Zimmer waren ganz ok, Offensichtlich ist die letzte Renovierung erst einige Jahre her. Frühstücksbuffet sehr mit sehr vielfältiger Auswahl.

Anreise mit dem PKW ist nicht zu Empfehlen, da Fahrradfahrer überall vorfahrt haben und ensprechend Rücksichtslos verhalten. Parkmöglichkeit ist ca. 400 bis 500 meter vom Hotel entfernt, in einer gebührenpflichtigen Tiefgarage möglich. Wobei der Preis zum parken unter 20 Euro liegt.

The stuff is so patient and helpful. We accidentally lost a luggage in the room. They kept the luggage all the day and finally we found it! Amazing stuff!

The restaurant is just not bad. The food, I would say, the fish, is not really fresh. But considering it’s a small place, don’t expect too much!

Reception always need to wait for long time. Always only 1-2 person inform desk.

The lift. The room cards. Everyday cannot go with the lift because of the card. When we check out day. only 1 lift is working. We wait for almost 1 hour to go downstairs. We stay at 13 floor.

the bed could be a bit better, you could feel the springs of the bed.

Received a friendly welcome and staff were very helpful. Great location for train station. Hotel room had all the things you may need (iron, hair dryer etc.). Food in hotel excellent and reasonably priced.

Comfortable, clean and as described. Very convenient to Utrecht Central station (short walk) with very frequent trains to Amsterdam Central taking only 25 minutes. Not far from pretty Utrecht town centre via a large shopping mall. Good value compared to exorbitant rooms in Amsterdam.

It took a while to get used to using the room card to operate the lift. Otherwise fine. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was quite expensive and there are nearby shops.

The hotel is located right next to the Central station, the only closer option would be to sleep at the station! The rooms either had a big window to the square between hotel and central station (with a skate-park and quite some green scenery) or over the canal beginning behind the hotel. Although it looked like it was located next to a major road no car noise was heard and the cars are only visible if you go to the backside of the hotel.

Minibar was out of order at arrival and still not working after repeatedly reporting to the reception staff. No one showed up to fix or replace it. Some new reception staff need more customer service training.
