excellent location, just right across Utrecht Centraal and many restaurants nearby to explore

the bed could be a bit better, you could feel the springs of the bed.

Reception always need to wait for long time. Always only 1-2 person inform desk.

The lift. The room cards. Everyday cannot go with the lift because of the card. When we check out day. only 1 lift is working. We wait for almost 1 hour to go downstairs. We stay at 13 floor.

Some of the staff were pretty rude (on more than one occasion, not just to me but also to other guests).

Received a friendly welcome and staff were very helpful. Great location for train station. Hotel room had all the things you may need (iron, hair dryer etc.). Food in hotel excellent and reasonably priced.

Comfortable, clean and as described. Very convenient to Utrecht Central station (short walk) with very frequent trains to Amsterdam Central taking only 25 minutes. Not far from pretty Utrecht town centre via a large shopping mall. Good value compared to exorbitant rooms in Amsterdam.

It took a while to get used to using the room card to operate the lift. Otherwise fine. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was quite expensive and there are nearby shops.

The hotel is located right next to the Central station, the only closer option would be to sleep at the station! The rooms either had a big window to the square between hotel and central station (with a skate-park and quite some green scenery) or over the canal beginning behind the hotel. Although it looked like it was located next to a major road no car noise was heard and the cars are only visible if you go to the backside of the hotel.

The room was not very clean, in particulary the bathroom.

Minibar was out of order at arrival and still not working after repeatedly reporting to the reception staff. No one showed up to fix or replace it. Some new reception staff need more customer service training.

I was "guest of the day" and got a free room upgrade and free breakfast, so obviously I was happy :-)

Convenient location near to the central train station and the city center; spacious room with comfortable bed and decent desk to work on; good shower and luxury toiletries; breakfast buffet offered an excellent choice.

It is a big hotel so it can get a little bit crowded at the breakfast buffet, and the hotel is rather pricy but unfortunately this seems the standard in Utrecht.

My room was downgraded at arrival because the hotel was overbooked, this was never communicated beforehand, the lady at the reception told me but after having taken my payment. I dont think the hotel knows how reservations work. Also, the free wifi was just enough to get a connection to check email, anything past that youre expected to pay another 10 euros, also never mentioned anywhere. It's 2023, I dont think its unreasonable to expect to watch youtube in your room without paying an extra fee for it..
