmel in de badkamer.

Great location in the vibrant old town canal area right next to numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and historic buildings. The bedrooms are above the owner’s cafe with a separate entrance. Superb breakfasts are served in the cafe from 8-11am. It is almost impossible to get close to the B&B by car. Better to park in the Springveg car park as it is literally 3 minutes walk away and drag your luggage to the hotel.

Stairs were steep and the stair carpet a bit grubby but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Springveg car park is VERY expensive but you could consider moving to a cheaper park once checked in

The check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and happy. The location is perfect for a stay in Utrecht. The breakfast provided was delicious.

Nothing--we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was a standard tray of food in the café beneath. The location is a very noisy street with late night cafés and bars, and only 50 metres from the Domtower which chimes every 15 minutes.

The room was poorly furnished with no wardrobe or closet, no desk or table, and the one bedside light was too far away to reach from the bed. There was no safe. Tea/coffee making machine was in the hall outside. We had to ask for bath towels.

A lovely spacious room well positioned right in the middle of the old town. A delicious breakfast platter was served in the delightful downstairs cafe. Highly recommend this small B and B.

Be aware extremely steep stairs to rooms.

Loved the room, location, and especially the breakfasts! The B&B is above its own restaurant and we were able to choose anything we wanted from the extensive and healthy breakfast options.

The nightly rate was a bit higher than we usually pay, but everything about the experience was exceptional.

Exceptional location

The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, not an issue for us personally but some may struggle.

We found the place charming and even though the staircase was steep for 2 old people we loved the position and the noise from the bars on Fridaynight didn't really worry us. The staff were so kind and cheerful and we looked forward to our breakfast downstairs each morning. The location is excellent, picturesque and perfect for transport and everything a tourist needs. Thank you to everyone!

The location was perfect for exploring. Breakfast in Anne&Max downstairs was wonderful and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Altogether a fantastic experience - highly recommended and we would love to stay here again.
